From start to finish the hotel, staff, facilities and rooms are excellent.
A glass of cava on arrival during check in.
Room was lovely (a little short of wardrobe space though).
A pool on the roof and another at ground level behind the bar area, both have waiter service available for food and drinks.
Theres an additional sun terrace with loungers at the rear above the pool area.
Breakfast was plentiful with self service buffet and also hot options made to order.
Theres a mini bar/fridge if you need it, room service is available too.
Theres also a nice touch of usb and usbC sockets to charge your phones etc without the need for a plug adapter.
Coffee machine, kettle, iron, ironing board, umbrella, security safe are all in the room for your use and the aircon was set perfectly throughout our stay.
Overall an excellent hotel where nothing is left to chance and you dont need to ask for anything as its all organised for you.

Fantastic central location with exceptional staff

Overall, we had a really lovely stay at H10 Metropolitan. The location is excellent very central and within roughly a 2530 minute walk of many of Barcelonas main attractions. The metro and train connections are also just around the corner, which makes getting around incredibly easy.
What really stood out was the staff. From the front desk to the waiters, housekeeping and breakfast team, everyone was warm, professional and genuinely accommodating. They consistently went above and beyond to make sure guests were comfortable and looked after.
The rooms are lovely and a good size, and the bathrooms are also spacious and well designed.
The only negatives for me were the beds, which I personally found quite uncomfortable, and the air-conditioning, which became very cold during the night. I would also mention that the soundproofing between floors could be better. At night or early in the morning, you can sometimes hear people upstairs flushing the toilet or using the bathroom. If youre a light sleeper like me, it can be noticeable and a little disruptive, although it may not bother heavier sleepers.
Aside from those points, I really couldnt fault the hotel. If youre visiting Barcelona and want somewhere central, comfortable and well connected, with excellent service, H10 Metropolitan is a great choice. I would happily recommend it.
