Currently enjoying the last day of a wonderful stay at H10 Costa Mogán, and it truly met all expectations and I say that as someone who works in travel myself.
One of the highlights was the lovely group of guests we met along the way especially our 8am sea swimming crew. Starting each morning in the ocean while the sun rose over the hill was nothing short of magical.
The real standout here is the hard-working staff. The wait team in the dining hall and bar are incredible attentive, warm and endlessly patient. The cleaners deserve special praise too; the hotel is absolutely spotless. And Michael from the animation team you can be as loud as you want, honey, its your job and youre brilliant at motivating the guests!
The food is very good plentiful, fresh and delicious. You just have to appreciate that a hotel catering to a wide European audience must balance different tastes alongside high guest numbers. If your potatoes run out at the buffet, give it 30 seconds theyll be replenished without drama ( I witness someone meltdown when the chips ran out briefly - ha ) . Ill certainly miss having fine cava with my eggs every morning.
The evening shows could be improved, but theyre light entertainment and I was in bed early most nights anyway.
Some of the general grumbles I overheard came from a few unreasonable Brits with unrealistic expectations but that says more about them than the hotel.
The bus services are efficient and cost a fraction of a taxi (around 8per person versus 8090 from the airport ) so getting around is easy and affordable.
All in all, a fantastic stay Ill definitely choose H10 again
