The location is great 25 minutes from Cancun airport. The layout of rooms, pools and restaurants is good. The atmosphere is pleasant. Some rooms need some TLC. Small things like the outlet by the sink didnt work. The sink trap didnt work and the trap in the shower would slide off. We purchased 2 rooms side by side brought our daughter and son in law and 2 grandchildren. So many all inclusives that are not inexpensive are promoting the Privilege . Their own area, pool, rooms and priority on dinner reservations.
Making dinner reservations for la carte restaurants was stressful. You had to be on your phone at 10:00. With 2 rooms 2 phones and try to make a reservation. We were 50%. Going to the restaurant unsure if it was lack of kitchen help or lack of waitstaff but not even one quarter full. My daughter is a Foodie and found that is they bought a $40 bottle of wine or champagne you got in at the time you wanted. This shouldnt have had to be done after what we paid for the vacation but she wanted to.
The battery Jet Skis were a hit but only out once every 2 weeks. That should be increased.
Overall, it was a great time but unfortunately Privilege is taking over.

Elizabeth was our butler. She helped us throughout our stay. You will be lucky to get her! The resort staff were very helpful and always a smile on their faces. Rooms clean and fridge well stocked.
