We stayed 4 nights at the hotel. The staff were very attentive and helpful.
We had one minor glitch in the room assignment, but Joseph stepped in and took care of it.
Anas at the front desk was very pleasant and helped us set up transportation and all of the tickets to the various attractions.

Wonderful location in the heart of Barcelona. Easy walk to shopping and restaurants. Taxis readily available for sightseeing further away. We arrived well before check in time, but the hotel staff checked our bags, put our passports in a safe and provided us with fresh coffee, restrooms and even showers if we wanted. Marcela was a gem!! She went above and beyond every day to make sure we were comfortable and enjoying our stay. She truly made our experience feel top notch h!
The only complaints we had during our 5 night stay were the street noise and our king bed was two twins together, so there was a split down the middle, but Marcela moved us up from the bottom floor and got us the correct mattress and the problems were solved. So if we stay again, I would just make sure we arent facing the street on the bottom floor and we request a non split king size bed. We purchased daily breakfast, which I would strongly recommend. Food was wonderful and service was great. Its nice to start your day not thinking about breakfast and fueled up for sightseeing! We would defend stay at this hotel again!

Alex and Julia were incredibly kind and made my stay very comfortable.
The room was thoroughly cleaned and very satisfying.
I also enjoyed the food at the bar on the 8th floor.
I would definitely like to stay here again when I visit Barcelona.
