Currently staying with friends at H10 Princess Lanzarote. The hotel is generally ok with a very clean area around the pool and plenty of sunbeds. However there are a number of negatives. Many of the staff (not all and not inc. the staff in pool Bar and bar in hotel) seem very miserable and rude. Some staff in Cactus Bar have ignored when queuing for food and continued to serve guests who gave arrives after. The food is often cold in the privilege breakfast which has not improved despite making a complaint. This appears to be a kitchen issue rather than waiter problem. Food in the buffet area is not great and little choice. One of our party has had an issue with their toilet which despite raising on arrival has now had to call maintenance 3 times and it is still not working. This is not acceptable. Visited tepanyaki restaurant tonight. Nice food but no interaction from chefs with guests and felt very rushed to eat meal and leave restaurant as quickly as possible. I think there are positives about this hotel but it needs to up its game in the food department and the way staff interact with guests.

Great hotel for a family stay

Room was good size for our family of 4. Beds were comfortable too. Food in general was pretty good as well in the Yaiza restaurant. Some of the staff working in the hotel could be nice but others were lovely. The entertainment team for the children/Daisy Club and mini disco were great. Noelia was lovely and my 5 year old loved going to the club in the mornings! The hotel is well located 5 minute walk to a small beach and another 5 minute walk to a main street that had some stores, supermarkets, etc. Taxi from/to airport costs about 50 euros each way, 30 minutes.

Good standard with little improvements could be perfect

Overhaul we have had a great vacation at the H10 Princess. The location is as good as it gets being a 15 minute walk either way to the marina or the town centre and port. Food was on the whole good. Variations to suit everyone. Some dishes could have been hotter. On occasion some food ran out and was quite some time to top up. The animation program did not always run as scheduled but what we did join in with was good. The person who stood out was Bogie. The rooms were of a good standard once we had been moved from 007 to 044. This was organised by Marta Armas of which we deeply appreciated thank you .Make sure you get a pool facing room

Just wonderful

This is our new favourite all inclusive hotel! It was soooo good. Room - modern, well appointed and super clean. Absolutely nothing to complain about. We did have a minor issue with ants as it was ground floor but it was quickly resolved. Food - best all inclusive weve ever experienced. Food is served in smaller casseroles and trays and refreshed continuously. So its not been sitting for ages all lukewarm and dried up. Plenty choice at all meals including options to have cooked meat/fish to order every night. Fabulous Pool area - loads of sun beds, lovely pool and plenty area for the kids too. 2 poolside bars, one does snacks all day, all cooked fresh to order. Also included was the wonderful wee coffee shop on site. Location- right in the middle of the promenade walkway, with a marina either end. Lovely walk every day and a good wee market Wednesday and Saturday at one of the marina ends. Big shout out to the hard working staff, especially the cleaning crew. All staff were courteous and professional. We will definitely be back. Thank you all xx
