Our flight home from Barcelona was cancelled, so after staying at H10 Madison we unexpectedly found ourselves moved to H10 Cubik, just 300 metres up the road.
What could have been a stressful end to our trip turned into a genuinely great experience. The team at H10 Cubik could not have been more helpful or accommodating. Their customer service deserves an award nothing seemed too much trouble.
It was also my birthday, and I was surprised with a complimentary bottle of Cava, which was such a thoughtful touch and very much appreciated.
And when you arrive, ask for Anas. He was absolutely fantastic thoughtful, welcoming and genuinely interested in making sure we were looked after. He's a real credit to H10 Cubik.
Sometimes it's when things go wrong that you discover just how good a hotel really is. H10 Cubik absolutely delivered.

I cannot praise this hotel enough. We had 3 rooms as a family of 4 and stayed for 4 days. The hotel and the rooms are immaculate, the staff are the nicest and most helpful I have come across in years of travelling, they cannot do enough for you and it is all with smile. The rooms are fabulous and so very well equipped. The location was amazing for exploring all of Barcelona. They even helped us when our travel agent let us down with transfers. The pool is lovely, the food is great and we felt very safe around the hotel and local area. The rooftop bar is an added bonus and was lovely. We even had a bottle of fizz delivered to the room as welcome. One of our rooms had a beautiful balcony and was well worth the extra money. We had a 4 hour wait until our return pick up and they had such nice areas to wait and kept our luggage safe. I will always seek out H10 hotels from now on. Thank you for making our Barcelona trip so perfect!
