( And they were all good) She served us for the entire week. With a smile in the 30c heat. Thanks Millicent for making our trip extra special.

My first time at ocean Eden Bay resort. The food is absolutely amazing. Everything thing I ate was so tasty and delicious.The people are so friendly Nichelle is great! My room clean, always towels and face cloths. The doors were loud you can hear them slam shut. I was on the second floor and I didnt hear the people on top of us. The resort it beautiful!!! The cost is worth the money for sure! My husband and I will definitely be back! YAAAA MAN!!!
Highly recommend the party boat luminous lagoon tour. Tomorrow and I'm doing the Bob Marley tour.

need a coffee bar at eden bay

My wife and I spent 10 days at Eden Bay ( we were there in 2025 also). Food was good especially The Blue Moon. Room service could have been better and water on a regular basis is a must. We enjoyed our trip but a must have is a properly stocked coffee cafe on the Eden Bay side and I do mean a must have. The coffee bar on the Coral Springs side is too far away from Eden Bay ( remember older adults some infirm etc.) It is nice to meet people in a comfortable and easy to access a coffee bar especially in the evening. Also there is too much emphasis on the coral springs side without facilitating the adult Eden bay side. The Eden bay theater you have to pay for (thats a bit of a stretch) and appears to be a bit of gouging, not good publicity. Still we love everything else and will be thinking about going back again next year.

Mostly good with a few things to note...

Overall we had a good experience at this resort. We stayed for a week and did not book the prestige level. We found the customer service to be generally friendly and competent with Amanda, our beach server for most of the week, being top notch. Truly a lovely person! The food was good and you only had to make reservations at a few restaurants which was nice. The entertainment team was fun and there was always something going on (dance class, water aerobics, corn hole, volleyball, meditation etc.) but Kash was great at reading people and knowing when to encourage and when to leave you be. There was also something in the square every night like a saxophone player, live band, acrobatic show and casino night. Our room was very clean and nice and the bed and pillows were comfortable. But there were a few things I wish I would have known before we went. There are not nearly enough shade spots at the pool or beach and you had to get down there by 7 if shade matters to you. The beach was also uneven and rocky where you entered the water which is not common in Jamaica so I wish I would have known to bring water shoes. Not being in prestige we did not have access to "top shelf" liquor. However I would say the quality of liquor and beer that was available for the regular price was really sub-par. We have found most resorts have better options at the base price. Despite the notes we had a great week and always enjoy the island!
