Every time you stay in one of our hotels and identify yourself as a member of the Club H10 you will earn points. 5-star hotels add 40 points per person per night, 4-star hotels add 30 points per person per night and 3-star hotels add 20 points per person per night. In all cases, points are generated per adult person registered in the room.

You will also add points for extras consumed inside the hotel if they are charged to the room. For every €3 of consumption, 2 points are generated.

Points are generated per adult registered in the room per night. That is, if two adults are staying in a room, both will earn points. However, children are excluded since these rates are subject to discounts.

The extra services that generate points are:

• Minibar
• Room service
• Bars (except when your pension is All Inclusive)
• Lunches and dinners in the a la carte restaurant (except when you have contracted Privilege service or are on an All Inclusive regime)
• Despacio Spa Centers

You can redeem your points at check-out. If you do not have enough points to pay the full amount of your stay, thanks to the mixed payment option, you can pay part of the bill with points and the rest in cash or credit card.

Points are valid for 4 years from issuance, after which point points will expire and will be removed from the member's points balance.

Yes, you can recover points from your reservations as long as no more than 90 days have passed since the end of your stay. To do this, it is essential that you indicate your membership number and the hotel, arrival and departure date of your stay.

It is not possible to recover points from stays prior to your registration date in the Club H10.
