From the moment we arrived, the staff blew us away with their genuine warmth, professionalism, and attentive service, making us feel completely pampered throughout the entire trip. The accommodation was incredibly comfortable and spotlessly clean, featuring a sleek, modern design and a private balcony that gifted us with spectacular, uninterrupted views of the Atlantic Ocean and the dramatic volcanic coastline. The culinary experience was another major highlight; every meal at the buffet and the themed restaurant featured exceptionally high-quality food with an impressive, fresh variety of options, perfectly complemented by premium drinks and expertly mixed cocktails at the stunning rooftop sky bar. Between lounging on the luxurious sun loungers, the lovely clean pool and enjoying sunset drinks with panoramic views, everything about this hotel exceeded our expectations, and we cannot recommend it highly enough.

Location was a little isolated we felt but great bus service to get out and about. The Hotel itself was very clean and food ample. Certainly a lot to choose from at every mealtime. Drinks are good quality too especially all inclusive. Recommend the ice coffee delicious
Entertainment day/night was very good great atmosphere during our stay. Certainly recommend to anyone who wants to completely chill out, good base for those wanting to get out and about, it was too hot for us to walk about so spent our time relaxing by pool and on sun deck brilliant. Views are amazing. We had a really lovely holiday from start to finish we will be back. Thank you.

Fantastic holiday. From the moment we arrived to the moment we left we were made to feel special and looked after by all of the staff. Gabriel part of the concierge was especially great and wed like to thank him again for his attention to detail. Food and service was superb in all of the restaurants and pool snack bar. We loved this hotel and the staff so much that we have already rebooked. 10 out of 10 from us!

Location ok, friendly atmosphere, room excellent, valle ok, cleanliness excellent, noise level ok, sercice excellent, amenities ok
The breakfast and the lunch in the self-service dining room were rather poor, the cooked meat or fish, when you finally got it, was far too much done and nearly cold. But the restaurant,where we got the evening meal, could't have been better. It was really excellent, both, the food and the service.
