Nice hotel in Meloneras

Second time visiting this hotel- in October 24 and currently here now. You wouldnt notice the works taking place and there hasnt been any disruption to our holiday apart from the privilege lunch now indoors. Positives- privilege offering is very good and worth the upgrade for access to the privilege area and a la carte dining. Really nice walk just outside the hotel to take you to the lighthouse area. The breakfast in the gaudi and evening meals there are lovely. Areas for improvement: the Brassierie evening restaurant is very poor quality. I tried it in October once and found it very poor compared to the gaudi, gave it another chance on this trip and it hasnt improved. Really small portion of fish for the fish special, the steak was flavorless and not of the same standard that you get in the other restaurants here. Overall really great hotel- and having previously been a recurring guest at the h10 rubicon palace in lanzarote I can say that this hotel is far superior

Lovely hotel, everything you need.

We stayed here for a family holiday (10 of us). Our rooms were lovely, new and clean. The infinity pool is just the perfect temperature and there was no sun bed madness, we managed to get ourselves all ten sun beds every day. The staff were lovely and went out of their way to seat us all together at meal times. Food was very good, one of us is a professional chef and was impressed. The hotel was great for the 18 month old with us. We had a family photoshoot and the photographer was amazing, photos just what we wanted and decently priced - memories to last a life time! All facilities were clean. We said we would come back again. Only area for improvement is the entertainment on an evening. However, this is the issue with all hotels Ive stayed at. Lovely hotel, everything you need. Perfect for families.

Wonderful hotel with very friendly crew. Beautiful hotel with more than everything you need. Very clean, very friendly personel so a quiet and relaxed stay! Renovation of the main restaurant ongoing at the moment but no impact on the service.

Special family holiday get together.

Whole family of ten, all inclusive Priviledge stay. Everything as it should be. Fantastic complex, friendly obliging staff, top quality rooms, and facilities. For a special occasion holiday or a luxurious break everything you would expect. Ate in all the restaurants and the main buffet, all excellent food and service. Will definitely be back.
