Fly and flop - you wont be disappointed!

We came for a fly and flop holiday after all the rain in England and this hotel was excellent. Every team should be proud of the service they provide. Reception team - brilliant! Short wait in arrival but given cold towels and free drinks. Maid service - amazing! Sheets changed, fresh towels, spotless, complimentary water and chocolate Lindt bunny. Gardens - gorgeous! Sunbeds? We found sunbeds easily every day except Easter Sunday. On that day Jorge from the poolside team personally escorted us and found us a super comfy double sunbed with canopy. Food was cafeteria style but so much choice! Freshly made pancakes . Im afraid vegans might struggle but there were loads of salads, lentils, chickpeas, quinoa, so they did try. On the last day we checked out at 12 but then we could book a courtesy room free of charge for half an hour to get ready to fly home. Culturally this area is a total desert but if you feel the need to fly and flop I totally recommend this hotel.

One of the best holidays

It was one of the best holidays I've ever had. I travelled solo, because I needed time to chill. And I did just that at H10 in Meloneras. The hotel is in a beautiful location, right by the ocean and along a gorgeous promenade, perfect for morning runs and evening walks. The room was spacious and had a little garden, ideal for Yoga practice and reading. The food was excellent and the staff very friendly and helpful. The only thing I'd say, the standard was more like 4* rather than 5*, if you're picky. On day 1, they forgot to clean my room and left dirty mugs on the table. During really busy dinner/breakfast service on Easter Sunday and Monday, they couldn't cope with the rush: there were no clean plates left and tables weren't cleared as quickly as they should be. They charged me for an item from the mini bar that I didn't use. I know these are little things, but you wouldn't expect them in a 5* hotel. However, they were rectified quickly and with a smile! I'll definitely go back one day and I'll be trying out other locations, too

Just as good as ever.

Another great holiday at this excellent hotel. This was our 4th or 5th visit to the H10 and it never fails to deliver. The rooms, staff, food and facilities are all top notch and difficult to fault. The position of the hotel is also one of its strong points, the walkway that goes from the end of the small beach into Maspalomas is a great way to walk off the breakfast or evening meal ! I've no doubt that we shall return, again, in the next couple of years.

A Five Star experience in every way!

My husband and I stayed at the H10 in Meloneras in November 2025, joined by our best friend who had the room next to ours. From start to finish, the experience was exceptional. Even before we arrived, the staff were incredibly helpful arranging golf bookings for my husband and friend, and answering my questions about the gym equipment. Their communication was warm, efficient, and genuinely welcoming. When we arrived, the team greeted us with such friendliness and happiness that we instantly felt relaxed, especially with the lovely welcome drink. Our rooms were superb, beautifully located, spacious, spotlessly clean, with wonderfully comfortable beds and glorious views. It truly felt like a little haven. The pool and deck area were pristine sparkling water, clean surroundings, and plenty of space to relax, which is something we really value. The food throughout our stay was excellent, with plenty of variety, and the entertainment should you choose to enjoy it was fun and of a very high standard. The hotels location is ideal: quiet, peaceful and overlooking the sea, yet only a 1015 minute stroll along the beautiful seafront to Meloneras, where there are plenty of shops and restaurants. We passed many other 4- and 5star hotels on our walks, but remained convinced that the H10 was by far the best. In fact, we were so impressed that weve already booked to return next month something we never normally do, as we usually prefer to try new places. But this hotel feels perfect for us, and wed genuinely worry about being disappointed anywhere else. A heartfelt thank you to every member of staff at H10 Meloneras. Every single person we encountered was happy, friendly, helpful, and welcoming. Without fail, anyone I passed greeted me with a smile and a hello. It made our stay feel truly special. Highly recommended in every way.
