Fantastic Stay at H10 Costa Morgan

Overall we had a fantastic week away at Costa Morgan H10. We stayed on an all inclusive basis in a junior Suite.
The staff here were incredible, each person was so lovely and friendly and they work very hard. Special mention to Juan on reception who gave us a fabulous welcome and had a great sense of humour. The hotel is very clean everywhere you go and cleaning staff always visible.
The food was nice and a good selection of standard options every meal, then different additional options each day. Salad bar great and also the pizza/pasta section - all cooked fresh to order. Fantastic selection of drinks included from the restaurant and the bars.
Entertainment and activities throughout the day were so much fun - bingo, ping pong, archery, darts etc Essias who ran them was brilliant and got everyone involved and made people feel comfortable just to try and give things a go. Great fun and nice way to meet people. The evening entertainment was a bit hit or miss, but always a nice atmosphere and busy so nice to just chat with others.
The only negatives we had were that the sun loungers at the pool are very hard and uncomfortable and need updated, but there are nicer loungers on the rooftop. The beds in the bedrooms are also quite hard. Also despite it being adults only there is a connecting hotel that isnt, so still get noise from children there.
There wasnt much around to just walk to and you do need to get a taxi/bus to nearby areas, but this didnt bother us really as we were happy staying at the hotel.
Thank you for a fantastic stay and to all the staff for providing amazing service. Linsey & Amy x

Not for the explorer. Relaxing, beach front, quiet area with not a lot around but beautiful hotel.

We stayed at this hotel in June 2025, despite the title having 'Mogan' in, you're a bus journey from actual Mogan. The hotel is in Playa Del Cura and if I chose to visit again the location would put me off. There is nothing to do here, quiet which sometimes is great, but you couldn't even walk to another coast unless you walked the dual carriage way.. even though from the hotel you could see other beaches. The area could do with a walk through. I know this isn't the hotels fault of course, so moving on, the hotel was beautiful. Very clean, very welcoming. The food options were changed for the week we stayed, plenty to choose from, loads of choice and different every night. The lunch menu was minimal, burgers and hotdogs really. The entertainment was good, different, we hired a car so didn't stay in often but what we did see was great & engaging. It's only a small hotel so perfect for a couple nights. The day entertainment team were so good, we had games galour, so much to take part in around the pool from archery to floating yoga (in the pool... i fell off , good fun). The only thing that really let this place down for us personally, was location. There were buses regular though and they were easy to navigate.
One note, they were re building the decking in the middle of the outdoor area, and the workers were just taking forever, noisy, dusty (which was cleaned regular) but this was where we were eating lunch. I understand places need to do this work out of season, but this job was definately not a full weeks worth kinda job we heard a few people complained & got money off which was great for them, we hired a car so only spent a handful of lunch times in the hotel for the week. If the hotel was anywhere else location wise, we'd visit again definately. Worth it for the peace & quiet. Not great if you're restless & like to explore.
Oh! The beds & feet dip u see photographed, this costs more not worth the price in my opinion, there was food service in this VIP area but the hotel is that small it made no sense to have this upgrade.

Lovely hotel, great views, fantastic staff.

Lovely hotel with fantastic views.
We had such a nice two-night stay as part of a longer trip around the island. Stayed in a ground floor, beach view jnr suit, which was really really nice - very nicely decorated, lots of room, super clean and looked well maintained. We made very good use of the private little terrace outside of our room, facing the pool, with sun loungers an umbrella and a cute little set of patio chairs and table. I worried about it being loud in the morning or evening being right by the pool and bar - but it wasn't at all.
Staff were fantastic, very friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble.
Buffet food was a fairly straightforward offering but fresh and tasty. Plenty of gluten free options, more than half of the hot and cold items were gluten free, including a gluten free pizza that could be made fresh on request - my husband said it was really good!
Staff were fantastic about remembering that my husband is gluten free. They took the time to personally show him around the buffet at each meal to confirm what was gluten free and ask one of the chefs to come out and confirm things if needed... and were very excited to point out the gluten free dessert option the second day!
It would have been good if the pool and roof terrace bars also sold light snacks like crisps and nuts, and healthier options like small pots of fruit etc.
Cocktail options were pretty limited and average. I love a mojito and really didn't like they mojitos I had here.
Over all, lovely hotel, great room, fantastic staff, good food and would stay there again.

Relaxing stay

If you want a relaxing break you will get it here, a quiet resort and relaxing hotel. We upgraded to privilege on our arrival and was glad we did. The privilege pool area has a beach club vibe going on. Few little gripes the lounge closed at 7 which seems ridiculously early as it was a nice peaceful place where you can relax and with what you pay that should be all night. Food was ok Ive a wheat allergy and found choices very limited. The fusion restaurant was nice where they accommodated my allergy much better. The chef at the snack bar is beyond rude. He accused me of stealing my salad which I was waiting for then accused people around me and then got a plate threw on a handful of salad and said theres no tuna. This was the only thing I could eat and it was 2pm very unlikely he had no tuna. I was furious I politely gave it back and never returned. The rest of the staff where polite and courteous and a credit to H10. Would I return? Probably not as I like to try different hotels and there was nothing that stood out as exceptional but nonetheless we had a really nice stay and have returned rested.
