My youngest son and I visited in June this year to explore Rome, and it was absolutely incredible!
From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with a VIP welcome by the most incredible, kind and attentive staff. Our room was spacious, beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean, and the beds were incredibly comfortable! We stayed in a twin room and genuinely couldnt fault it.
The location is fantastic, with everything within walking distance, including the Colosseum and Trevi Fountain. Even before our arrival, the staff were incredibly attentive, helping to arrange our requests and airport transfers, which was especially ideal when travelling as a single mum with my son.
Thank you so much for giving us such an incredible experience. You made our first trip to Rome so special, and we absolutely cannot wait to return!

Amazing Stay!

Our stay at H10 Palazzo Galla was absolutely unforgettable! The location could not have been more perfectright in the heart of Rome, making it so easy to walk to so many of the citys incredible sights, restaurants, and shops. The hotel itself is beautiful, elegant, and impeccably maintained. Our room was spacious, spotless, beautifully decorated, and incredibly comfortable. It felt like the perfect place to come back to and relax after a busy day exploring Rome.
What truly made our stay special, though, was the staff. Everyone we encountered was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and genuinely hospitable. They went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and cared for, and their warmth made the experience feel so personal. You could tell that creating a wonderful experience for their guests was genuinely important to them.
From the beautiful property and unbeatable location to the exceptional service, everything about H10 Palazzo Galla exceeded our expectations. It was a truly memorable stay, and we would absolutely stay here again without hesitation. Were already looking forward to coming back to Rome and staying at H10 Palazzo Galla again!

This hotel was perfect for our family trip to Rome! We booked a suite and absolutely loved the room with balconies, the roof top bar, location, breakfast and the friendliness of the staff. Would definitely recommend to others visiting.

Beautiful hotel in the heart of Rome

If you are trying to find a room that can fit a family of four in Rome, this is your hotel. My family of four stayed only one night, but we will come back. The location was perfect for seeing all the sights. The lobby is peaceful, and the staff greeted us with snacks and coffee when we arrived.
The rooftop views were stunningyou can see the Colosseum and other landmarks. The rooftop bar service runs from 6-8 pm, but you can sit up there to enjoy the view till 11pm.
Our room was spacious for a city hotel. The bathroom was clean and roomy, with all the amenities. Our room was on the first floor (second floor for us Americans), and there were no noise issues.
The Colosseum was a 12-minute walk in one direction, and the Trevi Fountain was about 12 minutes in the other.
Can't wait to book this hotel again for a longer stay next time!
