Hotel is in a superb location. Plenty of amenities nearby. Communal areas in hotel are very clean and well maintained. Our room was large and well presented. However we did have a leak from the room above and it ruined some our toiletries the floor was very wet which my husband nearly slipped on during the night. The manager did deal with the situation professionally and sympathetically. We moved rooms and we were compensated. Breakfast in the hotel was lovely plenty of variety. However dinner was like feeding time at the zoo far too many people not enough staff running out of food and the uncleared tables very off putting . I think a better plan could be put into place. Stop letting people in till tables are cleared and food is replenished. I would rather wait and walk into a tidy restaurant. Dinner wasn't an enjoyable experience although the food was ok. I would stay at this hotel again but not during half term

Second time here. Really great hotel. Probably the biggest single hotel (It is not a resort), we have stayed at. Its on the sea front - just need to cross a road to get to the beach. Its a 4 euro cab drive to the marina or 40 minute walk. There are other places to eat nearby, even a pub if you want to eat out. We were upgraded for free to a Junior suite which was huge and lovely and had a walk on shower (which we had originally asked when booking). There was a nice stocked bar too. And the chiller is included in the price. The only downside of the room is that although we had a side view of the sea, it was mostly of a building and they were carrying out some works. But dont take this as a negative. We did have an issue with a leak under the bathroom sink - 3 times, but was immediately seen to. And we were given a bottle of cava as an apology. The pools are great although even though it was 23c, it really was too cold to get in! There is an under cover pool which is warmer but not very big and did get crowded. If you could make the outdoor pool heated (until end May) that would be great. Evening entertainment is great and you can be treated to two different acts every evening. Drinks are good quality and there is lots of seating all around the bars and hotel. Everywhere is exceptionally clean and I strongly recommend Mikes cafe for great coffee and drinks and having the little birds come to your table! There is a good choice of food. You can have grills every night and there are daily food themes. Although food gets replenished- sometimes you have to wait and other times the platters cook quickly. However there is a microwave available which I used a few times. I could go on. In short, highly recommend this great hotel. Hopefully plan to return next year. All the staff are helpful and smile. Won't bore you with the details, however ended up changing to this hotel within 2 days of travel, how lucky we were! Loved the hotel. Great location for beach, and an easy walk to either the marina or the other way to the centre of Playa Blanca. Yes it's not beachfront but you know that when you book it. Having the back door makes getting in and out really easy. We were bed and breakfast and the food was lovely, replaced quickly when needed. We found the staff to b really friendly and our room was kept spotlessly clean. The crazy golf was good fun, we were sadly too old for the pirate ship which was an absolute hit with the younger guests! Absolutely recommend!

Still here having a lovely holiday……. Start with the positives as I was uncertain after reading the bad reviews. Hotel nice, clean pool area, lobby, bars etc. Pool suitable for family’s with a kids area, plenty of sun beds, drinks bar, ground generally kept clean and tidy. Staff continually working keeping it clean. Our family room was lovely on the quiet side of hotel. Maid service each day was to a high standard. Kids entertainment good and staff brilliant with the children. All staff were friendly and helpful, they work very hard at looking after the guest. Drink selection good, plenty to choose from. Good selection for breakfast lunch and dinner. It is limited to some point but what is on offer is fresh and tasty. The salads are very nice. Oh the coffee shop does gorgeous drinks for adults and kids. The Italian is very good for food, we didn’t eat in the Japanese but heard it was good. The not so good points……. The staff are limited which means at meal times some food wasn’t stocked up as quickly as it should have been, tables weren’t cleared quick enough for the amount of guests which meant sitting outside wasn’t much of an option due to tables not being cleared. Having to que for the fresh grill area was a pain, but worth it. This is nothing to do with the staff as they are excellent they just need more staff! The restaurant can be hectic at busy times, we chose to eat at the quieter times so not a problem. They need more parasols as it is a family hotel so they need to provide shade for the families with young kids. Table service should really be offered for the outside entertainment area, would give an extra touch. The cactus bar only has one person serving which makes it slow, it also gets messy in there from other guests not being able to tidy up after themselves! Again no fault of the lovely staff. Don’t reserve your sun beds, we did each day so we had good shade for the kids, we returned after breakfast to find our stuff has been taken away. You then have to do the walk of shame to collect your bag with belongings inside. It was funny, they do say not to reserve your beds! ?? If you want a chilled typical family holiday suitable for all then you can’t go wrong with this hotel. Some reviews are a bit harsh. The location is fab with bars and restaurants and supermarkets a 5 minute walk away. The marina is lovely for food and a walk. I personally wouldn’t do All Inclusive again in Lanzarote. It’s not expensive to eat out and the quality of the restaurants is very good. Thank you to the hotel and staff for a lovely holiday in the sun, but please see the negative points as a way to improve on the little things that matter.
