Brilliant hotel for adults only...it's a must do!

The transfer from Barcelona Airport was one hour and fifteen minutes. We were the first drop, lucky enough. On arriving early hours we were checked in. It's a bright lovely reception area with friendly staff members . We paid 18 euros for the hotel tax and were given wrist bands that open the hotel door and you can load money onto them. What a brilliant idea! You don't need to take your purse down to the bar and won't lose your key to get in. The receipt tells you how much you have got left each time you use the wrist band. We were really hungry and thirsty after travelling. No water in the fridge or food left for us. But we just waited till the morning for the restaurant to open and had a huge beautiful breakfast there is everything you can think of and stunning. The staff in the restaurant were very attentive and happy. The evening meal last night was great there was steak, chinese noodles and rice, chicken, salads, soups beautiful desserts just to much to mention. It's great quality and choice and I'm a fussy eater. If you join the H10 app it's great all the information about the hotel is on there. If you join the loyalty scheme you will get a free drink when you arrive ours was the next day as it was too late. The bar staff are amazing and will bring the drinks to the table for you and notice if you need more drinks without you even asking. They are happy and attentive. The pool area is lovely but can only look at it today as it's raining . The roof top is beautiful and so relaxing with a small plunge pool and views out to sea. Evening entertainment was lively and there were a few dancers up, but it is so bright in the bar area. Lights need to be lowered to make more of an ambience. The area itself has everything you can think of bars and shops across the road. Everything in walking distance. I would 100% recommend and I would return to this hotel. It's a bonus being adults only. We travelled with Easy Jet for our holiday and they were amazing I would recommend this too. It's the fifth time I booked a package holiday through them and had positive experiences and they are so reasonably priced. Just wait for the EasyJet sale. Then cancel and rebook the same holiday if cheaper. I have done this a few times and saved hundreds of pounds.

Great hotel

We are just back after spending a week here 22-29/4 This is our 2nd visit to this hotel first was sept 24 Lovely welcome when we arrived room wasnt ready so we dropped bags and went for dinner It was ready when we returned rooms are spacious lovely comfy bed and soft pillows Only 1 English Channel which is the news Would be nice to have more in this day and age We had an issue with the water being cold but after speaking to reception this was soon rectified The restaurant is great plenty of choice both at breakfast and tea you cant fault it always found something to eat Tables are cleaned promptly and all the staff are lovely The bar is good lovely welcome off Jesus who remembered us from last time thanks to Saul , Robert and Jesus and all the lovely ladies who kept us supplied with liquid they work very hard and are always happy Entertainment at night was good Not a lot happening during the day different guy from last time who we saw doing nothing but stand around no interaction from him all week Plenty of sun beds around the pools Wasnt that busy as hotel had only just opened for the season Rooms were hot as aircon doesnt start till 1st may so we would go later next time Thanks to all for a great week we will see you again soon xx

Acabo de volver de aquí hace un par de días y me sentí obligado a escribir una breve reseña después de haber leído algunas de las otras reseñas antes de ir, como yo por mi parte, era un poco escéptico. Sin embargo, me complace decir que tanto mi esposa como yo disfrutamos mucho de nuestra estancia, teniendo en cuenta que el hotel solo había reabierto, después de la temporada cerrada, 2 días antes de nuestra llegada habían hecho un gran esfuerzo para asegurarse de que todo estaba en su lugar y menos el extraño percance hicieron un maldito buen trabajo. Un saludo especial a Naty, Jesús, Ingrid y Hennan y el resto del personal detrás de la barra del hotel, muy profesional y con experiencia en lo que hacen, los precios tampoco eran tan malos, solo que la desventaja para mí era que solo había cerveza Estrella, que para mí personalmente no es la mejor, así que nos acercábamos al bar Heineken de al lado o The Butler en la calle para un par de bebidas y luego de vuelta al bar del hotel para el entretenimiento y el resto de la noche. Los comentarios hechos sobre el restaurante, en algunas reseñas anteriores, ahora creo que fueron un poco injustos, el personal estaba allí, pero se mantuvo fuera de su camino hasta el minuto en que dejó su cuchillo y tenedor, a veces sin siquiera tragar su comida, entonces no podían despejarlo lo suficientemente rápido, aparte de que había una buena variedad de comida disponible en cada comida y a su vez se podía tener una comida de 3 o 4 platos en cada sesión, admito que algunos artículos pueden parecer que se enfrían, por ejemplo, las rodajas de pechuga de pollo y los filetes, etc, pero nos pareció solo un caso simple de pedir que pongan de nuevo en la placa caliente, o esperar hasta que se quitaron otro, lugar común cuando se cocina a granel y no saber cuántos van a aparecer - en general una experiencia razonable. El hotel en sí estaba limpio, ordenado y bien presentado, pero solo como era de esperar después de haber estado preparado para la apertura de la nueva temporada. ** crítica - la ducha en nuestra habitación parecía poner más agua en el suelo que en cualquier otro lugar, causando así un peligro de tropiezo, dejamos una de nuestras toallas y luego tuvimos que estrujarla y ponerla en el balcón para secar lista para el próximo uso, sí, podría haber pedido más toallas, pero ese no es el punto y me sorprende que el suelo en los baños no ha comenzado a levantarse. La ubicación del hotel era bueno también, literalmente un par de minutos a pie y estabas en la playa y entre todos los 'pasajes' en una vibrante ubicación central con un montón de tiendas, restaurantes y bares, etc. Ya estamos tratando de asegurar algunas fechas para que podamos volver a reservar, así que no puede haber sido tan malo.
