H10 Madison, Barcelona

Lovely hotel, great location. Junior suite larger than expected and clean. Bathroom one of the biggest we have had in a hotel. Complimentary Prosecco in lobby much appreciated. All staff were very kind. We enjoyed meals at Rooftop restaurant/pool/lounge area. Would stay again. Would pstay at other H10 properties.

This was my first experience in staying at an H10 property. This was a nice 3 night stay. We opted for a Deluxe room to get some extra space. Hard to beat the location. We were able to walk to Casa Battlo and then Sagrada Familia and able to take an uber the way back. Same with Barceloneta, walk there and uber back. Room was comfortable, quiet, and the bed was nice. We're used to a soft bed and that's what we got. There was always water, candy, and a bottle of sparkling in the lobby, which we opted for after a long day of traveling each day. We did get to spend a few hours in the pool one evening after a hot day. Which was a nice cool down before dinner. Great view from the rooftop of Barcelona Cathedral, which was also a highlight of being so close to and being able to enjoy that every morning while venturing out for the day. I didn't have too much interaction with staff as we were out and about most of the day, but they were pleasant enough. I would stay here again.

H10 was a great stay and well located in central old area. Room was okay and bed was comfortable. Staff were excellent and very helpful. Breakfast was excellent and classy. Access by public transport not straight forward, but satisfactory.

Superb experience, all around! From checkin to checkout, the location, the service, the amenities to the thoughtfully appointed rooms. If we come back to Barcelona (and I hope we do!), we will come back here! At checkin, we arrived a little early from the US and were greeted with champagne at checkin, then went to the beautiful rooftop pool area for lunch while waiting for our room to be ready. The consulate professional at reception brought up our checkin materials to the pool! The rooftop area was a lovely haven to read, have a cocktail and enjoy snacks with a lovely view of the city. The rooms were perfect, complete with a small terrace with a view of beautiful cathedral. The service end to end was perfect and they went above and beyond the last night. We had left a cell phone in a taxi earlier in the day and through a complicated series of events, the driver brought it to our hotel in the middle of the night, ahead of our morning flight. He did not have our room number or accurate name, but the hotel paid him at their risk to deliver the phone. Needless to say, we will be eternally grateful!!! Thank you!!!
