H10 Tindaya, Fuerteventura

A really fantastic stay! The hotel is well kept and very relaxing. We went for a few days at Christmas to get some winter sun and the hotel ticked all the boxes. The staff are friendly, the food is lovely with plenty of choice, and the all inclusive is value for money. The spa is lovely and relaxing and the gym is well equipped for a hotel. The room was lovely and very comfortable. The evening entertainment was not always the best but we had a good time in the main bar area despite this. The only feedback for improvement would be to provide an iron as this wasn't available and meant that I couldn't wear a few things although I had taken plenty of options. We look forward to returning again in the future!

Fantastic hotel and the kindest of people. Rosana and Agota on the privilege desk were amazing and made our stay fantastic. The hotel is immaculate and clean and the pool areas are great. The room was perfect and always clean. The buffet choices were brilliant and changed everyday so plenty to choose from. All in all a fantastic stay.

This is a beautiful hotel with a lot of attention paid to cleanliness....i was not initially given the room i had booked but this was remedied the next day. I stayed all inclusive and found the food to be very good with lots of choice and you can help yourself to drinks including beer sangria a variety of soft drinks and different wines...my room was modern and cleaned daily....there are several water dispensers around the hotel where you can fill water bottles....there are six floors but several lifts and additional lifts to take you down to the pool area as the hotel is built on a hillside....there is one heated pool which was pleasantly warm and a cold seawater pool which was very refreshing !.....particularly good is mikes coffee shop where you can get a variety of very tasty coffees milk shakes and smoothies included in the all inclusive.....the beach is down some steps from the pool area and it is a beautiful fine sandy beach with some sunbeds at extra cost...the sea was not cold even though it was january when i visited....the evening entertainment was very good on the whole and the drinks and cocktails excellent....the staff were friendly and helpful....there is not much to do around the hotel except for coastal walks...costa calma does not seem to have a proper town and is barely worth a visit...also be careful as two men attempted to rob me when i was walking along the road one tried to get my attention asking for change whilst another behind me tried to unzip my backpack...they didnt get anything !.....I have one real criticism of h10 hotels and that is the charge to use the safe...it is an outdated concept which has been abandoned by most modern hotels...it costs the hotel nothing to provide and should be free particularly if you are all inclusive so i hope they will review this practise and include it in the cost of the room....the hotel is ideal if you want a beach holiday but to go further afield you really need to hire a car and this can be done in the hotel....i hope to return at some future date.

Despite requesting high floor, renovated, sea view room, we were directed down stairs to a smelly room, view blocked by large tree. Complained. Eventually allocated very good 5th floor sea view room. Roomq uiet, cleaned daily, beds comfortable. Kettle provided but no tea, coffee. A charge of 20 euros for safe is ludicrous and unheard of Brochure detailing facilities and general information would be helpful. Gym is adequate. Towels on loungers issues raised by others, appears to be an annoying, real one. (The Privilege system is strange and suggests the rest of guests are under-privileged. )The restaurant food is very good, great variety, fresh and imaginative. Considering large number of guests, this is quite a feat. Waiters and he other staff are outstanding. Notice next to soft drinks machine clearly states only for those on an all-inclusive basic. Childrens' entertainment until 21.00 appeared fun, but cannot really comment about adult shows. Overall a very enjoyable stay.
