Great for Families with Young Children A Mostly Wonderful Stay We travelled as a family of five with children aged 5, 4, and 2, and this hotel turned out to be perfect for us. Its very child-friendly, especially with the excellent kids club, where all the children got to be together in the afternoon a real bonus for siblings. The buffet was fantastic, offering a wide variety of options that even the kids could help themselves to. Each day, our experience at the hotel got better and better. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and helpful, which really made a difference. That said, there were a few hiccups. On arrival, we received no help with our luggage or directions to our room, which was quite surprising Ive never experienced that in a hotel before. We were assigned a room on the second floor with no lift access, which is challenging when you have small children and strollers. Although someone did eventually assist us after we raised concerns, its worth noting that guests are generally expected to use the luggage trolleys themselves. We had received an email the day before offering us a bungalow, but the receptionist at check-in seemed unaware of this, and we were disappointed it wasnt offered to us. If you have small children, Id definitely recommend requesting a ground-floor room, especially if your little ones tend to fall asleep in buggies. Despite these issues, the cleanliness of the hotel was exceptional especially considering how many families with children were staying there. A special thank you to Alvaro, who was outstanding in communicating with us via email both before and during our trip. He was always quick to respond and incredibly helpful. The gym opens early at 6am, and you can ask the front desk for a drink if you need one a nice touch for early risers. A note about the weather: it was quite windy throughout our stay, but we actually found it pleasant and didnt need extra layers. Be cautious, though many guests got sunburned due to the wind masking the suns strength. Dont forget the sun cream! Lastly, while the hotel was wonderful for young families, the surrounding area is a bit run-down. But if youre mainly staying at the resort with kids, this wont affect your experience too much. Overall, Id highly recommend this hotel for families with young children. With just a few improvements to arrival service, it could be near perfect.

I'd like to start by saying this hotel was fantastic. I'll go into more detail below about our personal experience. It is a family hotel through and through. I'd not recommend it as a couples, chilled holiday. La Gomera building block. Room - 272 - Family Suite. The room had a land view and was not pool facing but quieter for it. I think. The room had two balconies, one off the bedroom and there are two doors in the living room. One leading to the same as the bedroom and another to a larger one with sunloungers. Air-conditioning units in both the bedroom and living room. Living room The main living room has a sofa, coffee table, armchair, and desk with TV. The TV was quite old and not a smart TV, which was fine as we didn't spend too much time in our room anyway. The sofa folds out into a sofabed, but we didn't use this, so I can't comment. There was a small kitchenette in the living room, hidden behind cupboard doors. The kitchenette has a sink, microwave, kettle, coffee machine, and all the cutlery and plates needed. It also has a sponge, washing up liq and a tea towl (very handy). Bathroom The bathroom had a bath/ shower combo, sink, toilet, and bidet. Showergel, shampoo, and conditioner all supplied. As well as soap and moisturiser, dental kit, comb, tissue box all supplied Bedroom Untold spare blankets and pillows (likely for the sofabed but still lots spare. Doors leading to small balcony with table and chairs and a clothes airer Facilities Hotel grounds were well maintained and beautiful. Easy to navigate. There was a playground by the pool, one larger one in the mini club part. This was more secluded as I don't think maybe people knew about it. Then there was a little play house outside our block too. Restaurant hours were perfect for us, as our dining times varied each day, but breakfast, lunch, and dinner were all at good times. The restaurant staff were great and very accommodating. Specifically, Maria who went above and beyond for our vegan needs. There was plenty on offer, but Maria bought extra other bits, such as cheese, sausages, and burgers. The pool bar also offered a vegan burger. There was a dedicated Vegan Corner at the dessert buffet, which was massively appreciated. The spa was nice. My massage was so relaxing, I almost fell asleep! Local area We mainly turned right out of the hotel into all the shops, bars, and restaurants, and there was lots on offer. Straight across from the hotel is a short walk to the front of the beautiful (relatively quiet) sandy beach. Two resident cats on the resort site, so very cute saying hello to them before breakfast and seeing them walk around. There is a dedicated cat hutch and feeding station near the tennis courts.

Weve just returned from H10 Lanzarote Gardens and honestly, it blew us away. Were a family of five with three boys (aged 2, 7, and 9), and this place ticked every box. Yes, its clean, yes, its well kept but what really stands out is how well the staff maintain it. The location is fantastic. Costa Teguise is lovely and relaxed, and the local beaches are brilliant for families. Costa Jablillo in particular is a gem bring a snorkel! We spotted parrot fish, puffer fish, and even an octopus hiding among the rocks. Our eldest is a very keen fisherman, and one of the unexpected highlights for him was getting a fishing licence while we were there. He bought a rod and spent hours fishing off the harbour wall, catching loads of decent-sized fish it made his holiday. We upgraded to all-inclusive, which made total sense for us (our 2-year-old is not a restaurant-sitter). While the restaurants along the promenade looked great especially the fish place nearest the hotel we stuck with the hotel food and were pleasantly surprised. Yes, the weekly menu rotates, but the variety is impressive. You can have meats and fish grilled fresh to your liking we had seabream, monkfish, razor clams... it was seriously good. We ate well, and we werent expecting to. The hotel grounds are beautiful. The plants and trees are stunning every time we walked back in, we were wowed by how lush and vibrant it all felt. But honestly? The best part of our stay was the entertainment team. Marco and Mateo made our boys feel like the stars of the show. Their energy, kindness, and genuine warmth made the holiday. Those guys deserve a pay rise. We didnt think we were resort people but this place has changed our minds. Its special. Were already planning when we can come back.

Another superb holiday. We first came here 15 years ago with small children and have been back every year. The friendly staff can’t do enough for you and really do go the extra mile to make your holiday extra special. We now visit as a couple and feel superbly relaxed from the first moment we enter the hotel. If you are reading this then don’t hesitate to book…you will have the best time ever.
