The H10 Berlin Ku'damm is an exclusive 4-star hotel located in an old school declared a Historical Heritage Site. It is just a few metres from the Kurfürstendamm, the most famous shopping avenue in the west of the city. The hotel is also a short walk from the iconic Kaiser Wilhelm Memorial Church, and the Zoological Gardens and the KaDeWe department store are nearby. The U-Bahn and S-Bahn stations in the vicinity provide excellent connections to other tourist attractions in the city, to the airport and to other points of interest.

On the ground floor is the living room with sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchenette and a small shower room. The bedroom with double bed and the main bathroom with bathtub are located on the upper floor. A spectacular window front provides plenty of brightness in both spaces.

Restaurant located on the ground floor of the new building, featuring an exquisite breakfast buffet prepared with high-quality natural local products, combined with typical Mediterranean products including tomato bread and a variety of olive oils, as well as a selection of gluten-free and lactose-free products. Group lunches and dinners can be held here (on request).

Located in the hotel lobby, it offers an exquisite selection of snacks, apéritifs and cocktails. It offers delicious tapas, salads and hamburgers created through a fusion of traditional German cooking and the Mediterranean, both at lunchtime and at night.
A pleasant typical Berlin terrace open during summer (depending on the weather). It is ideal for enjoying breakfast in the morning and, at the end of the day, the terrace transforms into a charming chill-out area for tasting delicious cocktails. In addition, the Steps Bar moves to the terrace in the evenings and nights with a range of barbecues (on request) or delicious meals from its menu.
The H10 Berlin Ku'damm is perfectly equipped for events, conferences and seminars for more than 100 people. It has seven large meeting rooms, five of which enjoy natural light. They are all equipped with the most modern technology, soundproofing and climate control. LOVELY HOTEL PERFECT LOCATION AND BEST BREAKFAST ANYWHERE!

Excellent location for all sight seeing. The hotel is literally on top of the station that can take you to any place you need/want to go. Close enough to the airport to take a taxi that doesnt break the bank OR public transport. Spotless, well appointed rooms with extremely comfortable beds. All hotel staff were very friendly, very professional and truly doing their best to make our stay as good as it could possibly be. Elevator to all floors comes instantaneously, lobby is spacious and very welcoming. But the best feature of this hotel, hands down, is the breakfast buffet. I cannot say enough about it. The breakfast buffet is the BEST weve ever experienced during any of our travels anywhere. The choices are almost unlimited. The offerings are diverse, seemingly endless, beautifully presented and utterly delicious. And added bonus is the coffee machine is QUICK and also delicious. We were sad to leave this breakfast behind. Its truly that good. If you stay here you MUST upgrade and make sure you have this breakfast every morning before setting out for the day. Also, this trip was a birthday present to our daughter and the hotel staff surprised us with sparkling wine and sparkling water in our room upon our return on the actual day of her birthday. Such a surprise and just a lovely gesture. I highly recommend this hotel. If youre considering this hotel and anywhere else in Berlin, stay at this one! It is such a gem! You will not be disappointed!

We traveled as a family, total 6 people, 3 generations.
Very clean and tidy hotel, large rooms in each room we were 2 adults and a child.
The most important thing is the location!
Underneath the hotel are the U9 U1 subway lines.
10 minutes from Kurfrstendamm and the big shopping centers. And 10 minutes walk from the central station of the zoo

Perfect for a visit

Stayed here for 4 nights in July 2026 as a couple. Booked a deluxe room. Clean, really big bed. Lots of choice at breakfast. Staff polite and helpful. Perfect location just down the road from main shopping area and zoo. Hop on hop off bus 5 mins away. Tube into centre 10 mins walk away. Shop across the road. Would stay here again.

I rented 2 rooms for 15-nights totaling aprox $6,000 in March 2025. Im 55-years old. I came to Berlin with my 85-year old Dad so that I could undergo complicated voice box surgery.
The hotel was is very nice, the location is great, and the staff is fantastic. The lady at the front desk, Francoise Martin, was amazing. Francoise made the entire stay worthwhile. Francoise called taxis for us which arrived in 5-minutes or less. Francoise called different restaurants and made lunch & dinner reservations for us. Anything that my Dad and I needed or wanted, Francoise made it happen. Francoise is truly an asset to Hotel H10, she makes the hotel shine !!!
