H10 Salauris Palace, Salou - Cambrils

Just coming to the end of our week at this fabulous hotel. Cant fault it at all. Everywhere is spotlessly clean. Every single member of staff we met were really friendly and they all looked happy. The food is plentiful and is different every day. Theres a wide variety to choose from and they have a menu on display for meat/ fish eaters and one for vegetarians. The restaurant is laid out really well with different size tables and you dont feel like youre sitting on top of anyone. Its about a 10/15 minute walk to the beach and from there you go right for the harbour and shops and left for shops. Theres restaurants all over the place but we chose to eat in. The pool is very cold in May but you get used to it once youre in and we always got a subbed. The pool area isnt accessible till 9am so theres no option to reserve sunbeds at ridiculous oclock although this still happened after that despite a very clear notice saying its forbidden. We will definitely be returning to this hotel as weve loved every minute of our stay.

Just home from 5 nights which were lovely. The hotel main areas were very clean but our room didnt get cleaned very well. A main concern was the thermostat on the shower as the water would become very hot which was bad enough for adults but would scald a young child!! The staff were lovely especially Constantine in the main bar he was exceptional!!

Stayed for 5 nights here as 2 neurodivergent and disabled friends, we did find it a lot but still really enjoyed it. The dining restaurant is very inaccessible if you like us have mobility issues and trouble standing as it was often a good 20 minutes in the que to get food. But food was excellent. Room was immaculate and spacious. Most comfortable beds ever! Good air conditioning too. Staff helpful and friendly but could do with a pool side assistant to help with sunbeds and umbrellas which we struggled with. Pools were VERY cold. Not heated at all which was a shame, lots were complaining about this poolside too. Lifts a bit annoying at peak times, often a wait for it as only 2 serving each side of the hotel but not horrendous. Prices are reasonable and good selection of drinks. Little onsite shop selling suncream and gifts etc. Bizarre daytime entertainment, team did a random dance which was hilarious to be fair but why I don't know haha. Need more pool aerobics etc. Rooftop pool area is lovely. Again freezing though!! Rented a mobility scooter which the reception team arranged, and was delivered to the hotel for us. 20 euro deposit and 80 euros for 3 days (double scooter). Had a massage at the hotel spa - it was quite an experience and rather odd. The male therapist massages extremely close to your lady parts which was uncomfortable to say the least! Not what we bargained for! All in all had a lovely stay here and would recommend.

Franmely was such a lovely girl. Very friendly. Such a lovely bar woman. Lovely staff Lovely hotel. Great experience. Will definitely be back again.we had a great stay. Rooms were perfect. Great entertainment. Very clean hotel. Loved the pool the spa . Got a lovely massage. Everything close by. Thanks for everything. Gracius
