H10 Salauris Palace, Salou - Cambrils

The hotel caters very well for Coeliacs at breakfast and dinner. The maitre d in the dining room was amazing. Dinner was ordered at breakfast and the chef brought the gluten free meal to your table and it was delicious. Gluten free beer was also available.

Wow just wow 3rd time in the H10 salauris palace and the improvement are 5star so we arrived on Sat the 17th for 2 weeks again greeted by such friendly faces on the front desk Joan n the the 2 girls are brilliant always happy to help u bags were taking by the porter big cheech as I call him again always smiling n happy to help so rooms aren't ready till 3 standard in spain bags took to room by porter we were on the 3rd floor room nice clean n with pool view again free aircon ,WiFi,n safe maids were in everyday clean towels and I asked for my beds to be changed each week again np brilliant members of staff always present n greeted u when seeing u now on to the wow they have massively upgraded the rooftop now with splash pool and bar spent lots of time up there relaxing n chilling in pool honestly so so so gd amazing addition to the hotel again konstantine and Marco both amazing and friendly thanks now onto food I can be fussy but that's my choice no reflection on the hotels food had breakfast everyday and was always happy with what was on from fried foods, to healthy options as well as pastry choice is yours dinner time I ate an amazing 9 nights in the hotel 3i choose to go out as some nice restaurants in salou and only 1 were (I Dint find it to my tastes )np at all staff in restaurant again are brilliant from Christian ,Christina,Ana,Joan,sadly can't remember all their names but all 5star now our personal favourite is Marina absolutely makes our holiday so friendly and charming so glad to see her again and not to forget Esmeralda now that lady is an absolute gem of a woman an asset to the hotel friendly very approchable if she can she will never used pool area but was cleaned n washed every morning weve already booked for nxt year we ain't looking anywhere else don't know what else to say other than enjoy this hotel and staff

We came as a family of 5 and we have enjoyed everyday. The Animation Team were amazing (especially Roberto and Stefan) they were very friendly, always getting the children involved and had activities going on from 11am including Aqua Gym, Water polo, dancing, darts, bingo and more and then the kids entertainment started at 9pm and finished around 9.45. The adult entertainment started at 10pm and we saw some great shows including the Millenials and the Queen Tribute band. The pool was a nice size and we always managed to get sun beds. The hotel was very clean, nice size rooms and balcony and had a great view of the pool. The breakfast had a large variety of food with lots of fruit, bakery and the usual English breakfast. The doughnuts were amazing! And a nice touch having cava at breakfast some days. The food at dinner time also had a large variety and had something different everyday. The children food was very much either pasta or chips and chicken nuggets but my kids always enjoyed them. The location was perfect for us. Not too far from the beach, the supermarket was round the corner and Port Aventura was only a short walk away. We would definitely come back.

Brilliant holiday here. Staff do their best to make your stay a happy one. Esmiralda is always there to help and advise on any issues you may have. The rooms a clean and comfortable with linen and towels changed regularly. The restaurant offers a variety of dishes to suit your taste and will also cater for any occasion or special needs. The pool snack bar is very good value and good choices. For children the animation team are always there to entertain them. The adult sun deck on the roof is great if you want a peaceful nap. With a refreshing dip pool. Overall an excellent hotel with great facilities.
