We had such an amazing stay at this hotel and personally I can honestly say its the best hotel Ive ever stayed in.
From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by Ina, who was absolutely amazing, she was so polite, funny and welcoming, and really gave us a fantastic first impression of the hotel. She explained everything we needed to know and as we arrived before the 3pm check-in time, she said she would let us know as soon as our room was ready.We went for some lunch while we waited and less than an hour later, our room was ready at only 2pm, which was very handy.
The rooms are really nice and had everything we needed, including shampoo, conditioner, body wash, toothbrushes and mini toothpaste. You can also get free beach towels for the whole week, which I thought was such a great touch. The room key was also really cool the door fob is built into the key, which Ive never seen before making it one less thing to think about. Also loved the rooftop bar its so nice up there and one night they had a guy playing the violin that was amazing.
The entertainment was brilliant. There were quite a few singers during our stay I think around 5 of the 7 nights and while we would have liked a little more variety, the entertainment was still really enjoyable. Our favourite night was definitely the White Party, which had acrobats and dancing and was so much fun. There was also a magic show, which was great was so shocked.
The daytime activities were really good too. I dont normally participate in many activities, but the guy running them was absolutely hilarious and made the holiday for me and my friends. I unfortunately didnt catch his name, but he was so funny and entertaining and definitely added to our experience 1000%
The drinks were also amazing the best Pina Coladas Ive ever had.
The food was good and there was a really good variety. The desserts were so good honestly couldnt help myself getting loads.
Overall, we absolutely loved our stay and would happily come back. There were a few small things that could have been better, but they definitely didnt take away from what was a fantastic holiday. A special thank you to Ina for giving us such a lovely welcome and to the day time entertainment guy for making us laugh and being so sweet and to the entertainment team for making our stay so much fun, We had the best time honestly you will not regret coming here.

Lovely hotel staff extremely friendly the restaurant and food are amazing, the Costa Fushion restaurant was extremely good too the food was excellent and the staff Tony Begonia Cristian Arkats and Eli were all so brilliant our first visit was included in the price but we enjoyed it so much that we decided to book again and pay!
elsewhere the rooms are amazing big thank to Gabrielle on reception lovely view from the junior suites pool area and a sea view
Around the pool the day menus of activities was led by Izathias who was just brilliant in encouraging people to take part so nice and friendly in fact all the staff were brilliant would highly recommend would definitely book again

This hotel was perfect - the whole team were amazing and everyone seemed genuinely happy to be at our service. The food was varied and tasty and there was always something on offer at the buffet to eat. The hotels location was great too. We were able to walk into Puerto Rico from the hotel (it did involve walking over some stones on the beach but that was just a little bit) then the walk was amazing into the neighbouring town. There was also a very reliable and cheap bus service right outside the hotel which takes you anywhere you dancing including Puerto del mogan a very pretty town which has a market on Fridays. Our sea view room was always cleaned and the view was amazing - the beds were super comfy too. There were no downsides to our 10 day holiday at all and we thank the whole team for making our holiday perfect.
