H10 Costa Mogán, Gran Canaria

Visited as a couple early September for 10 days when temperatures were 34c plus. Private transfer to hotel in 30 minutes, better than tui transfer that can take 2 hours. Reception was good although they didn't know i am an H10 club member even though i had sent an email to them. We had a second floor room, nice view and very spacious. We were in time for dinner and very impressed as it was sushi night on the cold buffet, excellent. The cold buffet every night along with desserts/icecream I could not fault. Hot dishes were a bit hit and miss, if you can get the meat straight off the grill it's better. The staff are very hardworking,all of them but a big shout out to Juan who seemed to be at breakfast, roof top bar, dinner and entertainment bar. Could have done with more staff in the evening when everyone descended on the entertainment area. We especically liked the rooftop bar, such a nice place to sit in the afternoon and before dinner with a great view. Pool area was good, snack bar nice sandwiches, chips, icecream etc. One thing i did find strange is they only had one toilet in the pool/ entertainment area and one in reception, gender neutral and disabled friendly. It seemed to work though, never had long to wait, maybe because it is an adult only hotel. Pool animation was friendly, never pushy. We would have liked a late check out and would have paid the 10 per hour but it was a straight no, we did get 1 hour after 12 checkout as did everyone else but no more even if you were prepared to pay. In all we had a very nice 10 days at this H10 hotel and would return.

What an amazing hotel My partner Bert and I have never been to an H10 hotel before - Wow we are converts Our suite was amazing Meals, entertainment, drinks, terrace bar every day was brilliant The cleanliness was admirable Even the outside terrace/ slabs were immaculate. I was amazed everyday at how the whole H10 team worked together Ena on reception was so helpful and friendly. As were all the staff xx We took some wee Tartan bags with scottish tablet- shortbread and wee Xmas sweets as a little gift to your H10 FAMILY XX KEEP UP THE ATTENTION TO DETAIL

Stayed here for our Honeymoon till the 17th of November. Very friendly reception staff and the location was perfect. The whole week was so relaxed and cant fault anything about the stay. Thank you

I am very happy with the experience. The hotel is very well located, very quiet and the facilities are well maintained. The animation (with Cristian) has been unbeatable. I have enjoyed the activities that were given daily. The service of the pool bar like the restaurant has also been very satisfactory. We will certainly repeat again.
