The bar and food are are very nice and modern. Food is also good for dinner and breakfast is plentiful. Car park a little tight but secure and safe. Elevators are awful you could walk faster! Rooms are basic and need an upgrade. Staff very nice and friendly. Call out to Carlos for all his advice and help.

Stunning hotel, walking distance from Real Madrid Stadium (Santiago Bernabau)

I picked this hotel as my son had booked stadium tour at Real Madrid (Santiago Bernabau) which is 5 mins walking distance. There is a metro stop on site too which we used. The staff were very helpful and they advised me to upgrade for a small add on (15 per night) and it was well worth it. The room was fabulous, and the bathroom was massive with walk in shower. There was a sitting area and desk in the room which my son loved and plenty space to move around. The breakfast was good too, the layout of the hotel (with books all around added to the gorgeous decor). Will definitely stay here again

Very comfortable and clean. Bed was really comfortable. The breakfast was also good. The lounge was comfortable and served a reasonable dinner. Staff friendly. Far from the centre but close to a metro. Good for the business district. Ill happily go back for work purposes.

Great bar lounge area, cosy and nicely designed. The location , although it was a bit far from the centre , it was near metro and bus stations . The area was quiet with supermarkets, restaurants and bars nearby. The room was spacious and clean, it had everything for a good accommodation. The staff were kind.
