H10 Suites Lanzarote Gardens

This was a dream hotel! The staff were all so lovely and accommodating, the room Was immaculate and cleaned to a very high standard daily! Food was superb and was always a nice surprise to see what specials were on each evening (the chocolate fountain was a big hit!). The entertainment team led by Vera was outstanding! From the daily activities, Daisy games and childrens clubs to the evening mini disco and shows - the crew were better than we have ever experienced! The shows each night were filled with energy, fun and you could tell that the entertainers were enjoying themselves as much as the kids and adults watching! Broadway night was one of my favourites, but my daughter was fascinated by the princesses one and my son obsessed with the Polynesian night! The mini disco was also a key part to our day with Daisy being the most important person to see! Sadly our children did not want to participate in the kids clubs - this was especially sad as I thought the activities sounded amazing (music classes, experiments, tshirt painting to name a few!). It seemed that any child that did attend had an amazing time and the staff were so kind and helpful in easing children if they seemed in anyway upset. Thank you guys for an unforgettable holiday!

Great 11 nights in Lanzarote Gardens with our 1 and 4 year old, staying in one of the bungalows which provided everything we could have needed and was cleaned daily. Stayed on a half board basis and it was great to be able to swap dinner for lunch on nights we felt like eating out. On a whole, the restaurant food was always good and had no complaints with plenty of selection, it can be very busy and noisy with so many families staying in the hotel but this was not something that bothered us. The food offering at the pool bar could be improved a bit however. The whole complex is maintained so well and was spotlessly clean. Our 4 year old loved the pools and the slides, and it was great that the kids could bring in some small balls and floats to play with and this seemed to encourage kids to interact and play together in the pool which was lovely to see. Other reviews mention how cold the pool was but it was absolutely fine once you got in. One of the best aspects of the hotel has to be the entertainment team, our daughter had us on the clock every evening to ensure we made the disco and the show, well done to the entertainment team, they clearly put a lot of effort and enthusiasm into this and it really made our daughters holiday and she is still talking about and recreating the Hakuna Matata show. The hotel's location is excellent, a short 5 minute stroll to the beach, with 4 separate supermarkets also located within a 5 minute walk. Overall this is a great family friendly hotel that I would recommend to anyone with kids.

Weve just returned from H10 Lanzarote Gardens and honestly, it blew us away. Were a family of five with three boys (aged 2, 7, and 9), and this place ticked every box. Yes, its clean, yes, its well kept but what really stands out is how well the staff maintain it. The location is fantastic. Costa Teguise is lovely and relaxed, and the local beaches are brilliant for families. Costa Jablillo in particular is a gem bring a snorkel! We spotted parrot fish, puffer fish, and even an octopus hiding among the rocks. Our eldest is a very keen fisherman, and one of the unexpected highlights for him was getting a fishing licence while we were there. He bought a rod and spent hours fishing off the harbour wall, catching loads of decent-sized fish it made his holiday. We upgraded to all-inclusive, which made total sense for us (our 2-year-old is not a restaurant-sitter). While the restaurants along the promenade looked great especially the fish place nearest the hotel we stuck with the hotel food and were pleasantly surprised. Yes, the weekly menu rotates, but the variety is impressive. You can have meats and fish grilled fresh to your liking we had seabream, monkfish, razor clams... it was seriously good. We ate well, and we werent expecting to. The hotel grounds are beautiful. The plants and trees are stunning every time we walked back in, we were wowed by how lush and vibrant it all felt. But honestly? The best part of our stay was the entertainment team. Marco and Mateo made our boys feel like the stars of the show. Their energy, kindness, and genuine warmth made the holiday. Those guys deserve a pay rise. We didnt think we were resort people but this place has changed our minds. Its special. Were already planning when we can come back.

Another superb holiday. We first came here 15 years ago with small children and have been back every year. The friendly staff can’t do enough for you and really do go the extra mile to make your holiday extra special. We now visit as a couple and feel superbly relaxed from the first moment we enter the hotel. If you are reading this then don’t hesitate to book…you will have the best time ever.
