Very pleasant stay in bustling Rome

We just completed a 2 night stay at this lovely boutique hotel. From the check-in service to the luggage handling, everyone delivered exceptional service. The room and entire property was very clean and everything was in working order. We appreciated the Nespresso machine in our room and the bed was very comfortable. The hotel was ideally located central to all the sites. 10-15 to Trevi and Pantheon, 25 to Vatican and 15-20 to Colosseum. The rooftop bar was another nice touch. If I had only one criticism, it would be the breakfast room opening hours. I wish that room service was available as early as 6:00 am for guests with early tours or flights. But that was a minor thing and wouldnt prevent me from staying here again. Well done staff of H10!

Boutique Hotel in Convenient Area

Hotel is in a convenient location, walking distance to the Trevi Fountain, Colosseum, Palladium and many restaurants. Short walk to 64 bus to St. Peter's Cathedral and the Vatican City.
Rooms are small, but clean. Daily housekeeping.
Close to the Colosseum, nice supermarket with any necessities plus.
Room has a thermometer with a do not disturb indicator that should be explained when entering room. Check in is a little bit of a procedure and after taking a 2 hour train ride, on a train 3 hours late, we just wanted to get into our rooms and shower. Most of the employees were extremely helpful and pleasant.
I requested extra hangars (room included 5), items removed from frig so we could use and we were accommodated without a question. Daily replacement of water was a plus.

Fantastic location close to the Trevi Fountain and the Pantheon and walking distance to the Coliseum.
Great amenities and rooms, an amazing rooftop bar with stunning views over Rome and exceptionally friendly staff.
A perfect base to explore Rome and would definitely recommend.

Beautiful hotel in the heart of Rome

If you are trying to find a room that can fit a family of four in Rome, this is your hotel. My family of four stayed only one night, but we will come back. The location was perfect for seeing all the sights. The lobby is peaceful, and the staff greeted us with snacks and coffee when we arrived.
The rooftop views were stunningyou can see the Colosseum and other landmarks. The rooftop bar service runs from 6-8 pm, but you can sit up there to enjoy the view till 11pm.
Our room was spacious for a city hotel. The bathroom was clean and roomy, with all the amenities. Our room was on the first floor (second floor for us Americans), and there were no noise issues.
The Colosseum was a 12-minute walk in one direction, and the Trevi Fountain was about 12 minutes in the other.
Can't wait to book this hotel again for a longer stay next time!
