We stayed as a family of 4 in July 26, this was our third stay at the hotel. Lovely hotel grounds, staff very friendly, great location 2 minutes walk to the beach and supermarket and places to eat out, would highly recommend Portobello for lovely food, value and great hosts. Food at breakfast is really good, good choices, lunch and dinner can be a bit hit or miss. Rooms kept very clean with daily room cleaning and good air conditioning. Lifeguards very good at stopping sunbed reservation in the morning which was really good to see. Big thank you to the hotel for noticing the birthday cards in our room for our oldest son and sending a card and chocolates to the room without us saying anything it was a lovely touch. Room 340 requested due to the lovely views, sun all day on the balcony and very quiet but families with very young children would struggle with the stairs and buggies. We had a great stay.

Excellent hotel for families. Relaxing atmosphere, nice beach less than 2 min walking distance (as well as useful services and shops), marvellous entertainment (sophisticated shows--Hakuna Matata, fun games, very kind monitors who obviously enjoy their work), fresh food with very good service (continuos replacement of food, everything is kept clean). Pool is nice with little slides, maybe a bit small when too mamy people. Highly recommended for families and relaxing, fun atmosphere.

Our family of 4 has just returned from the most incredible holiday at H10 Lanzarote Gardens, and we honestly couldnt recommend it enough!
From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The hotel was spotless, beautifully maintained, and in a fantastic location. The food was excellent, with so much choice every day that there was something for everyone, including our kids.
What really made this holiday unforgettable was the amazing animation team. They brought so much energy, enthusiasm, and fun to every single day. There was always something happening, whether it was games, activities, or entertainment, and they made everyone feel included.
The foam party was an absolute highlight for the whole family, and we were lucky enough to experience two incredible White Parties too. The music, atmosphere, and energy were simply fantastic they created memories well never forget!
A special mention also goes to the kids club. It was safe, well-organised, and our children absolutely loved it. The staff were caring, engaging, and made it easy for us to relax knowing our kids were having the best time.
This was genuinely one of our favourite family holidays ever. If youre looking for a fun-filled, family-friendly resort with outstanding entertainment, fantastic facilities, delicious food, and wonderful staff, H10 Lanzarote Gardens is the place to go. We cant wait to come back!!

Another superb holiday. We first came here 15 years ago with small children and have been back every year. The friendly staff can’t do enough for you and really do go the extra mile to make your holiday extra special. We now visit as a couple and feel superbly relaxed from the first moment we enter the hotel. If you are reading this then don’t hesitate to book…you will have the best time ever.
