A fabulous stay for families

This is probably the first hotel we've come to two years in a row. I can't recommend it enough. The staff are friendly and inviting, and the animation team work around the clock to provide high quality entertainment for guests of all ages. What I loved most about the hotel was that there were many guests with a range of additional needs, proving that it is an incredibly inclusive place to stay. My son has autism and staff were able to accommodate our request of a room on the ground floor near the pool without any fuss. The animation team were also understanding when my son couldn't adhere to some of the rules. We would love to return next year.

Lovely hotel

We were half board staying in a suite in the La Palma block. The staff in the hotel are really friendly and attentive in particular in the restaurant.
Our apartment was clean and we had no issues at all during our stay. There were plenty of sunbeds available and the hotel has a no reserve policy which is really helpful. The hotel is close to some supermarkets, restaurants and bars though the area is not as busy as the main Costa Teguise square, however this was only a 10 minute walk away.
The only downside was that at times there was only one staff member on reception and when we attended our average wait was 10-15 minutes which could be avoided by having staff extra staff on.
Towels for the pool are available for hire and these can be exchanged for 1 whenever they are needed.
We were able to swap our evening meal to lunch and just needed a voucher from reception which was easy to do .though we did have the wait.
If we return to Costa Teguise we would stay at the H10 again .

Great hotel, but would avoid spa

We had a really enjoyable 12-day stay and, aside from our experience with the spa, there was very little we could fault about the hotel.
Our room was good, the staff throughout the hotel were friendly and helpful, and there was always plenty of space around the pool. We also thought the food and drinks were good throughout our stay.
The location is excellent. Its only a short walk to the beach and into the main square in Costa Teguise, where there are plenty of bars, restaurants and evening entertainment.
A particular mention has to go to the entertainment team, who were brilliant with the kids and really added to their holiday.
The one significant negative was the spa. We booked an expensive treatment towards the end of our stay and unfortunately the quality was poor. We raised our concerns with the hotel and were advised that the spa is operated by a separate company and that we would need to take the matter up with them directly. We did this, but found their customer service and response to our concerns very disappointing.
Although the spa is separately operated, it is a service offered to hotel guests and formed part of our overall experience, so it feels important to mention it here. Based on our experience, I would strongly recommend avoiding the spa.
Aside from this, we had a very good experience at the hotel and would happily recommend it.
