Just spent 10 days at this hotel. Requested a high floor room and got exactly what we wanted very quiet and secluded thanks to Jorg on reception who gave us all the info we needed. The room was great sea, pool and golf course view . we had an issue with TV and it was sorted within 10 minutes. Our room was cleaned very well every day without any issues. The hotel grounds immaculate and sunbeds so comfy. We were not Privileged but drinks from bars were very good and service. Just wished we got an extra night at the restaurants for 10 days the buffet for breakfast lunch and dinner gets a bit the same every day especially as I dont eat meat. The outside bit of the buffet is great to get away from the noise in the restaurant feels like you are eating in a restaurant. The only disappointment was the beach I thought it was a sand/shingle but its rocks no one swimming. There is a lovely promenade walk Meloneras its a must about 20-25 minutes walk. All staff work really hard and sometimes there were queues at pool bar but he cant work any harder.
This is our first time at H10 hotels and we will definitely be using them again .

This is our 10th visit to this hotel. Always enjoy. Very relaxed, plenty of space. Food good especially the Japanese restaurant. Goudi great too for dinner and wonderful for breakfast in very relaxed atmosphere. Staff are lovely and mostly helpful. Rooms comfy pillow choice useful. We choose privilege option which adds extra special feeling. Bars offer good choice of drinks. Walks along to maspalomas is a good option for some exercise. Can walk quite a long way if thats your preference. Good location. Really recommend this hotel. We did meet quite a few returners to hotel and some who talked of returning always a good sign

I studied the hotel reviews before booking and discarded most of the negative ones as either petty or irrational. I am so glad I did. The ethos of the owners, the quality of the management and the dedication of the staff are superb. We elected to take the Priviledge package which was excellent.
Thank you to the management and staff who all went the extra mile to make our stay so good. We used the excellent Ghoudi and Italian resturants a few times but more often as not the buffett meals had more variety. The choice of beverages was excellent and the quality of the inclusive wines a credit to the hotel.
We enjoyed the variety of the entertainment in general. But specifically the Pianist in the main lounge was so good that it was our kick start to memorable evenings.
We will be back and next time will use the hotels private transfers from and to the airport.
Tip: The garden rooms that open onto the 4th floor priviledge pool will be our choice next time.
