H10 Suites Lanzarote Gardens

This hotel has lots of positives. Great for children. Lots of good pools and a play park which our granddaughter of 14 months loved. The staff work hard, especially in the pool bar. All the staff were friendly and fun. Room sizes and balconies were adequate. I had a few negatives but they were minor. I hated the pillows, they were very lumpy but the beds were quite comfortable. We had two apartments which were fine although the day we arrived we were greeted with a few live big cockroaches in our room, also had lots of ants munching on some piece of what looked like dried food. This was reported to reception and it was dealt with. The floors really were quite dirty. However I have to add that the room was then cleaned thoroughly. The dining room was a bit chaotic, always running out of Coke and plastic bowls for children. The food was ok, there was plenty of choice but nothing too exciting. The Arabian night was a disappointment as it was really just couscous and dips, nothing Arabian about it. The entertainment was great for kids and the mini disco went down well and loved the DJ evening at the pool bar. It was quiet after 12 which was great as most people had young kids. Never seen a tropical night or a white night party but that was ok. All in all this place is good for families and the gardens and pool areas were well maintained. We never got our hand soap or shampoo replaced even though we brought our own thankfully as it ran out two days before we left. The hotel is close to the shops and the beach and it is good, I think with a little TLC it could be so much better.

A big thumbs up to the h10 lanzarote gardens and a big thankyou to all of there team, the bar is fantastic the entertainment for family's is above and beyond a big thankyou to every one including the cleaning teams who keep the rooms fresh daily and the friendly reception team of which nothing is ever a problem, in all the places we have travelled all over the world this hotel comes out top and what they offer for family's is out of this world, we will be back time and time again.... oh nearly forgot the food and catering wow wanst expecting such amazing food different selections daily all fresh if there's something don't have all you got to do is ask nothing is a bother .... amazing hotel you should be a 5 star hotel .....

Really enjoyable 10 days, 10 family members came with us, all of them appeared to have the same experience. All staff were friendly, everywhere appeared very clean. Plenty of sun beds. Food was good, with lots of choice available. Only a short walk to the town centre. Would happily stay again.

This was a dream hotel! The staff were all so lovely and accommodating, the room Was immaculate and cleaned to a very high standard daily! Food was superb and was always a nice surprise to see what specials were on each evening (the chocolate fountain was a big hit!). The entertainment team led by Vera was outstanding! From the daily activities, Daisy games and childrens clubs to the evening mini disco and shows - the crew were better than we have ever experienced! The shows each night were filled with energy, fun and you could tell that the entertainers were enjoying themselves as much as the kids and adults watching! Broadway night was one of my favourites, but my daughter was fascinated by the princesses one and my son obsessed with the Polynesian night! The mini disco was also a key part to our day with Daisy being the most important person to see! Sadly our children did not want to participate in the kids clubs - this was especially sad as I thought the activities sounded amazing (music classes, experiments, tshirt painting to name a few!). It seemed that any child that did attend had an amazing time and the staff were so kind and helpful in easing children if they seemed in anyway upset. Thank you guys for an unforgettable holiday!
