H10 Tindaya, Fuerteventura

Ive just returned from a wonderfully relaxing 7-night stay at the H10 Tindaya. From the moment we arrived, the check-in process was smooth and efficient, with friendly staff who quickly got us settled into our room. The room itself was clean and well-maintained, with air-con that kept things comfortably cool. The bathroom was a highlight, featuring a lovely rainfall shower along with a second showerhead for convenience. The balcony, though only offering a side sea view, was perfectly adequate considering the cost of the stay. The outdoor facilities were excellent, especially the pools. I particularly enjoyed the heated top pool, which was perfect for a relaxing swim during the warm days. There were plenty of loungers available at all times, so there was no need to rush down in the morning to secure one. Access to the beach was straightforwardjust a quick walk down some stairs. Whether youre looking to enjoy the sea or take a peaceful stroll, its all right there. We especially loved morning walks along the beach before breakfast. A heads-up: there are some rocky sections between parts of the beach, so bringing a pair of trainers is a good idea for added comfort. The food was what youd expect from a buffet on a holidayperfectly decent with a range of options. Drinks were self-service on the All-Inclusive package, which worked well for us. The wine was quite nice for holiday standards, and the bar drinks were a pleasant surprise, offering branded spiritssomething thats rare but very much appreciated. Evening entertainment was enjoyable, with a mix of acrobats, singers, and dancers. It was great to see these performances returning, especially after the disruptions caused by Covid. The reason Ive given the stay 4 stars instead of 5 is that, after visiting this hotel five years ago, some areas are starting to feel a little dated. That said, this didnt detract significantly from the overall experience. All in all, it was a very relaxing week filled with lounging, reading, and exploring the beautiful surroundings.

Spent 12 days in this hotel and asked myself what I didn't like? and answer is - I liked everything about it! Location is great, huge beach, quiet place, nice facility, our room was renovated and quiet, the weather also was awesome , we really liked food selection and variety of sea food, cheeses, meets available daily. We will come back .

We stayed for ten nights last May in a privilege junior suite with terrace and found the H10 Tindaya to be an excellent all-round hotel. We have stayed at many H10 hotels before, some five times but I would highly recommend the Tindaya, it does not exceed in every aspect, but it does not let you down in any aspect either. From arriving at reception and being greeted by Samual Martinez, who is by far the best front of house employee I have had the pleasure of meeting at any H10 hotel! everything just seemed to work, Samual could not do enough for us throughout our stay and was a breath of fresh air compared to the reception staff at our last H01 hotel only a few months earlier. The room was a good size, well proportioned, spotlessly clean and well maintained, a great terrace with full sun and a sea view. The restaurants where excellent, we always had breakfast in the Alisios, lunch in the Betancuria and evening meal in either the Alissios or route 66, never disappointed with the quality or service and any restaurant. We found the privilege lounge to be comfortable and more than adequate with the variety of drinks and snacks available, we only use the solarium once but it was nicely set out with limited drinks available for self-service. The entertainment was as expected at mainstream hotels, with this being a family hotel the children certainly enjoyed the early evening sessions with Daisy, though the entertainment room was rather busy the bar people worked tirelessly to ensure you never waited for long, oh, did I mention Voll Damm on draught, excellent! The grounds are well maintained and though there was work being carried out on the pool bar area this was of no inconvenience, the hotel is in a nice position to have a walk around the beach or along the paved area. Overall an excellent hotel, great location, a decent privilege package, great room option, exceptional food and service, the staff are just excellent, we will certainly return and are hoping that our visit to another H10 in Mexico in six week’s time can complete with the service given at the Tindaya.

Solo holiday (female) ... hotel is good for solo travellers. I went off peak in March 2023. Food was delicious plenty of variety, bit annoying you have to book your dinner time( &even then it's still busy) The coffee shop outside Mikes wow this place was my favourite.. do try! Great entertainment was the best I've seen in spain/canaries actually. Good wine prosecco and all drinks nice. Rooms good , comfy bed and gardens clean and well maintained. Overall good hotel and good staff. Beautiful views and stunning grounds. Cons: Paying to have your towels changed not good and paying for a safe?! Bars extremely understaffed takes so long for a drink inside and out. Pools need some tlc. There were cochroaches! I only saw in downstairs toilets. Not enough seating In the buffet area or the entertainment room/bar. Having to pay extra if you check out late to continue using facilities drinks and food. Pool snacks need to be covered better birds coming in. This place is not 4 star more 3 star. However I would return. I have stayed at pajara beach next door previously which was a bit better.
