H10 Suites Lanzarote Gardens

Stayed here for 5 nights AI with my 7 year old son. Rooms were spotless, bed was very comfy. Toiletries in the bathroom. There was a fridge, microwave, kettle in the room too. Cleaners were in every day. Hotel was spotless all staff were friendly. Pool was a big hit with my son and the lifeguards on duty were on the ball with everyone, well done to them. The restaurant and poolside bar served a great variety and all was well cooked. Staff serving and cooking all extremely helpful, pleasant and friendly even though it can be very busy, they all work extremely hard. Reception staff are very friendly and helpful too. Overall a fab hotel and would definitely recommend.

Second visit to H10 Lanzarote Gardens this time bringing extra family members with us. We booked into three separate rooms in the family suites La Gomera block on the third floor, the front door entrance of the block overlooks the hotel grounds area, the balcony area has nice views out onto the ravine at the back of the hotel, this block would quieter than down near the pool if you like that. The rooms have a balcony area with a 4 seater patio set & drying rack nice to sit out on for the evening sun here. A large triple sized bed in the main bedroom with a small kitchenette and sitting room area in the main room, the bathroom had a bath and shower I would probably just recommend requesting a bath mat as getting in and out of the bath was quite slippy! The rooms we all booked into were very clean and spacious, the beds very comfortable and each room has a safe (extra charge) We didnt use the televisions but each room had two televisions each. We were travelling with our daughter so she had a pull out bed in the main living room which she found very comfortable. The rooms were serviced regularly and the cleaning staff always greeted us every time with a smile and nothing was a problem to them always very helpful. We noticed a few changes since our last visit with the introduction of wrist bands for half board guests and no reservations needed for breakfast lunch or dinner anymore just turn up which worked out great. Just one issue regarding the gluten free option three of us are coeliacs and at dinner & lunch we found as a group having to wait for the chef to go through all the gluten free options everyday a little annoying especially when it was busy maybe for future a good idea the gluten friendly dishes could be labelled to save the chef having to come out everytime! The food choices were very good though and you can request gluten free bread & cereals too! Overall another great experience lovely clean grounds, the pools are great fun loved the aqua aerobics, pools not heated but dont mind that, the staff were very friendly and helpful very hard working people they keep the place so clean, big shout out to the blue team our daughter loved the kids club again with Megan and we really enjoyed the daytime activities put on by Fredericko hes so enthusiastic such a freindly guy, Aaron is the bingo king, the shows were very good something on every night! This place has a really homely feel to it the resort felt very safe it's not too busy plenty of nice walks around, beautiful beach, local bus just outside to go off exploring! Recommended doing the Cesar Manrique foundation tour the caves & cactus gardens are stunning, Lanzarote isint just resorts go explore this beautiful place I would be proud to call this beautiful island my home thank you for having us

Really enjoyable 10 days, 10 family members came with us, all of them appeared to have the same experience. All staff were friendly, everywhere appeared very clean. Plenty of sun beds. Food was good, with lots of choice available. Only a short walk to the town centre. Would happily stay again.

This was a dream hotel! The staff were all so lovely and accommodating, the room Was immaculate and cleaned to a very high standard daily! Food was superb and was always a nice surprise to see what specials were on each evening (the chocolate fountain was a big hit!). The entertainment team led by Vera was outstanding! From the daily activities, Daisy games and childrens clubs to the evening mini disco and shows - the crew were better than we have ever experienced! The shows each night were filled with energy, fun and you could tell that the entertainers were enjoying themselves as much as the kids and adults watching! Broadway night was one of my favourites, but my daughter was fascinated by the princesses one and my son obsessed with the Polynesian night! The mini disco was also a key part to our day with Daisy being the most important person to see! Sadly our children did not want to participate in the kids clubs - this was especially sad as I thought the activities sounded amazing (music classes, experiments, tshirt painting to name a few!). It seemed that any child that did attend had an amazing time and the staff were so kind and helpful in easing children if they seemed in anyway upset. Thank you guys for an unforgettable holiday!
