The hotel is located on Avenida Duque de Loulé, a charming avenue just metres from the Praça Marquês de Pombal square and Avenida da Liberdade, one of the main routes through the centre of Lisbon and the prime shopping area of the Portuguese capital, with fashionable shops, summertime café terraces and live music at night. The hotel is also a walkable distance from both the financial district and the city’s main viewpoints.

À la carte restaurant open for breakfast and dinner. Featuring delicious typically Mediterranean cuisine, inspired by traditional Portuguese flavours with a homage to Spanish cooking (a nod to the roots of the H10 Hotels chain). With an ambience full of charm, its elegant design features many ceramic decorative elements, such as Portuguese plates and tiles and large windows that bring abundant light into the restaurant.

Located on the 10th floor, the terrace bar has two different areas, one covered and one in the open air with impressive views of Lisbon and the Tagus Estuary. It is the perfect place to finish off the day sipping a cocktail or having a snack while enjoying the sunset over the Portuguese capital. Immerse yourself in the carefully selected music that we have prepared for you, and take in the view of the colourful city rooftops. The bar is closed during the winter season, but guests are still welcome to enjoy the rooftop, except for when there are private events being held or in the event of force majeure situations, in which case access will be restricted.

This was our best hotel during our Portugal vacation! The service was incredible. From delivering our luggage to our rooms the first morning, to mailing a package with a prepaid label so I didnt have to go to the post office, the service was incredible! The breakfast was also the best weve had at any hotel. We were also impressed with the robes in the room available for all guests and the complimentary water bottles and coffee refreshed every day. Its about a 10 minute subway ride to the main area of the city but its across the street from the grocery store so that was convenient. Theres also a McDonalds close by if you need a taste of the US. I almost didnt stay here given no fitness center or pool, but Im so happy I didnt switch. Highly recommend!

A wonderful and highly recommended choice in Lisbon

The location of this hotel is wonderful, situated in a very nice and pleasant area right next to the beautiful main shopping avenue.
Our stay didn't start perfectly. Upon arrival, we discovered that instead of the suite we booked, our reservation had been changed to two connecting rooms for the kids. Additionally, there was a misunderstanding regarding our room, which we expected to be a Superior but turned out to be a Twin (It wasnt). Naturally, we were initially quite upset, especially since the change hadn't been communicated to us in advance, even though the hotel's intentions were good, aiming to provide a more spacious setup.
Thankfully, the rest of our experience was flawless. The breakfast was wonderful, featuring a fantastic la carte menu alongside a rich buffet. A special thank you goes to Mr. Bruno G. at breakfast, who was incredibly attentive, professional, and charming. He remembered our personal preferences daily and was extremely knowledgeable and reassuring regarding strict gluten-free options for celiacs. To top it all off, the rooftop is beautifully designed, offering delicious food and a great atmosphere.
What truly transformed our stay was the staff's reaction once they realized our disappointment. They went above and beyond to make things right. We would like to highly commend Susana, the reception manager, for her outstanding care and professionalism. Even though the hotel is not officially rated as a 5-star property, the exceptional world-class service made it feel exactly like one. We regularly stay at luxury properties, and the service here absolutely lives up to that standard. We would love to return!

The hotel is beautiful, the rooms are an excellent size and the beds are super super comfy
Toiletries are lovely and the free coffee is great for coffee drinkers (cant say more as I am a tea drinker)
Lobby is lovely and we tried both the rooftop and the lobby bars
We were over charged the first night so challenged the bill the second night and they did amend but didnt correct the night before (5 euros so not a deal breaker for me)
So why 4 and not 5 stats
For me the soundproofing is good but not amazing so we did struggle with being woken up by housekeeping cleaning rooms around us which started early. The floors are wooden so you can hear footsteps and cleaning from the rooms next door (we were on the 8th floor so can only comment on our room and experience. Maybe if they could alternate the start times each day at different ends of the corridor it would be better
They provide a comp bottle of water each day which is a nice touch
Location wise there is a bus stop outside the hotel and the metro is a short walk away.
Yes I would stay here again as the staff were super professional and helpful and maybe if I could I would give it 4.5 stars
