H10 Timanfaya Palace, Lanzarote

Beautiful room, food was great, excellent breakfast, lovely lunch in La Geria and nice but sometimes busy evening meal, we had one meal in The Kasbah restaurant which was tremendous and the reason we will upgrade to prestige on our next visit. Drinks quality and service were second to none, strange to have staff who actively encourage you to order and have a good time. Entertainment team were low key but entertaining and great fun. Even though you cant reserve a Sunbed before 0930 there were sad guests sitting around the pool at 0745, prior to breakfast even starting. Evening entertainment was varied from a terrible duo called Gentlemen on the road to a fabulous band called Rubber Soul who played Beatles classics. This was our second visit to the Timanfaya Palace and certainly wont be our last, if in doubt just book relax and enjoy, simply the best!!!

Just got back from this wonderful hotel, its our 2nd visit and we absolutely love it here, The rooms are spacious and comfortable, the food is amazing with so much choice, drinks are branded and the cocktails are fab , the pool area is stunning with 2 big pools and a jacuzzi, plenty of sunbeds and no mad rush in the mornings! Evenings can be either spent in the disco bar where various shows are put on or sit and relax in the piano bar. All the staff work very hard to ensure you have a great holiday, a special thanks to Matau who does the lunchtime demonstrations at the pool bar, she is so funny. we've had a super holiday and will definitely be back.

Love this hotel. It is so comfortable and relaxing with a great atmosphere. The rooms are lovely - clean and well furnished with good quality bedding and towels. The buffet restaurant provides an extensive selection to suit all tastes. Bacon, eggs, omelettes and pancakes are cooked as you wait.you may even get a teddy bear or Mickey Mouse pancake if youre lucky . Dinner is also served in the buffet restaurant, again with lots of choice and show cooking stations available. The Kasbah a la carte restaurant provides a lovely relaxed experience and, if you are a privilege guest, you can take breakfast and dinner here as often as you wish you wish. All in all, weve come home refreshed with our batteries recharged. Would we return? Well, as we first visited in 1999 and have been coming back regularly since then, its no surprise that theres a sneaky week booked for later in the summer!

We only have a few days left of our trip and we have enjoyed absolutely everything here. The room is large and well equipped. The bed is big and comfortable with a variety of pillows to suit anyone's preference. The restaurant team are second to none, helpful, friendly and attentive. The food is great quality and enough options to suit our taste at each meal. The drinks are fantastic, and I love Mike's coffee bar for an afternoon drink and cake. The pool area has plenty of sunbeds so no need for anyone to be panic reserving. Lovely bars and restaurants, the staff in the poolside cafe bar are wonderful too and it's a great place to relax. The hotel has plenty to do, and its close to all the external bars and restaurants and we can't fault anything here. We use the well equipped gym daily, including the sauna and steam room and I have taken part in the yoga/stretch and core classes with Matea who is very good at leading the class to meet the audience ability, she has a good sense of humour too which is welcoming. We haven't spent much time in the hotel evening entertainment space but when we have, the piano bar pianist and the singer were brilliant as well as the two ladies singing in the late entertainment room. There is a great area for pool, darts and other table games away from the main spaces which is a good addition. Location, accommodation, cleanliness, food and drinks, and staff are all so good we have booked to come back for a fortnight because we are sad to be leaving!
