Just returned from the H10. A few honest points.
The setting of hotel is lovely, right on the beach (this part of the beach isn't the best but follow the path round and you arrive at a much nicer beach with more going on and a couple of good beach bars)
The reception area of the hotel is a most welcoming with stunning view.
Staff were so friendly and helpful. Offered glass of fizz and received a picnic breakfast on our last day due to early pick up.
Our room was large superior sea view. Balcony and bathroom good sizes. I think our room was one of the un-renovated ones. It had nice mirrors and lamps, plenty of space, quiet and extremely comfortable bed. There was a sofa bed which we never even sat on as it looked so old and very stained. We mentioned it on checkout and said they should just get rid of it. I would however ask for an updated room next time.
We didn't really watch any of the entertainment but looked like they had plenty of variety. The Mediterranean bar was perfect for cocktails watching the sun go down
Pool area was really nice with a selection of pools and aqua gym. Always found a sunbed.
Liked the idea of wrist band as key and just being able to swipe it to put food and drinks on your bill.
Not so good points -birds flying in both the pool restaurant and the main restaurant. Understand it is difficult to sort this problem but you definitely need to find a solution to stop them getting into the main restaurant where the buffet food is.
Food was very average but you could always find something to eat. The fish night was excellent. Service was very slow in main restaurant and plates were not cleared away for some time. Maybe short staffed. The cereal bowls always disappeared so always people waiting for them. Liked the coffee machine where you could top up as often as you wanted.
Our cleaner Lourdes was lovely and left us fresh water bottles every day and some sweets another day.
The hallway carpet to the rooms was awful , old dark brown with lots of stains - this should be replaced.
Also think having to pay a separate fee to use the indoor pool and gym is wrong for paying guests.
I would however like to go back to this hotel in the future as it has a lot of plus points and the not so good didn't spoil our holiday at all.

Very Relaxing Stay

From arrival to departure customer service was seamless. Staff were eager to please and ensure a relaxing and comfortable stay. Received an upgrade upon arrival and even a gift for my birthday. Food was great, facilities very clean and atmosphere very relaxing. I can't comment on entertainment as I was in bed by 9p.m every night. Would definitely recommend and plan to stay again in the future.

Excellent Service Throughout

I have stayed in this hotel many times. The Staff make this hotel, they are always, helpful, smiling nothing is too much trouble. The rooms are always well presented and clean, as are all the areas of the hotel.
The views are spectacular at sunset, looking out over the sea.
The restaurant has plenty of variety and is replenished at regular intervals.
I will always return to this hotel as it is for me a home from home.
