The H10 Montcada is located in the Gothic Quarter, in the heart of Barcelona, just a few metres from the Cathedral and the old city walls. A privileged location, next to the cosmopolitan Born district which offers a wide range of restaurants, bars and terraces, and very close to some of the most important tourist attractions in the city such as Les Rambles, Port Vell and the seafront promenade.

Nothing but positives to say about this H10 hotel, most probably the best cutomer service we have experienced in any of their hotels. All the staff, admirably led by Victor Juanto, are extremely helpful & polite. They had no hesitation in assisting with tickets for the attractions, helping with dinner bookings & in going out of their way in overcoming the initial disapppointment of the junior suite not being available for us due to adverse weather conditions, The replacemnet roon on the corner of the 8th floor was exceptional with panoramic views of the harbour, Montjuice & the cathedral opposite.
The hotel is in a great location for the gothic quarter and also only a short walk to the marina & the beaches. Definitely not sunbathing weather in December though, wrap up warm if you're going out in the next few weeks. A really good choice at breakfast, which sometimes isnt the case in smaller boutique hotels. And a lovely touch to supply a celebratory bottle of fizz on my wifes birthday.
The roof terrace is a bonus, and will be even better when the new rooftop pool is completed. We will certainly be back for a return visit. Muchas gracias H10 Montcada

H10 Montcada was a wonderful home base for our 8-night Barcelona area explorations. Hotel was clean and welcoming. Location was awesome, right next to metro, old city walls, all the Born shops, cathedral, and not far from waterfront. Room (jr. suit accommodating four) was spacious for European room and functionally laid out for family of four, especially walk in closet that kept our luggage organized and out of the way. Views of Sagrada Família out one window and of Born down to waterfront from the other. Replenished water, coffee, and treats were great. Breakfast was extensive and a great way to start a day full of sightseeing. Some noise weekend nights, but nothing crazy or unexpected given center of it all location. Recommend!

Well ran hotel. Very central. Born/Gothic district easy walking distance. Metro just across road. Very good choice at breakfast. Staff excellent. Courtesy table in reception nice touch. Roof top bar a nice extra. Would definitely stay again

We loved our stay at H10 Montcada! The location is perfect, staff were warm and helpful, and the hotel is beautifully set up. Rooms are small but very comfortable with amazing views. Good showers and big windows. Great selection of pillows for the fussy pillow connoisseurs like me.
