Super hotel, a nice quiet location, rooms were large and super clean with a very comfy bed. The staff were all very friendly without exception. If you wanted to go out sightseeing the bus stop is a few mins walk from the hotel with buses going to lots of places on the island or you could take a taxi not expensive, a very relaxed hotel, laze about all day by the pool or up on the roof terrace, or do some activities you could get lunch at the pool bar saves going down to the restaurant the food in the restaurant was great so much to choose from something for everyone.

This was our second year of visiting this hotel and we had a fabulous holiday,the hotel itself is great, staff are friendly and helpful. However disappointed that at meal times we had to pay for water. Food again same as last year, could be hotter.
After evening meal when going to the bar only one bartender and queues lengthy for up to an hour, until another bartender arrives. The lunchtime water aerobics session is unnecessarily load with the animation guy shouting through whole session, found this totally un relaxing maybe could just turn music down a bit.However We would still return. Do think the new privilege room was a waste of space,we were there for 3weeks and didnt see one person use it, and some nights were struggling to find inside seats when it was a bit chilly outside.

I am very happy with the experience.
The hotel is very well located, very quiet and the facilities are well maintained.
The animation (with Cristian) has been unbeatable. I have enjoyed the activities that were given daily.
The service of the pool bar like the restaurant has also been very satisfactory.
We will certainly repeat again.
