Great stay.

Arrived on 2 July 2026. Had a lovely stay. Room spacious and lovely and clean. Plenty of loungers etc. Food really nice, visited A La Carte restaurant a few time which was included in our stay and that was very nice too. Bar service sometimes slow on an evening and glass sizes small would be our only negative. Great evening entertainment specially the Tina Turner act.

Had the most amazing meal at the Alacart restaurant H10 Costa Mogan. Toni and Bergona were so efficient and attentive to our needs and nothing was too much trouble. Great job by all especially Toni and Bergona.

This hotel was perfect - the whole team were amazing and everyone seemed genuinely happy to be at our service. The food was varied and tasty and there was always something on offer at the buffet to eat. The hotels location was great too. We were able to walk into Puerto Rico from the hotel (it did involve walking over some stones on the beach but that was just a little bit) then the walk was amazing into the neighbouring town. There was also a very reliable and cheap bus service right outside the hotel which takes you anywhere you dancing including Puerto del mogan a very pretty town which has a market on Fridays. Our sea view room was always cleaned and the view was amazing - the beds were super comfy too. There were no downsides to our 10 day holiday at all and we thank the whole team for making our holiday perfect.
