The bar is closed during the winter season, but guests are still welcome to enjoy the rooftop, except for when there are private events being held or in the event of force majeure situations, in which case access will be restricted.

Everyone here is very nice and helpful. Veta, the Assistant Manager, is very smart and likable with excellent English skills. They should give her a raise!
The rooms are pretty and the bed is super comfortable with lots of pillows. Water pressure in the shower is excellent and the heating system is quiet. Despite being on a busy street the noise level is low due to double pane windows and a heavy drape. The rooftop bar is fun and offers good city views and a bar food menu.
On the down side, breakfast was decent but not great however the service was top notch. My only other complaint is that theres no pool, spa or exercise equipment but they have everything else you need.
I still give it five stars for the service.
