Flawless stay in a hotel that excels in customer service

This was one of the most memorable stays in a hotel for year, for all the good reasons! Starting with the 'hard product', this is a stunning hotel with immaculate and well-appointed rooms. Our room (Superior Venezia) was a very good size, facing at the quiet back streets and with gorgeous views of the church domes that are by Trajan's column. Quality toiletries by Rituals provided.
It can hardly be more centrally located, a 3' walk from the Vittoriano and a 10-15' bus ride from Termini. The great location means that you also get stunning views from the roof top bar. You will also find countless of excellent restaurants within a 15' walking distance radius.
The breakfast buffet was very good with a great selection of tasty Italian produce and cakes, and the omelettes that were made to order were delicious and fluffy.
What made the stay even more memorable was the 'soft product', the excellent and caring customer service. They picked up the comment on the booking that it was my partner's birthday and provided some unexpected and generous treats on the day (without us prompting them).

Booked this place because of other reviews mentioning how close it is to everything. This is absolutely accurate. 6 min walk to Trevi, about 15 to Pantheon, Piazza Venezia is your backyard. Rooms are very clean, beds are very comfy, staff very pleasant. Will stay here again. What I dont like is the ac doesnt work during cold months. I think they mean because its cooler outside the ac doesnt kick in. But I run very hot and was uncomfortable the last two days of our stay. No fans available. We opened the window but we were facing the main road so we smell all the cigarette smoke and hear the sirens.

This was my second time in Rome and I really loved the location of this hotel and the rooftop. Perfect for a drink and an appetizer. Room was clean. I would definitely stay again and recommend.
