First and foremost, myself and my wife have been on a few cruises and as a result, tend to have high expectations of any hotel we stay in, H10 Tindaya did not disappoint.
Well start off with the niggles. We went privilege and not sure if I would recommend this in winter months (not at full price anyway). The privilege pool is unheated and wasnt used by anyone. The privilege restaurants, the menus do not change and so you would only eat in them once a week each, no benefit there. The privilege bar closes at 8pm which is, at best surprising. The benefits of privilege however, include a superior room with stunning views. Also too, Chocolates, robes and daily access to the spa which was very enjoyable, the mini-bar was restocked daily.
The great points with this hotel include the staff, everyone was friendly and helpful. Even at busy times they were fantastic. The food tended to be a bit pro-Germanic, however at no time did we leave any of the restaurants, without highly enjoying all of our meals. The food is varied and well labeled.
Be sure to take long walk on the adjoining beaches. You will pass a nudist beach, we had the pleasure of a wrinkly old man stretching. He must have balls of brass, however as we werent that close, I cannot be completely sure. Overall our experience was a very enjoyable one and I thank H10 for a very enjoyable one week stay. Many thanks.

Very Relaxing New Year Holiday
280graemea
We recently returned from a week long holiday at this hotel over New Year and early January.
We booked the al-inclusive privilege upgrade, we really liked the privilege pool - there was always a great choice of sunbeds available all day & Prosecco on ice at the small bar area.
The privilege lounge was a nice area with self serve branded drinks which was a great addition to the hotel (although I wish it was open later than 8pm!)
The privilege restaurant was fantastic, very relaxed with great food & drinks. The service in the privilege restaurant was really great, special mention must go to Sara, who served us most evenings. She really is a credit to the hotel, so friendly and had such a warm rapport. She made our stay at the hotel.
We were grateful to be given room 520, the views were amazing, and we benefited from two balconies. When we arrived, I couldnt get the aircon to work in the room and contacted reception, we had the maintenance team arrive within 10 minutes to help us out a - thank you so much for the prompt response.
We visited the beaches along from the hotel - all stunning and definitely worth making a point to use them.
Thanks for a lovely stay.

Christmas Gala

Christmas at H10 Tindaya was truly magical. The Christmas Gala dinner was beautifully arranged with incredible food, festive decorations, and a warm holiday atmosphere. Agota and Rebeka were so kind and welcoming they really made us feel at home while still feeling like we were celebrating somewhere special. A perfect Christmas getaway!
The location of the hotel is amazing right by the beach.
The rooms are big and clean with truly beautiful views.
We will be back

Excellent

We stayed for ten nights last May in a privilege junior suite with terrace and found the H10 Tindaya to be an excellent all-round hotel. We have stayed at many H10 hotels before, some five times but I would highly recommend the Tindaya, it does not exceed in every aspect, but it does not let you down in any aspect either.
From arriving at reception and being greeted by Samual Martinez, who is by far the best front of house employee I have had the pleasure of meeting at any H10 hotel! everything just seemed to work, Samual could not do enough for us throughout our stay and was a breath of fresh air compared to the reception staff at our last H01 hotel only a few months earlier.
The room was a good size, well proportioned, spotlessly clean and well maintained, a great terrace with full sun and a sea view.
The restaurants where excellent, we always had breakfast in the Alisios, lunch in the Betancuria and evening meal in either the Alissios or route 66, never disappointed with the quality or service and any restaurant.
We found the privilege lounge to be comfortable and more than adequate with the variety of drinks and snacks available, we only use the solarium once but it was nicely set out with limited drinks available for self-service.
The entertainment was as expected at mainstream hotels, with this being a family hotel the children certainly enjoyed the early evening sessions with Daisy, though the entertainment room was rather busy the bar people worked tirelessly to ensure you never waited for long, oh, did I mention Voll Damm on draught, excellent!
The grounds are well maintained and though there was work being carried out on the pool bar area this was of no inconvenience, the hotel is in a nice position to have a walk around the beach or along the paved area.
Overall an excellent hotel, great location, a decent privilege package, great room option, exceptional food and service, the staff are just excellent, we will certainly return and are hoping that our visit to another H10 in Mexico in six week’s time can complete with the service given at the Tindaya.
