Excellent and brilliant stay

We stayed at the hotel for 10 days. We could not fault it in any way from the very high-quality five star staff to the cleanliness of the building. The design is quite awe inspiring as you approach from the front door. Check-in was easy and straightforward and you are made to feel really important. Our bedroom was on the seventh floor overlooking the sea with a secluded balcony. Many complementary items on arrival including wine. Many special touches. Food in the speciality restaurants was fine although we preferred the buffet style for wideness of choice. We had the privilege service but not really convinced that we used it fully. If youre a regular swimmer and enjoy an early evening drink which is complimentary in the lounge then it might be worthwhile. Access to the beach through a gate was appreciated. My wife took advantage of a facial in the spa which was worth having. Overall an amazing and relaxing week. Wholeheartedly recommend the hotel.

Just returned from a fantastic 6 days in Gran Canaria. We had a Suite on an all inclusive basis and it was a fabulous room. With a separate living room, we were able to sit up in the evening while our baby slept. Staff couldn't do more for you, everyone was so friendly and helpful. Some hotels are partially closed in January/ low season but all the activities here were running despite low number of guests and children, which was brilliant. Location is great, right on the beach. Its a long way to the next sandy beach so most hotels don't have this location perk.
We'd have given 5 stars however we prefer to have multiple restaurants to have dinner from and you can only eat away from the buffet once in a week. 5 stars would be unlimited access via a booking system. It's also not perfect if you require use of a lift rather than stairs; everything is accessible but no single lift goes from top to bottom so it can take some time to get around if your room is in the lowest floors.
