Pools are fantastic, plus the decking tiles around the pools feels far safer than at other resorts and is very well maintained. There's also lifeguards which is reassuring when you have kids playing together and running between pools! And the slides are fun!
Staff were fantastic, especially Diego in the junior club.
Best of all, the food is fantastic. Sometimes it can be luke warm but that's the downside to buffet restaurants.
The wristband room entry is something that other resorts should adopt. Great idea.
Finally, the location. The beach is a 5 minute walk, there's a shopping complex across the road, the waterpark is not too far and a great kids sports place behind the resort. Plenty of bars around too.
The bad...
Only one restaurant and it's a buffet. Not a pleasant atmosphere to dine every day and as above, the food can be luke warm.
No air con (not at least while we were there) in the bar or theatre.
The nightly entertainment was poor.
The good for me far outweighs the poor and we would definitely return some year soon.

Perfect for families- especially the entertainment
Cant speak highly enough of the blue team who not only run kids club but also put on brilliant shows in the evenings for everyone to enjoy!
Shout out especially to Xavi & Maria who my older two kids adored.
Hotel itself is super clean, all staff are so kind and helpful.
It really makes all the difference to the hotel vibe when staff are friendly and happy in their work.
We went half board, food is very good. Generally I dont like buffet food but found there was something delicious to eat at all times- really fresh fruit salads etc.
Hotel is across the road from the beach, CT is beautiful and very chilled!
We will definately be back. Thanks guys!

Fantastic holiday!

We have just returned from a 7 day stay and we had the best time! The location is excellent - shops and supermarket opposite the hotel and the beach a 5 minute stroll away.
The rooms are incredibly spacious and clean - the concealed kitchenette is a great touch as we like to have drinks and snacks in the room for our children.
I would suggest to pay extra for a pool view as we didnt and had a view of the playground at the back of the hotel - it didnt overly bother us but the hotel grounds and pool area are so beautiful, it wouldve been a fantastic view!
The animation team are fantastic, the mini disco and evening entertainment are brilliant - our youngest daughter was fascinated with Daisy, the mascot (and all the merch that came with it!).
There is also crazy golf and the aquarium a 5 minute walk away if you fancy getting out for a few hours (we also did the submarine safari trip and went to the water park, both of which were fabulous).
In short, we had a wonderful holiday!
