We arrived to this huge reception area with wonderful decor and wonderful smiley staff the gentleman greeted us asked about our flight and offered us cava or cold water Explained all about hotel and said if you need anything let us know The junior suite sea view was stunning room large so was balcony Room had fridge, safe and tea and coffee facilities with large bottle of complimentary water, huge sofa The decor was really lovely Stunning views from roof top pool also a plunge pool on another floor Has inside pool, gymnasium, beauty salon, Hotel spotless with fabulous decor throughout Restaurant was amazing staff very smiley and friendly and took you to a table Compliments to the chefs food excellent quality, choice, freshly cooked food morning and evenings the choice was best weve ever had Location cant be Beaten close to old town shops,restaurant's and bars short walk to marina which offers lots of boat trips Had a great evening Benidorm palace Already booked Already booked for return next May soo looking forward to returning to this wonderful hotel an its wonderful staff thank you all

We had a great holiday the hotel was first class as was so close to the old town, lovely restaurants so central and the staff were lovely our room was city view, was a good room but we have booked for next year and we have booked a junior suite with sea view hopefully get a good one. I have recommended this hotel to my friends as it was just great

12 visit to this hotel and i can say it not the last every thing you want is there clean tidy quit fab sea view staff all 5 star .this year we needed a motor scorter and the hotel ordered one made sure it was charged every night so we could enjoy out hoilday

A super hotel, ideally located on the beachfront. Only 300m from the old town shopping center with its restaurants, shops and supermarkets. The hotel facilities were marvelous with the dining room (and staff) worthy of special note. The food was well cooked and varied and the staff exceptionally attentive. My only tiny gripe was the fact that the pool area was quite small but lets face it, the sandy beach is just a minutes walk from the front door. We would definitely return and highly recommend this hotel.
