The H10 Berlin Ku'damm is an exclusive 4-star hotel located in an old school declared a Historical Heritage Site. It is just a few metres from the Kurfürstendamm, the most famous shopping avenue in the west of the city. The hotel is also a short walk from the iconic Kaiser Wilhelm Memorial Church, and the Zoological Gardens and the KaDeWe department store are nearby. The U-Bahn and S-Bahn stations in the vicinity provide excellent connections to other tourist attractions in the city, to the airport and to other points of interest.

On the ground floor is the living room with sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchenette and a small shower room. In addition, the Steps Bar moves to the terrace in the evenings and nights with a range of barbecues (on request) or delicious meals from its menu.
The H10 Berlin Ku'damm is perfectly equipped for events, conferences and seminars for more than 100 people. It has seven large meeting rooms, five of which enjoy natural light. Great location and a quiet hotel

My family of 5 stayed here in two rooms. The rooms were spacious and very comfortable. The bathrooms were well stocked with products which was nice if you forgot to pack something. The reception staff was amazing and very helpful with check-in. Upon our arrival, our rooms were not ready and we were immediately offered the option to store our luggage while we ate lunch. Each person we interacted with at this hotel was very professional and each person wanted our stay to be comfortable. This hotel is located next to a train station which is very convenient if you are moving about the city via train. We did not eat at this hotel but we did have a drink at the bar. The strawberry chocolate martini was really good.

Excellent hotel (and I now know my partner of 6yrs in completely new ways)

This hotel was REMARKABLE! The staff was great, the breakfast excellent, and the location perfect for our needs. The room was great too, the only con (and the only reason why I don't give it five stars) is the bathroom. It's big and clean and all, and with a bathtub!, but partly being screened off by glass walls and a glass door. Not those clear glass walls, thank god, but the patterns turn the bathroom into a giant Tiffany lamp if you have to go there during the night, making it difficult to do a discreet midnight pee without waking your partner. The thin glass walls - as well as the door that doesn't fully reach the wall but leaves a small slit on either side - lets you get to know your travelling companion in entirely new ways. Better hope you and your partner aren't trying to keep some mystery in the relationship, because you will hear (and also see, if you happen to be in the hallway when the bathroom is being used) e v e r y t h i n g.
With this being said we really enjoyed our stay there, and I would happily give 4,5 stars if this was an option. We will for sure be back!

Very good hotel

Really liked this hotel, our room was spacious, comfortable and well-equipped (safe, coffee machine, kettle, fridge). The staff were excellent, and the location is good, very close to a U-Bahn station, and a short walk from KaDeWe, Hard Rock Cafe, and the zoo.
Breakfast was very good, and we enjoyed sitting in the bar area in the evenings - I recommend the cocktails!
We found that sound did carry in to the room from the corridor unfortunately, but that seems to happen in most hotels these days - unfortunately some guests don't show consideration for others when they come back late and noisy!
This is the second H10 hotel I've stayed in, and overall they have both been superb.

I rented 2 rooms for 15-nights totaling aprox $6,000 in March 2025. Im 55-years old. I came to Berlin with my 85-year old Dad so that I could undergo complicated voice box surgery.
The hotel was is very nice, the location is great, and the staff is fantastic. The lady at the front desk, Francoise Martin, was amazing. Francoise made the entire stay worthwhile. Francoise called taxis for us which arrived in 5-minutes or less. Francoise called different restaurants and made lunch & dinner reservations for us. Anything that my Dad and I needed or wanted, Francoise made it happen. Francoise is truly an asset to Hotel H10, she makes the hotel shine !!!
