We had the loveliest stay. Came in on a red eye and they stowed our bags for us, had our room ready early, and provided great hospitality our entire stay. The restaurant recommendations and coffee were delicious. They even helped us book transportation to and from the airport. The daily sweet treats and water were excellent. Comfortable bed, easy walk to the Eiffel Tower, Invalides, and the Seine. Very quiet. Id definitely stay again.

Highly recommend The One Alma!

We had a wonderful stay at The One Alma Paris! The location is very central and convenient, making it easy to explore Paris, and the hotels amenities were excellent. I especially want to recognize Urisée and Adel, who were incredibly helpful throughout our stay. Thet went above and beyond to assist us and took care of our dining reservations, which made our experience even more enjoyable. The entire front desk staff was welcoming, friendly, and attentive. The only small detail I would suggest improving is the lighting in the room. It was a little dark, and an additional lamp or brighter lighting would make a big difference. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and I would highly recommend The One Alma Paris. We would definitely stay here again!

Great staff. A few disappointments for a 5 star hotel.

The service was wonderful. Everyone was very attentive. We were very disappointed that the roof top bar was closed. We were not informed this until our arrival. The rooftop bar is one of the reasons we booked the One Alma. Our room was very nice except for two things. The lighting in the room is terrible. Even with 5 lamps on it was still like a dungeon! There is no overhead lighting. The bathroom was fine except for the sink. It was a shallow trough. When you turned on the water it went everywhere except in the sink! Too much form over function.

This hotel is a hidden gem! Rooms were impeccable. Superb guest services. We arrived a few hours early before check in but we were able to leave our luggage and start our sightseeing. When we got back, our rooms were ready and our luggage was already in there waiting for us. The air conditioned rooms were already cooled enough for us. Amazing experience overall. Would stay here again!
