H10 Palazzo Galla, Rome

The hotel was perfectly situated, 5 mins from the Trevi fountain and 10 to the Patheon, with some great restaurants down the road! The staff are really friendly and helpful too!

This was one of the most memorable stays in a hotel for year, for all the good reasons! Starting with the 'hard product', this is a stunning hotel with immaculate and well-appointed rooms. Our room (Superior Venezia) was a very good size, facing at the quiet back streets and with gorgeous views of the church domes that are by Trajan's column. Quality toiletries by Rituals provided. It can hardly be more centrally located, a 3' walk from the Vittoriano and a 10-15' bus ride from Termini. The great location means that you also get stunning views from the roof top bar. You will also find countless of excellent restaurants within a 15' walking distance radius. The breakfast buffet was very good with a great selection of tasty Italian produce and cakes, and the omelettes that were made to order were delicious and fluffy. What made the stay even more memorable was the 'soft product', the excellent and caring customer service. They picked up the comment on the booking that it was my partner's birthday and provided some unexpected and generous treats on the day (without us prompting them).

Very nice hotel with really exceptional staff, everyone was very kind, we have received plenty of presents (biscuits, oil, prosecco). The breakfast was delicious with plenty of choice. Our room/suite was beautiful, I especially loved the balcony. The location is great - property is close to the Colosseum, Fontana di Trevi etc. Don't miss the rooftop bar with amazing views.

This was my second time in Rome and I really loved the location of this hotel and the rooftop. Perfect for a drink and an appetizer. Room was clean. I would definitely stay again and recommend.
