Being totally unfamiliar with the city we took a chance on H10 and it didnt disappoint. The hotel itself was clean, quiet and welcoming. We found the location to be excellent for walking and exploring. Its proximity to the Gothic Quarter was particularly good. We would certainly return and recommend.

A Wonderful Stay with Truly Outstanding Staff

We absolutely loved our stay at H10 Urquinaona Plaza. The location is perfectcentral and convenient for exploring the city. The hotel itself was beautiful, clean, and peaceful. Although the room was small, it was comfortable and perfectly fine for our threenight stay. The atmosphere was relaxing, with minimal noise, and the amenities were exactly as described.
What truly stood out was the impeccable service. Our checked luggage was delayed due to an employee strike at the Barcelona airport, and the hotel staff went above and beyond to help us. They assisted with phone calls, recommended places to shop for clothing, arranged taxis, and were always available whenever we needed support. Their kindness made a very stressful situation much easier to handle.
Thank you so muchyour exceptional service made a difficult experience far less overwhelming.

Fantastic Barcelona hotel

Having stayed at this hotel last year we looked forward to our return this year and it didn't disappoint. A fantastic property just a few minutes from the Placa de Catalunia. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful throughout the hotel. The roof top bar is the ideal place to relax after a day exploring the city.
Part of the H10 group, I would recommend joining their rewards program to enhance future stays.
Looking forward to a return visit in September.

Very comfortable hotel

Originally booked to stay here for a night in March, we had to cancel due to the Gulf War, but rebooked for a longer period.
Close to the Plaza Catalunya/metro network (350 meters). Spotlessly clean with excellent service throughout our stay. We've been looking for a place to gravitate to when we visit Barcelona, having had some disappointments in the past, but we may well have found it.
