Excellent hotel with very comfy beds. In great position overlooking old town beach. Our third visit so far and more to come. Food excellent and varied choice. Always hot and cold choices. Four excellent hot drink machines at breakfast. . All the staff at the hotel go above and beyond to make the stay enjoyable. Highly recommend this hotel. Special mention to Sabrina on reception. Always helpfull. Nothing too much trouble for her and all done with a beaming smile

Myself and a friend stayed in the H10 Porto Poniente for 4 nights and were blown away with how incredible the hotel is. From the lobby to the room and the pool area, the hotel is fabulous and very clean. Breakfast each morning was delicious and had plenty of options for vegans including fresh fruit, cereal with plant milks, breads etc. The rooms were very comfortable with a large bed. I would note that the terrace room balconys face some residential apartments so I would probably opt for the sea view rooms when booking again. The pool area has amazing views and a bar with delicious cocktaiks. The hotel is right across from the beach and a short walk from the heart of the old town. The hotel was also very quiet at night time. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend to anyone coming to stay in Benidorm.

Return visit... Everything was spot on again... Every department in this hotel are to be commended for there hard work & attention to detail.... They are all super friendly & the service is wonderful... Spotlessly clean ...one thing i missed from last year was the outdoor bar on floor 5 ... Is thing a seasonal thing ??? Benidorm never disappoints ... Im always recommending this hotel to friends

Amazing stay! Highly recommend!

We have visited a lot of hotels in Benidorm but this one is certainly top of the list. Would highly recommend! Great staff great service. The hotel is in a great location with everything you need close by. Lots of lovely restaurants, bars etc and the view of the beach is perfect.
