The junior suite with sea view is amazing, very spacious, amazing view and the sound of the waves during the night were incredible. The all inclusive is a true all inclusive with almost 95% of premium drinks included, really worth the upgrade

Had the most amazing meal at the Alacart restaurant H10 Costa Mogan. Toni and Bergona were so efficient and attentive to our needs and nothing was too much trouble. Great job by all especially Toni and Bergona.

Great all inclusive option for group of friends

We stayed here for 7 days and had such a lovely time the facilities are great, the pool area is lovely with plenty of sun beds. The food and drinks selection is nice with a good range of options each day and the cocktails were fab. The majority of the staff were amazing with great customer service overall. A highlight for us was Isias who worked as part of the animation team who ran a range of activities each day from sangria class, corn hole, to aqua gym he was brilliant and a great addition to the holiday so you didnt feel like there was nothing to do but no pressure to join if you didnt want to.
Only downside is theres a lot of Inconsistency with timings depending on who is working, some bar tenders closed the roof bar earlier than the 8pm advertised and at the end of the night depending on which security guard is working some would let you stay outside to finish your drinks as long as you keep the noise down so you dont disturb other guests, another was a bit rude and told us he would lock us out of the hotel if we stayed outside but we had been allowed to the night before so a bit confusing.
Overall a great value for money all inclusive.

This hotel was perfect - the whole team were amazing and everyone seemed genuinely happy to be at our service. The food was varied and tasty and there was always something on offer at the buffet to eat. The hotels location was great too. We were able to walk into Puerto Rico from the hotel (it did involve walking over some stones on the beach but that was just a little bit) then the walk was amazing into the neighbouring town. There was also a very reliable and cheap bus service right outside the hotel which takes you anywhere you dancing including Puerto del mogan a very pretty town which has a market on Fridays. Our sea view room was always cleaned and the view was amazing - the beds were super comfy too. There were no downsides to our 10 day holiday at all and we thank the whole team for making our holiday perfect.
