We would also like to thank her fantastic reception team, especially Diego, as well as Diana from the customer services team, all of whom provided outstanding, friendly, and efficient service throughout our stay.
Its also important to recognise how incredibly hard-working all the hotel staff are. From reception and customer services to housekeeping, restaurant staff, and everyone behind the scenes, the dedication and effort of the entire team really shows. The hotel is run with care, pride, and attention to detail, and it creates a welcoming and relaxed atmosphere throughout.

This is an excellent hotel, right by the sea
Ten minutes walk to the nearest chringiita, 20 minutes to the marina, with several good restaurants and bars, 40 minutes to Estepona old town - always by the beach
The hotel staff are excellent, the facilities fine
Unfortunately, our three-week "sunshine" break featured more than enough rain plus two or three storms!
After one week, we were awaken at 5.15 am by water dripping from the ceiling on to one of the beds...
Six hours later, however, the management had arranged our swift transfer to a top-grade "Privilege" room for the remainder of our stay.
Muchas gracias to all concerned, with particular mention for Cristina and Moises.
We shall look forward to a return to the Estepona Palace some time in the future...
Hopefully, the sun will be shining!!

Awesome hotel

Having completed one weeks stay on a four week all inclusive stay, I wanted to share my amazing experience of staying at the H10 Estepona Palace Hotel.
All the staff are so friendly and so helpful - always have a smile on their face and want to make your stay a very enjoyable experience. The Restaurant staff, cafe staff, bar staff and the cleaners are amazing. I enrolled in the H10 Club in the hotel today and the two ladies who helped us (Diana and Cristina) were so welcoming, friendly and polite - lovely people who are a credit to the hotel.
The location of the hotel is superb - right on the beach with a fabulous promenade to walk along, taking you into Estepona
The food in the restaurant is second to none - including a section where you can choose your meat and fish and they will cook it to your liking while you wait - awesome, and with a number of meat and fish choices every mealtime.
Love this hotel and all the staff - 100% recommended. Will definitely return.

Excellent Service Throughout

I have stayed in this hotel many times. The Staff make this hotel, they are always, helpful, smiling nothing is too much trouble. The rooms are always well presented and clean, as are all the areas of the hotel.
The views are spectacular at sunset, looking out over the sea.
The restaurant has plenty of variety and is replenished at regular intervals.
I will always return to this hotel as it is for me a home from home.
