H10 Port Vell, Barcelona

We have just returned from a wonderful two-night stay at the H10 Port Vell and couldn't have wished for more. Our room (211) was on the second floor of the hotel and overlooked the Port which was lovely and well worth paying for. The room itself was compact, but had everything we needed, including a coffee machine and a great en-suite shower room. The hotel was well located for us as we wanted to be able to walk to both the beach and the city centre, and this hotel is well located for both. We enjoyed breakfast in the hotel the first morning, but then ate out for the rest of the trip as there were so many amazing restaurants to choose from! The hotel staff were brilliant and everyone we dealt with was a pleasure to deal with. We had a couple of minor issues with the electrics during our stay, but both times the issue was dealt with quickly and efficiently by the team. One major bonus for us was the top floor terrace. After long days of walking around the city, being able to have a drink and relax whilst watching the boats in the harbour was an absolute joy. We will definitely be returning the the H10 Port Vell when we come back to Barcelona in future!

Very nice hotel, ideal localization, very tasty breakfast, very clean! Professional staff was very helpful. On the roof bar we drink the best aperol ever! It will be my first choice place when I come back to Barcelona. I recommend this place.

This is a really good hotel in a great location. We came for 12 nights to watch sailing and this hotel is ideally suited for the Americas Cup regatta. We were impressed by the cold drink upon arrival and we chose a quiet room away from the front of the hotel. We were delighted with our room - spotlessly clean and very well equipped. We liked having a safe and a fridge and the ability to watch TV of our choosing was clever. The bathroom was excellent with good pressure in the shower and nice toiletries. A kettle was supplied and, in hot weather, we were grateful for an ample supply of mineral water. The pool area on the 5th floor is a great place to relax and see the harbour. The breakfast is very good indeed with a wonderful selection of food. And, did I mention the unfailingly polite and helpful staff? Anna was especially kind to us but all staff, including housekeepers, were just terrific. Its rare to find a hotel without some flaw, but this is close to perfect in my experience. Highly recommended

Stayed at the H10 Port Vell from 12th to 16th August 2024 with my Grandson. What a fantastic hotel. Location brilliant Staff brilliant Rooftop pool & bar brilliant Facilities brilliant Breakfast absolutely brilliant Anyone going to Barcelona - I would 100% recommend this hotel.
