This would has been my third time to this resort, and I can say im not disappointed, even after an hurricane that seem to have shattered the island, these staff still seem to just be happy and have a vibrant spirit, as a local living overseas it's nice to visit home and see how resilient these people are.
So first thing first, There is a manager Ms. MONIQUE, shes a gem, to have a staff like her in any company is a win. The level of customer service and she just connects with people effortlessly, I would watch her move around at the pool, the restaurants shes everywhere and engaging with the guest, she also sat and dined with me because I told her I was alone on my trip, how nice. The staff by the privilege pool area awesome. Sashorn, millicent , all of them I hope the bigger managers see these reviews and know there staff are really doing well.
The food, omg, I can tell you I did noy go to one restaurant that I didn't enjoy and they have so many different options. BLUEMOON I think it's call, thats the, even when I thought French cuisine nah, but when I went I realized that i could eat from the menu. And ofcourse Ms.Monique was there to help me choose, so the lamb was delicious, the creme brule consistency is off but its still good. I WILL BE COMING BACK WITH FAMILY AND FRIENDS AND THIS IS BECAUSE OF THE STAFF AND FOOD. I will not comment on rooms because I understand the situation but for the most part the people made the stay excellent.

Ocean Eden Bay is my go to an has been for a few years nowand for a few reasons.
Firstly, the way we are greeted with welcome home and remembered by so many staff members, makes us feel at home, literally.
From the amazing and most beautiful smile of Mr Earl, to the way the front desk & butler staff absolutely takes care of us with such care. (Shout out Kaci, Deino, Tevin, Ransford, & Akeem.. youre our faves! Give them all raises!!)
Secondly, outside of the fact that the rooms are so spacious & comfortable, the good times that we have hanging at the bar.
Each time, we meet new friends from all over the world, and we bring them straight to the main bar to acquaint them with the bar staff. Junior is our absolute fav! Hes the first person we look for when we walk in! (Sidebar- we miss Rasheda so bad!) Those two together were pure magic! The way they bring together people from all walks of life thru good drinks and music, at the bar is a tale to be told! We leave with forever friends after hanging there with them. Because the disco is not a fan fav amongst most guests Ive talked to, the bar is our hangout. You can beat good vibes and good people. No one wants to come to Jamaica and have a dull bar experience. The bar staff needs raises too. Thats where the magic happens! We never have to leave the resort to attend a nightclub because the main bar and the fellowship is so satisfying!
Its the first thing we tell our social media followers about when we are promoting the resort. Weve sent so many people there based on our personal experiences that we share thru our content! More to be expected, real soon!

My husband and I have been travelling to this Beautiful Resort for the last 3 years and we consider it our 2nd home. All the staff have become our Family.
Billy is by far the best and he made our trip one we will never forget. He went above and beyond for our 20th Anniversary.
Jefferine, Kash, KittyKat, Monica, Theadore, Givar, Adrian, Candace, Roshane, Junior, Jason,Maids etc all are amazing.
Food, atomsphere, drinks, entertainment are a 5 star.

The place was amazing. The staff were so courteous, friendly, helpful and professional. It was hard to believe these people just suffered a devastating hurricane 2 months ago.
