Perfect for families with young children

Great hotel for families with children. Buffet adapted to young children and adults. Great animation team. Good pool en 5 minutes from te beach.

Good experience

We stayed at the hotel in August on a half-board basis as a family of five, and overall we had a very enjoyable stay. The staff were excellent friendly, helpful and always willing to assist. The entertainment for the kids was also excellent, and our children really enjoyed it. The kids pool was spacious and a great feature. There are also kids clubs available, although we didnt use them during our stay. The location is another big positive. The local area is lovely, with a beautiful beach nearby and plenty of amenities within walking distance. The town is particularly nice in the evening, with a great atmosphere and reasonably priced drinks. We stayed on a half-board basis. As expected, drinks arent included, which is fairly standard. The food was good overall, with a decent selection and a different theme each night. However, although the theme changed, a lot of the main food options remained the same, so the dining experience could become a little repetitive. Our family room was very spacious and was cleaned and serviced daily. The room was clean and comfortable, although it did feel a little dated in places. The kitchenette was a useful addition, especially for a family of five. One small issue was that there was no lock on the bathroom door, which I understand can be fairly common in European hotels, but with a family of five, a little extra privacy would have been appreciated! Overall, this is a good family hotel and I would definitely recommend it to other families. The children really enjoyed their stay, and the excellent staff, great pool and entertainment, and convenient location made it a very enjoyable holiday for us.

Really good family hotel

We came on a family holiday 11 of us in total from 8 - 86! What a super spot, it had been 7 or 8 years since we'd been and it had something for everyone. We went All Inc. and the food was very good. Really good spot for kids, very safe and close to the shops and beach. Staff are lovely. You can book the water park with the hotel and this gets children under 12 free. We will definitely come again.

Great hotel, but would avoid spa

We had a really enjoyable 12-day stay and, aside from our experience with the spa, there was very little we could fault about the hotel. Our room was good, the staff throughout the hotel were friendly and helpful, and there was always plenty of space around the pool. We also thought the food and drinks were good throughout our stay. The location is excellent. Its only a short walk to the beach and into the main square in Costa Teguise, where there are plenty of bars, restaurants and evening entertainment. A particular mention has to go to the entertainment team, who were brilliant with the kids and really added to their holiday. The one significant negative was the spa. We booked an expensive treatment towards the end of our stay and unfortunately the quality was poor. We raised our concerns with the hotel and were advised that the spa is operated by a separate company and that we would need to take the matter up with them directly. We did this, but found their customer service and response to our concerns very disappointing. Although the spa is separately operated, it is a service offered to hotel guests and formed part of our overall experience, so it feels important to mention it here. Based on our experience, I would strongly recommend avoiding the spa. Aside from this, we had a very good experience at the hotel and would happily recommend it.
