We truly enjoyed our stay at this hotel. If you're looking for a family friendly destination, this is definitely the right choice. There's entertainment for all age groups and our kids had a fantastic time at both the Mini Club and Junior Club, with plenty of activities to keep them engaged everyday. Our children were thrilled to receive certificates on stage, it really made them feel special. One of the highlights for the little ones was also Daisy, the hotels adorable mascot, who made appearances twice a day, once during the cocktail game and once at the mini disco. The evening shows were also a pleasant surprise, as Disney fans, we especially loved Dreams Come True and Hakuna Matata. In general, the staff was consistently kind, attentive, and always smiling, something we deeply appreciated throughout our stay. If theres one area that could be improved, its the food. The hotel offers a different themed dinner every night, and while some were excellent like spanish night (with a delicious paella and perfectly cooked entrecote) and canary night (a great chance to try local cuisine) others fell short. Mondays theme, for example, was unclear and featured mostly fast food, which didnt appeal to us. One particular fish, which we believe was called "moon fish," was unfortunately inedible and wed recommend leaving it off the menu in the future. As for the fruit, apart from the papaya and oranges, most were disappointingly bland. Overall, though, it was a wonderful family experience and we would gladly return, especially for the entertainment and the welcoming atmosphere.

We stayed at this hotel in September 2024. Myself, my partner, our 3 year old son and both sets of grandparents. Check in was smooth and the staff were lovely. Room - the room was very spacious, we had a ground floor and a very large corner balcony with sun loungers on. This was an added bonus when my little boy was having a nap in the room. Couldnt fault the rooms at all. Pool area - the pool area was fantastic, we always found sunbeds and staff were very attentive if beds were being reserved and no one sat on them. The pirate ship was a bonus for our little boy. Entertainment team - they work so hard, day in, day out! There are kids clubs too, our little boy didnt attend these but you could see how much effort were put into them by staff! 2 great parks onsite too. Food - your typical all inclusive food. Always found something to eat, although we do like eating out too, so made the most of this also. Spa - I was 5 months pregnant whilst visiting and had a pregnancy massage, it was AMAZING and would most certainly recommend. - you can rent irons - lots of shops and restaurants in walking distance (restaurant opposite hotel is 10/10!) -mini golf and aquarium near hotel Overall, very clean hotel and fantastic staff. We would most certainly return!

This hotel is absolutely FANTASTIC! We went as a family of 5 with mum, dad, 10, 13 and 18 year old and had the BEST time. Firstly, the hotel smells so beautiful and clean when you arrive and the receptionist could not have been more helpful. We got beautiful renovated rooms with huge shower, the most comfortable beds ever, so much storage. Lovely comfortable rooms with a pool view, could not be better. We have stayed in all inclusive hotels 5* all over the world and this ranked highly. The pools were great, lots of available sun loungers, really clean and life guards on duty. One heated pool and we loved it. The animation team offered wonderful activities all day long. So much fun. Nightly double entertainment in the spacious and exciting showbar and brilliant vocalists in the pool bar. Excellent food and drinks. Extensive selection well thought out and presented and the staff work incredibly high. There were a small number of eager kids but the staff enforced rules in the restaurant and I think tried to sit families with smaller kids in the rear section together which we appreciated. The staff are INCREDIBLE all the bartenders, servers, animation team and reception staff. They went out of their way to accommodate us and the customer service is top notch. The location is excellent too with lovely walks close by, classy shops and bus stop right outside. One slight negative was the pool food was a little hit and miss but when we arrived late the pool bar staff offered us a cold picnic with sandwiches, yoghurt, fruit, crackers and was appreciated late at night. Premium drinks and generous measures presented really well by skilled bartenders. The rooms serviced daily to a very high standard, premium toiletries offered. Lovely community atmosphere in the hotel gave you excellent welcome vibes. Note no inflatables allowed in the pool so dont bother bringing them ! Goid standard clientele and a very nice treat to stay here. Bravo!

We travelled as 2 families and this hotel will not disappoint you if youre travelling as a family. The grounds and facilities are very well maintained and spotlessly clean. Staff members are very friendly and helpful. Always a smile on their face. We were half board and mainly had breakfast and lunch rather than evening meal. There was plenty of choice and always had something different. Great location and no sunbed wars. This was our first time at this hotel and we would definately return. I cannot fault anything.
