Lovely relaxing stay

Lovely hotel and had a really nice stay couldnt really fault anything. Good choices for dinner and breakfast I have been places where there have been more options but everything else was so lovely it didnt ruin the holiday. Not overly crowded considering it was the summer holidays and could always get a sun lounger without having to get up at the crack of dawn to secure one, you could literally go anytime of day and find somewhere to lounge which is so nice. My daughter loved the kids club and also the mini disco, evening entertainment was fun and the bar staff are very attentive. Staff are friendly and the hotel is very well kept. Its a bit of a walk to the area where the shops, restaurants and bars are but its a nice walk and very easy Only let down was that they wouldnt let us have a late check out. I enquired about booking it before flying so I could have it sorted before arrival but was told I had to sort on my last day. I enquired again when we arrived and was told the same thing. I then asked on the last day and was told if I wanted a later checkout then I had to book another night. Which I obviously wouldnt do. I travelled alone with a 4 year old so having a space for a few extra hours would have been a big help as our flight back home wasnt until 9pm and she would need a nap etc due to the late flight. They did provide a courtesy room where we could freshen up for 40 mins before we left but having somewhere to retreat to during the day would have been so helpful and wouldve made our last day more enjoyable. That being said I would love to come back and probably will if I am able to get earlier flights back home, otherwise I would have to stay somewhere where late check out is an option

Excellent hotel.

This was our first time stopping at a H10 Horizon hotel and I would absolutely recommend this hotel. The hotel is a 10 minute walk from the main centre of Meloneras where most of the other main hotels and shops are, which from our point of view suited our needs to get the best of both worlds of exclusivity and quietness. The hotel itself is a 5 star hotel and lives up to this standard and in lots of ways exceeds this. We were all inclusive and we upgraded to the privilege package, if your budget allows I would definitely recommend upgrading to the privilege package. The food is varied and of a very high quality in every restaurant we ate in with a special mention for the Gaudi restaurant Maria and her team always delivered exceptional service. The main buffet restaurant always delivered a very high standard and choice of excellent food and drink. There were never any queues and immaculately clean throughout every sitting. There were always staff on hand if needed to support and the service received was always outstanding and natural, a special mention has to go to Souliman who was an excellent ambassador for the hotel throughout our experience. Our room was fantastic with great views of the sea, the hotel its self was of a very high standard throughout. The hotel had a really laidback feel throughout our stay, it just felt everything was easy and without any stress or pressure. and as good as the hotel facilities are the overriding memory is the amazing service and care given by the staff throughout the hotel. The only constructive feedback for hotel management is to look at the checking out process, when we checked out we asked for a late checkout as our flight was a late flight, unfortunately the late check out was not available which we understand however we were told after 12 noon our All inclusive package would be stopped but we could have a food voucher at the hotels expense, we asked if there were facilities to shower which we we told there is a shower room and we would get 15 minutes per person, it made us feel as if we are leaving so we don't matter anymore. ( we never chose to take the voucher or use the shower facilities instead choosing to eat externally out of the hotel ) this just felt a stark contrast to the exceptional service we had received throughout our stay. Every night when we went out to dinner our room would be cleaned for a second time and Lindt chocolates were put on each bed and fresh beach towels provided as part of the privilege package, this was lovely to walk into every night but on the last night before checkout no new towels no Lindt chocolates and no beds or cleaning had been done just a note to say thank you for staying at the hotel. This being said the hotel is superb and again the staff underpin all that was great about our stay and we would definitely stay again.

Always A Good Holiday At This Hotel

We just love this hotel. So much we decided to take our daughter and two grand daughters with us over February Half Term. We requested an adjoining room on ground floor over looking the main pool. Hotel gave us this which worked so well for us as a family. On this occasion we stayed half board only, normally we stay privilege, but felt la carte dining wld be wasted on 7 and 3 year olds so buffet seemed best option. Food was perfect lots of choice and replenished regularly. Casual dining suited us. Pool was a tad cold at first but warmed up whilst there so kids played very happily. Rooms were serviced well. Of good size with great toiletries. Staff are great always. Very helpful, polite and efficient. Entertainment is standard but good to have the option of an evening to sit, drink and watch. Great kids club and entertainment for little ones. 20 min walk into Maspolomas which we did most days and one evening. Lots of lovely bars and restaurants. A little further along the sea front to see sand dunes which the kids loved. Felt safe walking along the promanade of an evening too. Highly recommend this Hotel for couple and adults with young children. Cant wait to return.

At last a hotel we want to return to again and again.

I studied the hotel reviews before booking and discarded most of the negative ones as either petty or irrational. I am so glad I did. The ethos of the owners, the quality of the management and the dedication of the staff are superb. We elected to take the Priviledge package which was excellent. Thank you to the management and staff who all went the extra mile to make our stay so good. We used the excellent Ghoudi and Italian resturants a few times but more often as not the buffett meals had more variety. The choice of beverages was excellent and the quality of the inclusive wines a credit to the hotel. We enjoyed the variety of the entertainment in general. But specifically the Pianist in the main lounge was so good that it was our kick start to memorable evenings. We will be back and next time will use the hotels private transfers from and to the airport. Tip: The garden rooms that open onto the 4th floor priviledge pool will be our choice next time.
