Tive uma estadia fantástica. Fui muito bem recebido na receo, onde até me ofereceram uma bebida de boas-vindas. O quarto era extremamente confortável, com uma cama king-size e uma varanda com uma vista para o mar deslumbrante, além de um prático estendal para secar toalhas. A comida era deliciosa e com imensa variedade. O hotel oferecia diversas atividades e espetáculos, e adorei a festa da espuma na piscina. Os únicos aspetos a melhorar so a presso da água no chuveiro que era fraca e a conexo Wi-Fi, que poderia ser mais estável.

Well worth the visit.

The hotel is right next to El babo beach. Just walk out of the hotel and your straight on the beach. The hotel is very clean and that's thanks to the cleaning staff. Excellant outside swimming pools of one which is heated. There is no problem getting sun beds. You have a choice of 4 pools. The hotel is large with the best rooms facing the afternoon sun. We where half board as there are so many places to eat outside the hotel if you should need a midday snack. Food at hotel is plenty and good plenty of choice at breakfast and evening meals. You can also sit outside if there is space and overlook the sea. Reception staff very helpful. As was everyone. Internet very good. Pool towels are paid for with a deposit of 20euros per towel returned at the end of holiday for full refund. There is a charge for room safe but if you have a superior room it's free. I recommend the cooked omelette for breakfast. Coffee machines are very good. Evening entertainment very good except the magician very much like Tommy Cooper but not so funny. All and all we enjoyed our stay weather very good 75c. Would recommend this hotel.

A really pleasant stay!

We visited for the first time in March and were really looked after by all the team. Prior to our stay, Hugo and Marina were in regular contact with me, helping to arrange some surprises for my partners 60th birthday. They were very helpful and planned everything which was amazing. Upon arrival we were offered refreshments and seated, they took our passports and went off to do all the boring bits whilst we relaxed and our bags were taken to our room. We stayed in one of the bungalows which was perfect for our needs and had their own sunbeds outside. Everything was kept perfectly clean and tidy during our stay by the very polite and friendly Jennifer Glex - she did a fantastic job of decorating the room as a birthday surprise. The entertainment was always lighthearted and fun, even Dani's cheesy jokes were well received! Some of the acts were stand out performances - the Mongolian acrobats, the carnival performers and the great energy of the singer/saxophone guy - we really had some fun! A couple of acts were not that great and the room emptied pretty fast. Could do with another person or two taking drinks orders/serving but they always got to you eventually. A slight grumble that everything finished by 11pm and then there was nothing else to do other than sit in the lobby bar - I do recognise this suited some people and it's our personal preference to stay up later. In addition, disappointingly when sat quietly chatting to some other guests in the lobby bar after the entertainment, we asked for one last drink before we headed to bed only to be told from midnight to the bar closing at 1am (a whole one hour!), we would have to pay for drinks. Now considering we were all inclusive and there was quite literally nothing else to do other than sit there chatting and drinking, I was pretty annoyed by this. All inclusive should mean all inclusive. To note, even with all inclusive, you have to pay 20 deposit per pool towel and go off and find them in the spa which is only open between certain times which I have never had to do anywhere else I've stayed. The towels were actually quite small, scratchy and below the standard I'd expect from H10. You can walk a few minutes down the road and buy much better ones yourself for about 5! The pool bar was right next to our room and perfect for our needs. We had the lovely Juan Carlos look after us each day, he was happy and helpful and really made an effort to make sure everything was as it should be - can't praise him enough! I love the fact you can get a sandwich, salad or snack from here all day - we don't eat much during the day and so happily grabbed something for lunch from here that we could eat without leaving our sunbeds, suited us perfectly. The buffet restaurant in all honesty could do with some improvement. Breakfast was very 'samey' and uninspiring. I did like the fact there was a station just for fresh fried eggs cooked how you wanted them but that's as far as my enthusiasm went. Dinner was quite underwhelming on most evenings, I did enjoy the nights with the fresh cooked prawns and the roast beef. Don't get me wrong, there was a selection of meat, fish and vegetables every night, it just fell short of any real excitement for my personal preference but I am a bit of a foodie. The staff were all great, helping everyone and keeping things spotless. We went to El Mirador restaurant one evening and the food and service was fantastic. The lights dimmed and they surprised us with a rendition of "happy birthday", cake and bubbles. The embarrassment on my partners face made my evening, it was perfect, thank you! More cake and bubbles were left in our room with the compliments of the managers and very appreciated. We dined in Asensen one evening which was a lovely experience. The food was tasty and the wine pairings worked well. The staff really worked to make it a special experience and they catered to my nut allergy without issue. Stand out restaurant was Il Gran Cuore Italian. We dined here on our final evening and it was delicious. The manager/head waiter remembered my allergy and was very friendly and helpful (sorry I didn't get his name). Genesis was a delight and catered to all our needs with a smile on her face. The tagliata di manzo was one of the best pieces of beef I've ever been served, cooked to perfection. The tiramisu was incredible, served in a unique way not to be missed. My partner who usually shies away from flavour and any form of interesting dining options actually cleared every plate which was testimont to how good it was! Location was great, just out of the hustle and bustle, easy access to the beach and shops. Could easily get to wherever you wanted to go, if you actually wanted to go anywhere at all. The management kept a very close eye on things and if they noticed anything falling below standard it was dealt with promptly, efficiently and professionally. The gardens and grounds were maintained daily. Everything was kept spotlessly clean and every single member of staff was polite and friendly and wanted to make your stay perfect. A really pleasant stay, thank you to all the team!

Best hotel great location

One of the best hotels we have ever stayed in , cleanliness was exceptional,our cleaner was Jennifer and she was excellent & very friendly. For my husband's birthday they left a cake & a bottle of cava which were lovely . There are no sunbeds wars plenty for everyone the pool bar is excellent, the entertainment was very good a good variety of acts ..the food was exceptional as well. everything you could think of & more at breakfast, the evening buffet had a good variety of choices & a hot station where the chefs were cooking meat & fish to order ..we will definitely stay here again
