H10 Croma Málaga

We were in room 816 a superior cathedral view. An excellent hotel. Towels and bathrobes luxurious along with good quality toiletries. We asked for a kettle as we prefer tea to coffee and there were 2 decent size mugs. A small bench seating area. A comfortable chair, a fridge, a safe, good reading lights. Everything you need. The staff, from reception to housekeeping are superb, friendly, helpful, engaging without being intrusive. The breakfast is worth the 22 and Alba one of the servers remembered I had asked for gluten free bread on day one and offered me it every subsequent morning. Little things like that matter when you have coeliac disease. Great location and everything we wanted to do was walkable. Lovely spacious lobby with plenty of chairs for socialising with friends. Couldnt have chosen better.

I would love to thank you all guys for our smooth and flawless stay in this hotel 6-13 December! I dont know the details, I dont know what is the real dynamics of all the staff who work there, but my impression was that someone who recruited all the guys did a superb job. Smiles, politeness, skills, communication, professional attitude - 100 percent on point. It was the 1st ever time in an H10 hotel and Im already looking forward to coming back & already recommended it to at least 20 people. Staff work is impressive: from the moment we checked in till the check out. All the information was given precisely, clearly, the receptionist communicated with us both, not singled out another person. I especially want to thank the breakfast team: communication with Lorena was top notch! It is simply amazing how her elegant and cheerful personality made us both feel welcome, how she is able to open people to chat - I dont think I said anything more than Hello and other regular polite phrases in all the other 17 hotels I stayed at this year so far. Her communication is genuine and really special keeping in mind how many people are staying in the hotel. I thank all the staff of this hotel - guys, without you guests wouldnt have such an amazing experience, wouldnt not enjoy rest, and wouldnt miss this amazing city of Malaga. Our room was clean & neat - a separate thank you goes to the cleaning team. I really appreciate you for keeping the cleanliness. Lobby area & Breakfast area - superb! A bit quirky, modern, stylish, joyful! Loved it. Food (I ate only breakfast but the selection is superb and croissant! Croissants were soooo good, also my man was ordering crepes every single day - simple and delicious! Vast selection - I think even the pickiest person can find something to eat, or if with allergies - food options for everyone. Also I liked the clear presentation, how clean the surroundings were, how attentive the staff was, also coffee machines with actual milk, not milk powder! This was a first!) The conveniently planned rooms: Im at the moment writing from a hotel in another country in Europe with a grim expression on my face as its not enough space for things and the price is higher than in Malaga, and the room is shabby, and not clean, etc. I loved the cute and cosy balcony - I miss those moments when I could sit and write there, the wisely planned bathroom, spacious room with comfortable furniture, wardrobe, complimentary water, etc. And! 2 separate blankets - thank you for this! Rooftop - wow! Such a fantastic overview of the city, mountains!, and especially when the sun goes down - absolutely worthy to go even if for a few minutes. By the way, one guide on one of the tours we took, recommended for the whole group this rooftop terrace. I was like yey! Situation in the city - super easy access to the historical centre, metro etc. Smart planning! I think it couldnt even be better. In all the time we stayed, we didnt take any transport because during vacation you want to make some steps. So even if we needed to walk a bit longer, it was a pleasure. And the city itself is beautiful - as I remember visiting it 13 years ago. From all the hotels I stayed this year so far, I think its the best one and gets a whole 100% out of 100%. Muchas gracias! P.S. In my life I stayed in a number of hotels and I have what to compare with (traveling a lot every year, on average 14 stays (not nights) in hotels). Among beautiful destinations, superb services, food, etc., I didnt yet register in my mind any which would be 100% out of 100% - usually something doesnt work - almost almost 100% but not there yet.

Simply the best. Really adored our stay here. The rooms were excellent and the staff so lovely. Extra effort was made for my partners birthday which was highly appreciated. Will definitely return.

Second visit to Malaga and decided to get a hotel more central than previous stay. Arrived and welcomed by friendly reception staff and a glass of cava which was a nice touch. Luggage in room when we got there. Had room 212 which was a superior room. Was in good order, clean and with a massive bed which turned out to be very comfy. Two balconies which unfortunately overlooked a main road making the room noisy during day but the doors were well fitted plus gentle background noise of air conditioning helped reduce the outside noise. Roof top bar was great and reasonably priced. Food also good. Breakfast had good choice but felt 22 euros was a little overpriced. Really good location apart from the road noise and overall a good experience. Would definitely stay again.
