This hotel is a hidden gem! Rooms were impeccable. Superb guest services. We arrived a few hours early before check in but we were able to leave our luggage and start our sightseeing. When we got back, our rooms were ready and our luggage was already in there waiting for us. The air conditioned rooms were already cooled enough for us. Amazing experience overall. Would stay here again!

A Gem of a hotel

My husband and I stayed at The One Alma, Paris at the beginning of July. We were in Paris celebrating our 50th wedding anniversary so our expectations were high. I can truly say that we werent disappointed.
The hotel is amazing, well decorated, very comfortable and the staff are second to none.
The concierge, Adel was really helpful taking care of our every need, booking taxis and restaurants that we requested.
Victor, in the breakfast restaurant was very pleasant, chatty and informative. Nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast was delicious and very varied, everything you would want. The food was all very freshly prepared and extremely tasty.
All in all this is a gem of a hotel in a super location, just 5 mins walk from the Eiffel Tower and the Bateaux Mouches.
I fully recommend this hotel if you are looking to stay in this area and you want a little bit of luxury.

Last-minute trip to Paris, but it was the best!

My mom and I just got back from this hotel and it was amazing! We only stayed two nights but they treated us like royalty! Our flight landed at 7:15 AM. We got to the hotel at 9 AM and we were able to check in by 11 AM that was super nice of them! On our last day, Id asked for a glass of champagne to be sent to the room and they comped two of them for us. I would definitely stay here again. It was very clean and we could walk to most attractions.

A 5 star experience in a 5 star location.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay here in July. The room was perfect and the location was absolutely ideal. I want to give a special commendation to the staff, who really went above and beyond to make sure we had an excellent experience. In particular, the concierge Adel, was everything that a five star concierge should be. When we are next in Paris, we will absolutely be staying here.
