Great resort
Jake G
Overall, we had a very enjoyable stay at H10 Tindaya and would recommend it if the price is right.
The hotel is in a beautiful beachfront location with stunning sea views from the terrace and pools. The beach is directly accessible and very nice. However, the resort is quite secluded, with nothing within walking distance, so be prepared to stay on-site for most of your holiday.
We stayed in a Junior Suite (2 adults, 1 child and a baby), which was spacious, comfortable and well suited to a family. Nespresso coffee machine was a great touch.
We didnt upgrade to Privilege and didnt feel we missed out.
As part of the standard all-inclusive, we had one meal at Route 66, which was disappointing. It felt very similar to the buffet, just plated and served, with no real added value. The buffet, in comparison, was better.
The buffet overall was good. Selection wasnt huge, but the food was fresh and well prepared, with pasta, grilled meats, local dishes and a different special each night. Desserts were also plentiful. There are standard IKEA high chairs which unfortunately werent cleaned between meals so pack some antibacterial wipes.
The Kids Club/animation team were excellent. Sessions ran twice daily, with a mini disco and evening entertainment. The staff were friendly, enthusiastic and brilliant with the children.
The bars were good, with Estrella beer and branded spirits included. Cocktails were a bit of a weak point. Measurements are very generous, I had to keep asking to not serve me a 50/50 split gin and tonic. Good problem to have.
There are water refill stations throughout the resort, which is very useful so worth bringing reusable bottles.
WiFi was excellent across the whole hotel with no issues at all. No need for mobile data.
We visited in late June/early July and it was extremely windy at times. On a couple of days it was too windy to use the pool umbrellas. Not the hotels fault, but worth being aware of.
Overall, a good family-friendly resort with great views, comfortable rooms and strong entertainment. The location is very quiet and the wind may be a factor depending on when you visit, but we would recommend it for a relaxing all-inclusive break.

Stayed at H10 Tindaya in June 2026.
We paid for an upgrade to Privilege, when we arrived at the hotel we were given a further free upgrade to a junior suite. I would highly recommend paying extra to have the Privilege due to all the perks this includes.
We had an amazing time, staff were very friendly, food was very good, rooms were very clean with bedding and towels changed regularly.
2 members of staff that stood out to us as being very friendly was a manger by the name of Nicolette. Always with a nice smile and took time to chat to us.
Another employee that stood out to us, who we saw everyday around the pool was the lifeguard Maria. Always ready to say hello with a warm smile, very chatty when she saw us, she was a credit to the hotel and made our stay all the more pleasant ..
We will definitely recommend this hotel and will definitely return

H10 Tindaya a great hotel

Just arrived back from a wonderful stay at H10 Tindaya ,we originally upgraded to Privilige which in our opinion was well worth it,we were then upgraded to the next level of privilege on check in,which was a nice surprise, basically a bigger suite, the food is very good in the buffet restaurant plenty of choice, the la carte restaurant Aliosis was great,we ate there a few times for dinner and breakfast, the Route 66 was ok but in our opinion not as good as the Aliosis, Staff are excellent all around the hotel, its a very clean hotel, one observation is that there could be more staff available at bars, but that doesnt mean it spoils your night, one thing that would be a bonus is that the privilige lounge should be open longer in the evening ,it shuts at 8 pm,it has a great range of branded drinks a big TV and very comfortable seating, with the World Cup being on it would have been nice to watch a game in comfort. All alcoholic drinks are branded labels which is a bonus in AIl Inclusive, and lastly a mention of Nicolette the assistant manager, who was so friendly and communicative with guests,we would definitely recommend and return to this hotel

Excellent

We stayed for ten nights last May in a privilege junior suite with terrace and found the H10 Tindaya to be an excellent all-round hotel. We have stayed at many H10 hotels before, some five times but I would highly recommend the Tindaya, it does not exceed in every aspect, but it does not let you down in any aspect either.
From arriving at reception and being greeted by Samual Martinez, who is by far the best front of house employee I have had the pleasure of meeting at any H10 hotel! everything just seemed to work, Samual could not do enough for us throughout our stay and was a breath of fresh air compared to the reception staff at our last H01 hotel only a few months earlier.
The room was a good size, well proportioned, spotlessly clean and well maintained, a great terrace with full sun and a sea view.
The restaurants where excellent, we always had breakfast in the Alisios, lunch in the Betancuria and evening meal in either the Alissios or route 66, never disappointed with the quality or service and any restaurant.
We found the privilege lounge to be comfortable and more than adequate with the variety of drinks and snacks available, we only use the solarium once but it was nicely set out with limited drinks available for self-service.
The entertainment was as expected at mainstream hotels, with this being a family hotel the children certainly enjoyed the early evening sessions with Daisy, though the entertainment room was rather busy the bar people worked tirelessly to ensure you never waited for long, oh, did I mention Voll Damm on draught, excellent!
The grounds are well maintained and though there was work being carried out on the pool bar area this was of no inconvenience, the hotel is in a nice position to have a walk around the beach or along the paved area.
Overall an excellent hotel, great location, a decent privilege package, great room option, exceptional food and service, the staff are just excellent, we will certainly return and are hoping that our visit to another H10 in Mexico in six week’s time can complete with the service given at the Tindaya.
