H10 Suites Lanzarote Gardens, Lanzarote

Newly refurbished apartment with plenty of space. Great location for walking to the beach or into town. Friendly staff. Clean and well maintained. Good variety of food available in the dining room. Two things of note: all first and second floor suites are accessed via external stairs with no lifts; this hotel is very popular with families and the restaurant can get very busy and noisy.

Our 4th visit to H10 Lanzarote Gardens- and it is as fantastic as always. Rooms have had a refurb, which has freshened them up. We always go HB then pay to upgrade to AI once there, as with 2 young kids it is def worth it. Restuarant food, snack bar food, drinks - all a very high standard. Kids club ( especially Karen who is unbelievable) are brilliant - our kids adore meeting new friends each day and winning certificates that they get presented after the mini-disco in the evening. Special mention to Pablo, Miguel and Vicky - who are all just wonderful and make the hotel and holiday such a superb experience each year. I looking forward to coming back next year!

Another superb holiday. We first came here 15 years ago with small children and have been back every year. The friendly staff can’t do enough for you and really do go the extra mile to make your holiday extra special. We now visit as a couple and feel superbly relaxed from the first moment we enter the hotel. If you are reading this then don’t hesitate to book…you will have the best time ever.

We are just back from spending the UK October half term in this hotel and we had a fantastic time. The hotel is gorgeous, set in beautiful gardens. The rooms are very nice, we were in la Gomera, beside the kids playground which was nice and quiet, perfect for us. The reception staff are so accommodating if you want a ground floor or quiet room - e-mail the hotel and ask ahead. The room had a small kitchen and a sofa bed and pull out bed for our two children. Housekeeping staff kept our room in perfect condition, so much appreciated. We went all inclusive which is a great option, good value. The buffets are really great, amazing choice every day. I am allergic to gluten and the chef came out and gave me a tour of the buffet at every meal, making it clear what I could and could not eat and despite my allergy I had great choice, there was very little off limits (apart from chips and pasta which I can eat at home anyway!). Lovely Canarian and Moroccan dishes, (and plenty of European/British food if that's what you want) gorgeous salads and the highlight for my children - the chocolate fountain!! Amazing cakes and desserts too, ice cream by the scoop with lots of sprinkles. What really makes this hotel so special is the staff. All across the hotel the staff are so, so friendly and very helpful. The dining room staff are so busy and work so hard but always have time for a laugh and a joke or to help out if there is a query or a problem. Special shout out to Maria in the dining room who was so lovely, but the whole team are great and keep everything in there flowing so smoothly. The staff in the bars are also very lovely and accommodating and also have time for a chat or a joke. The evening entertainment is also excellent. Mini disco a big hit with Daisy the hotel mascot but the shows afterwards are very family friendly and the hotel staff work so hard to put on a great performance - singing and dancing every night plus a couple of external performers on a couple of nights too who were great. The hotel is less than 5 mins walk to a lovely beach and shops/bars/restaurants and there is a bus stop directly outside with good connections. Ignore the people who have said some negative things in their reviews about the hotel, some people will find fault with anything, you would never find somewhere of this standard in the UK - this is a fantastic place for a holiday with your family.

Just back from a week’s holiday at this hotel and would hugely rate it. The staff in every single part of the hotel are total champs - from the animation team who are so welcoming to the kids (and seem to work hours) to the bar staff and team at the restaurant. They all seem to work so hard to make guests feel welcome. Details like kids steps at reception and the bar led us to know it was v child friendly. If the Hotel Manager is reading this please know your staff all do such a good job. So many other helpful reviews to go into specific details but my summary is: Kids club: free and my 7yo LOVED it. Park: next to kids club and had a good selection incl zip wire Pools: lifeguards who stay focused! The main one was chilly but great slides. Warm pool was a delight. Bar: we were AI and felt so looked after. Aperol spritz were an especially win. Restaurants: such friendly staff. Good selection of fresh food and variety. Even when it was at max capacity and the staff were stretched they staff kept up their smiles Rooms: exactly what we needed and comfy pull out bed for our kid. Animation team: so friendly and hard working and talented.
