Fantastic stay, the staff could not do enough to help you, so friendly and helpful. Hotel was clean and centrally located. Rooms were spacious, clean with complimentary water, large beds and a great shower. Bar had a great menu, again with friendly staff. Breakfast buffet had a great selection with a menu choice if required. I would definitely book this hotel again if returning to Barcelona and would highly recommend. We had 3 rooms for our family, one member disabled and found the hotel very accessible and wheelchair friendly.

We were 2 couples, dlx terrace with breakfast . We stayed here 3 years ago and it was very good especially the check in. We were met this time with a very stern young lady this time. You cant get the room until 3 pm but if ready before Ill call you . Im 100% certain by observation over the day that there were rooms readily available. She then argued over the room rate as reservations showed 1 in a room which was a typo since I had booked directly with the hotel and as a travel agent I wanted a net rate . I showed her all the e mails indicating we were 2 in a room and they knew it. Like doing me a big favor. We went out at 10 am or thereabouts to walk to a couple places we hadnt been and get some lunch. We came back at 230 pm. She never called, because she was gone. Of course our room was ready. And certainly ready at 10 am. The rest of the stay was uneventful, very comfortable room, the view is a courtyard, and its in a great location. Good bar in back of hotel , outside and inside available to sit, weather was great . Good bar next door. Just a tip in most all restaurants (not here) theres a terrace tax/tip 10-15% for the privilege of dining /drinking outside . Join the H10 Club. Its free to join

This was our 3rd time staying at H10 Metropolitan and have already booked for next year ! We love this hotel and the staff are amazing . Situated right in the heart of Barcelona but once in the hotel it is very quiet and relaxing the cafe bar at the back of the hotel is a great place to chill enjoy a drink or two and some food . There is a small pool to have a refreshing swim and also on the 6th floor another small pool both have loungers and towels to use . Delicious breakfasts too ! Cannot fault this place !

Excellent hotel extraordinary service especially a la carte breakfast service given by Katherine, Iveth, Daymara and Romina. They really do it very professionally and with a smile. Congratulations on that human team. It was an extraordinary 4 days
