H10 Costa Mogán, Gran Canaria

Had a week at this hotel. Rooms are spacious, with plenty of storage space in a wardrobe alcove. Beds are 1m wide singles pushed together. Lots of lighting options, charger points for phones beside the bed and at the table. Tea and coffee making facilities. Mini fridge to cool your water. No problems getting a seat by the pool, in the bar or in the restaurant. Never felt crowded. Plenty of activities during the day with games and fitness as well as a gym available. Food was varied, with themed evenings. Always fallbacks of grilled meat and fish. Themes included tex mex, Mediterranean, American, Asian. Some really good stews and casserole dishes. Breakfast included an omelette bar, cooked options, a continent selection and pastries, etc. Lunches were similar to dinners, with plenty of salads and lighter options available. As part of the all inclusive experience we also ate in the costa fusion a la carte restaurant, delicious food well presented with a good selection of starters, pasta, fish and meat options. Bars were good and the staff were friendly. At times it felt a little slow as there was only one person on duty, but never waited more than a couple of minutes in reality. Sometimes you do need to specify which spirit brand you prefer as there are a couple of rums, vodkas, etc, and unless you're specific the staff might just reach for the closest. The roof bar is the chill place, the pool bar could get loud when activities were on. The lounge bar in the evening offered a good selection of indoor and outdoor seating. Only complaint would be that the music playlists can become repetitive and I'm not always convinced that the choices align with the clientele's age range. No one was getting up and dancing despite the dance music being played each night! Room cleaning was efficient, changed towels and sheets when indicated. Evening entertainment was varied with live music, a magic show and a dance group.

Had a great stay with the lads, clean rooms, decent food and cold beer. Make sure to upgrade to privilage, just trust me on that one.

Our first time to Gran Canaria, and we loved Costa Mogan. In a quieter area, which is what we wanted. But still some bars and restaurants in town centre, and a Spar. Good bus service to get you around to Maspalomas, Puerto Mogan etc. Very comfortable and roomy hotel. Great food- we went half-board, but upgraded to all-inclusive for the last couple of days. Plenty of sun-beds. Good evening entertainment. Thanks to Ina in reception who was wonderful, and Isaias, the animations guy. A very relaxing and enjoyable stay.

Stayed here for our Honeymoon till the 17th of November. Very friendly reception staff and the location was perfect. The whole week was so relaxed and cant fault anything about the stay. Thank you
