We received a warm welcome from the staff upon arriving at the hotel on 3/8. They were all friendly to our 2 boys (ages 6 and 11) during our stay. The rooms were very clean and had a nice city view. They paid attention to the details in the room including all the 5-star amenities that you can think of (pencil-sharpener, full-size body cream, glass bottled water, plush robes/slippers...). What made our stay most enjoyable was the concierge crew. They gave us the best restaurant suggestions, helped make all the reservations (and even cancellations). And...a BIG shoutout to Enrique, he was super friendly, helpful, and attentive. In addition, the hotel location was superb, it was a short walk to many places. We would definitely stay there again!

We stayed The One for a family vacation in Barcelona. It is a terrific hotel: starting from the moment we walked into to time of check out. The responsiveness of the staff, the friendliness of everyone working there was great. We had the family and junior suites: wow!! The rooms were very big, the beds were comfortable, and the decor was superb. Overall an excellent place to stay in Barcelona. Clean. High end finishes. And close to the major tourist attractions. Would highly recommend it

I celebrated my 60th birthday in Barcelona and I stayed at The One. This hotel is amazing. The staff is friendly and very helpful. I highly recommend this hotel. I will definitely stay there again. The rooms were amazing and the staff made my birthday very special.

A really lovely up scale hotel with spacious rooms and a terrific roof top

We loved our stay at The One. The hotel is smart, a blend of traditional and a bit of chic and has a nice (small) spa in the basement. The breakfasts were stand out. So good. We also enjoyed drinks on the roof terrace and by the rooftop pool. One of the best reasons for booking this is the hotel’s location. We loved being near but not in the crazy busy part of the centre. We found parking right nearby that was only 40€ for three nights. The staff were extremely professional at every single encounter. Would definitely recommend and return if going back to Barcelona
