Mostly highs but few lows at H10 Barcelona

Plus - Lovely hotel in a great location for seeing all the marvellous sites Barcelona has to offer. close to metro and buses. Staff lovely and welcoming and remember customer preferences at the bar etc. Breakfast choices fantastic and good quality both hot and cold. Negative - Bar downstairs never opened as apparently only opens if roof top bar shut due to weather. Bar accessed via lift to 8th floor and up 1 flight of stairs, my mobility made this slightly difficult but only way to get a drink in house short of room service but no seat in bedroom so had to sit in Reception a lot. Did ask for a chair at front desk but it didn't materialise after 5 days but not sure we could have even fit one in had it arrived

30th Birthday Trip

Amazing hotel in the Gothic Quarter! Staff couldnt do enough for us. Very friendly and polite. Complimentary drink on arrival, room was ready early so was able to check in as soon as we got there. It was my birthday during the stay and after being out all day sightseeing, we came back to a bottle of Cava and slice of cake in the room. Absolutely 10/10 service! Barcelona is getting loads of renovation works in the main central parts which means there is road works and barriers outside the hotel, however this did not affect our stay. Easy to navigate and the metro is literally a few steps away. Would definitely recommend this hotel when in Barcelona. Thank you for making this trip one to remember

I cannot recommend this hotel more, my mom and I stayed for 8 nights for our mother/daughter trip and we could not have enjoyed our hotel more. The buffet breakfast was exceptional and the front desk staff went out of their way everyday to ensure we were well taken care of care of. Our room was cleaned daily and the rooftop bar was incredible. Our stay was a 10 out of 10!

Well ran hotel. Very central. Born/Gothic district easy walking distance. Metro just across road. Very good choice at breakfast. Staff excellent. Courtesy table in reception nice touch. Roof top bar a nice extra. Would definitely stay again
