Ocean Eden Bay, Jamaica

Just come back from Jamaica having stayed at the Ocean Eden Bay, the resort as a whole is large especially when you consider you can use all the ocean coral scene facilities too. The staff a friendly and I never had any issues getting into any of the restaurants even without booking. The only exception is the Senses dinner show that you do book. I would like to pick 1 staff member for special mention and that is Katia one of the concierge team she was fantastic and very professional and couldnt do enough to help.

Ocean Eden bay was by my far my favourite hotel I have stayed in. We booked a privilege junior suite with partial sea view. On arrival it did take a bit of time to book in with the privilege desk but when we finally did we had our amazing butler Ryan take us to our room, he was very attentive , welcoming and had a good sense of humour, throughout our whole trip he was very accommodating and made my experience and ocean Eden bay. The room was nice and beautiful, however certain things did make us feel a bit uncomfortable but in saying that a normal person probably would not see certain issues but having a problem with germs it did affect us a bit. We did have a few issues with our room but it was due to our own knowledge. The staff had a fast approach to sending someone out. We had Antony who was the maintenance guy who helped us with our problems and was friendly and very nice. Andre the manager also went out of his way to call us and come and see how we was doing after our first day and if we needed any assistance with anything . Again like most of the staff he was friendly , kind and welcoming. Just off the staff alone we would visit ocean Eden bay again as they make the hotel. All the a la carte food restaurants was very nice. Our favourite had to be the steak house. The service from Delroy was amazing and made our experience even better. Everyday they had activities for us to do which was very entertaining. One thing we loved and watched every night on both ocean Eden bay and Ocean coral spring is the live entertainment. Every night without a fail , rain or no rain. It was absolutely a vibe , fun and filled with soo much talent. I loved my stay at ocean Eden bay and I will be back again.

The hotel was absolutely beautiful. We had a wonderful view of the ocean from our patio. We were privileged and had an amazing butler, Dan who helped us with booking dinners and our deep sea fishing trip. He was always willing to help and answer any questions we had. He made our stay well worth it and stress free!

Such beautiful and breathtaking views. Food was delicious from Captain Market. Big up Monique & Conrad for excellent service during dinner. Showtime theater did a phenomenal performance of Jamaican cultural music from past to present. Thanks to Gorgette and Julyberd who made our time welcoming, enjoyable, and relaxing. Can’t wait to be back! One love ????????
