Great spot for guests in mid 20s!

Spent a week here with three friends (mid 20s) and all came away having had a lovely time. Buffet food was really good for the most part and always plenty of choice on offer. Never had a problem getting a sun-bed by the pool - even when going down in the afternoon. All of the staff were extremely friendly and were checking in to see what we had been up to and not being too pushy with taking part in activities.
A stones throw from Puerto Rico, Puerto de Morgan and Masapalomas via taxi with reception able to call them practically to the front door.
Evening entertainment could be a bit hit and miss and if that sort of thing is not for you, dont get a room with a sea view as the acoustic just reflects the speaker system - not a problem for us as we would just play pool or card games by the bar instead.
Rooms and room service were spacious and clean although we all felt the WiFi wasnt cut out for anything beyond messaging and email - but at the end of the day, you are on holiday. You shouldnt be doing anything too strenuous on the internet!

The best hotel Ive been to, could not fault it. Good variety of food, always fresh and clean in the dining hall. Bedrooms cleaned daily, cleaning staff were so kind. Great cocktails, especially the ones made by Emir! The reception staff were so professional and had even made us sandwiches for our room as our flight arrived so late, we were hungry and very thankful!!
Pool was immaculate, plenty of sun loungers and all cleaned off daily.
The hotel was very close to the bus stop which was great.
Fun activities by the hotel staff but also they didnt pressure us to get involved which I appreciated.
10000% would visit again!

Chilled stay from start to finish.
Great food, exceptionally clean.
Wonderful staff, Brian & Edna in the restaurant were very helpful with gluten free options for my daughter.
All staff are warm and friendly and always smiling.
Bar staff are fabulous, especially the older barman in the mogan lounge.
Entertainment is good just would have liked it to go on a little later.
Pool is warm, clean and no sunbed dramas, always plenty of loungers available.
Animation team, isias was full of energy , very enthusiastic and had plenty going on if you wanted to join in.
A perfect holiday.

A gem in Gran Canaria

Location is great. View from our room was beautiful- right across to the shore line. The atmosphere was so warm and friendly. The staff could not be more helpful. This applied to all staff fron the check-in staff to those who cooked and cleaned and served the pool area. Without exception they were professional, warm and friendly. Special mention should be made of Isaiah - the animations coordinator. His endless enthusiasm for his programme of activities was infectious. He had this ability to engage guests in everything from pool gym and water basket to learning about Canarian wines and cheeses! Rooms were immaculate and kept fresh and clean. The hotel is also notable for its sustainable practices. Food was terrific. Give the Costa Fusion restaurant a visit. Thank you to everyone @ H10 Costa Mogan who made our holiday extra special. We will definitely rebook.
