H10 Madison, Barcelona

This Hotel is superb and the location in the gothic quarter was lovely. We have recently stayed to celebrate our 40th wedding Anniversary, [ which they marked with Cava and treats delivered to our room]The rooms are very nice, food is great but most of all 5 stars go to the Staff who are among some of the best we have experienced. Everyone from reception to to the dinning staff were brilliant, so friendly and helpful. What a pleasure to stay, we will be back. Thank you to everyone at the H10 Madison.

Incredible customer service.and a really nice hotel. I want to express our appreciation for your staff! We stayed at the H10 Madison for a few days and checked out on Apr 28 to catch the train to Madrid. The power went out shortly before boarding, and we were all told to leave the terminal. We wound up making our way back to the hotel and asked if our luggage could be stored while we figured out what to do. We were told no problemit made things much easier for us. After the power came on, the staff got us a taxi and we went back to the train terminal, only to find out there would be no trains for the rest of the day. We wound up walking back to the hotel as taxi lines were so long and we were trying to conserve cash. Upon our arrival, we asked if any rooms were still available. Glen and another woman (sorry, didnt get her name) found us rooms, got everything sorted out and were really a bright spot in a long frustrating day. Thanks again!!

Sorry my review is so late ! This was probably my favorite hotel that we stayed in during our trip to Europe!! The breakfast was Excellent! The room was beautiful and so roomy The staff were so nice and accommodating! The manager even addressed us by our names and he was so knowledgeable about the area for dining , trips etc ! And so handsome ! We ate at the restaurant on top of the hotel twice , the view was Incredible! And the food was very good. If we go back to Barcelona we will stay here 100 percent !

Superb experience, all around! From checkin to checkout, the location, the service, the amenities to the thoughtfully appointed rooms. If we come back to Barcelona (and I hope we do!), we will come back here! At checkin, we arrived a little early from the US and were greeted with champagne at checkin, then went to the beautiful rooftop pool area for lunch while waiting for our room to be ready. The consulate professional at reception brought up our checkin materials to the pool! The rooftop area was a lovely haven to read, have a cocktail and enjoy snacks with a lovely view of the city. The rooms were perfect, complete with a small terrace with a view of beautiful cathedral. The service end to end was perfect and they went above and beyond the last night. We had left a cell phone in a taxi earlier in the day and through a complicated series of events, the driver brought it to our hotel in the middle of the night, ahead of our morning flight. He did not have our room number or accurate name, but the hotel paid him at their risk to deliver the phone. Needless to say, we will be eternally grateful!!! Thank you!!!
