H10 Ocean Dunas, Fuerteventura

Absolutely wonderful stay!!!! The room was incredibly modern, clean, and the terrace with table and chairs, and two loungers to soak the sun, the Seaview with the Marina was another bonus.. Right from the arrival time, Sarah at the reception offered us a drink of our choice, while we were waiting, then she made us feel very comfortable in explaining the room and all hotel's surroundings.. The restaurant / breakfast room was a delight.... Beautiful selection of hot and cold food, with fabulous modern coffee and teas machines.... A big thank you to William, a member of staff that helped us finding our way around!!!! All in all a piece of heaven in the hospitality industry in Corralejo, fuerteventura, thanks to H10!!! Overall a good standard of Hotel. The Staff are very attentive, friendly and always smiling, including Reception, Housekeeping, Bar & Restaurant. Hotel is very clean throughout, only problem we experienced was with the A/C in our room but eventually was sorted out.

I write this review while lying on the balcony in junior suite 201. We have just spent 9 wonderful days here . Lets start with hotel location , fantastic , in the middle of where you need to be but very quiet . Being an adult only hotel the clientele are slightly older leading to a calm and chilled ambiance . The pool is heated and always quiet with plenty of sun beds available all day ( this is due to lots of people using their junior suite terraces ) . We were bed & breakfast , always lots of choice and as my partner is vegan shes was pleasantly surprised at the choice she had . Staff are attentive , courteous and polite . The junior suites are spacious with a huge bed and great walk in shower . The rooms are cleaned to a high standard every day . We had only one negative , the Air conditioning is really poor producing no cold air , noisy and inefficient. I complained on 4 occasions to be told it was working fine which was frustrating . We were offered another room but it was no better there . We encountered many other guests with the same gripe . Some guests even restored to buying fans at the local markets . As mentioned a great hotel and this was our only fault we could find . We would return but only at certain times of the year as with the current AC a summer visit would be unbearable .

We be just returned from our first visit to this hotel, and I can honestly say well be going back next year. From start to finish it was fantastic. The staff could not do enough for you and were so friendly. We had a junior suite (room 254) which was just perfect, plenty of room and the walk in shower you could not fault. The bed was a super king and so comfortable. We were booked in for bed and breakfast. There was plenty of choice for breakfast and I didnt have any issues with any of the food. There is plenty of entertainment close by and there was no problem with noise. All in all I loved it.
