An enjoyable stay with the kids :)

We recently stayed here , returned home yesterday. We had a lovely time. Positives : *Close to the airport *Has a pharmacy & doctor right outside the reception entrance and loads of close by amenities * Food ( buffet ) was delicious and there was a great selection which seemed of good quality and standard * Staff were all lovely that we dealt with * Kids club & kids activities were great * The share toy box by the pool is great and saves you buying loads of pool toys and swim noodles , people take and return from it * Loved the fact we had balcony and clothes airer and the on site self service washer & dryer 5 charge but handy Negatives * The small playground on site was closed a few of the days of our stay so our 2 year old missed that * We were given a room which required use of stairs to access it , no lift so with suitcases and buggy it was difficult , next time we visit we will ask for a ground floor room * Some parts of the room were a little dated and worn but in a busy place with lots of footfall particularly children I suppose its to be expected Family of 4 , 2 adults and 2 kids ( 2 & 7 )

Fantastic family holiday

We stayed here as a family of 7, 5 adults and 2 children (5 and 8). My husband and I have stayed in H10 adults only hotels before, this was a first at a family hotel. The hotel was excellent for all ages, the rooms clean and well maintained. We had 3 rooms which were all next door to each other. One room was available when we checked in so we were able to leave all our luggage together, use the bathroom, get changed. The children had a wonderful time in the pool everyday. The eldest went to the maxi club and had a great time. We played bingo every evening, there was a mini disco and an evening show. The all inclusive buffet was the best we have had in a long time. Food variations every evening. A separate buffet for children if they wanted it. Ice cream and chocolate fountains also available. All inclusive drinks included premium spirits - a first in a long time. Cocktails were freshly made. The staff were very friendly and plentiful. No dirty plates left on tables, floors cleaned when needed. The grounds were immaculate (something which H10 does very well). Shops, beach and restaurants within easy walking distance and the promenade stretches for miles if you like to walk. I wouldn't say this is a hotel for adults holidaying alone (we wouldn't choose it) but would definitely return with the family.

Amazing holiday!

Just home from the best holiday here! Cant fault the hotel, the food, the staff, the location. Just overall an amazing place! Nothing is too much trouble for the staff, its clear to see they are proud of where they work and enjoy what they are doing. Everything was so clean. The gardens and communal areas were immaculate too. If there could be one improvement it would be to have more toilets in the hotel area / near the bars but this wasnt a big issue! All staff we met engaged with the kids and were always happy and positive even when very busy. The entertainment was good fun too. Food was so good! It is noisy in the restaurant but completely expected and nothing unusual given its a family focused hotel. The hosts at the restaurant were amazing, we were a group of 7 but never had to wait for a table even though it was school holidays so busy. Thank you for a wonderful holiday! Also highly recommend playa del Jablillo beach - lovely little cove and can see lots of fish from the beach

The best hotel in Costa teguise

Another superb holiday. We first came here 15 years ago with small children and have been back every year. The friendly staff can’t do enough for you and really do go the extra mile to make your holiday extra special. We now visit as a couple and feel superbly relaxed from the first moment we enter the hotel. If you are reading this then don’t hesitate to book…you will have the best time ever.
