Best hotel with kids in Costa teguise

Stayed at this hotel 4yrs running and don't get tired of it, my kids this Yr were 8 girl and 11 boy, they came home saying it was the best week of their lives so can't as for more than that, its very central and in a great location just a 2min walk to beach, every staff member in this hotel from reception/office , cleaners , lifeguards , bar restaurant staff and entertainment are all so friendly and can't do enough for you, this place is spotless, no sunbed wars which is so good, we always go AI with kids this is the best option for us and always so much choice a themed food night each night , my boy is a fussy eater and always finds something to eat, we find the food really good and to high standard, we always book this hotel before we leave for the next and have done so again for next year, we always come same two weeks and this year while we stayed there were also at least 10 other families that had also returned from the same time last year so I think that says alot, my kids absolutely adored the entertainment staff and were so sad saying goodbye to them they both spent most their time in the junior club, lots of the same entertainment staff were there from last year and my kids were so excited when they returned and seen they were still there, they run a fabulous white party on a Monday night and tropical party on a Thurs night which is a highlight of the week , kids in junior club learn 4 dance routine and get to dance them at the tropical party which they loved , they did this with Deigo who was so so great with the kids he is still being talked about at home, the entertainment team also put on evening entertainment and their in-house show is our favourite they also include kids in some shows which kids adored , they done lion King show , grease/mama mia, 80's show all to a very high standard so well rehearsed and very entertaining , this Yr they launched a new pool show called dance and splash which was so so good and very inclusive everyone joins in, big shout out to vera head of entertainment who organises all this and has been in this hotel since I can remember she's amazing, at this hotel your kids will never go bored

Really good family hotel

We came on a family holiday 11 of us in total from 8 - 86! What a super spot, it had been 7 or 8 years since we'd been and it had something for everyone. We went All Inc. and the food was very good. Really good spot for kids, very safe and close to the shops and beach. Staff are lovely. You can book the water park with the hotel and this gets children under 12 free. We will definitely come again.

Another great holiday!

This is the second time we visited this hotel and we loved it just as much! The hotel was perfect for our children who were 4 & 5. The hotel rooms were perfect with a little kitchen area which really came in handy. A huge shout out to the entertainment team who were amazing. Our children absolutely loved the mini club and the shows and entertainment they put on every day! My little girl made such a lovely bond with the ladies from the team that she cried coming home! Great hotel, but would avoid spa

We had a really enjoyable 12-day stay and, aside from our experience with the spa, there was very little we could fault about the hotel. Our room was good, the staff throughout the hotel were friendly and helpful, and there was always plenty of space around the pool. We also thought the food and drinks were good throughout our stay. The location is excellent. Its only a short walk to the beach and into the main square in Costa Teguise, where there are plenty of bars, restaurants and evening entertainment. A particular mention has to go to the entertainment team, who were brilliant with the kids and really added to their holiday. The one significant negative was the spa. We booked an expensive treatment towards the end of our stay and unfortunately the quality was poor. We raised our concerns with the hotel and were advised that the spa is operated by a separate company and that we would need to take the matter up with them directly. We did this, but found their customer service and response to our concerns very disappointing. Although the spa is separately operated, it is a service offered to hotel guests and formed part of our overall experience, so it feels important to mention it here. Based on our experience, I would strongly recommend avoiding the spa. Aside from this, we had a very good experience at the hotel and would happily recommend it.
