    H10 continue to impress. As always accommodation was superb and staff were friendly helpful and very professional. Access to The Privilege Lounge was a real plus.

    This is our second visit to this hotel and will not be our last. We took advantage of the Priviledge package on both occassions and would recommend this deal as a real quality enhancement to This wonderful hotel. A real highlight is the el Mirimar reastaurant where you will receive 5* treatment from Abdon, ably assisted by Maxi and Mirabel. All staff go out of their way to ensure you have a good time.

    The only downside this year was the introduction if a plastic wristband more appropriate to an All inclusive package rather than a priviledge service. It downgrades the service offering!

    Overall our stay at the H10 Rubicon Place was enjoyable from check in we were dealt with in a friendly manner by a lovely girl we had booked a superior room and we asked for a sea view at check in we were not disappointed we were situated away from the main hotel in a lovely superior sea view room. During our stay we booked the Italian restaurant and Asian restaurant we enjoyed the Italian on both nights that we dined there food was lovely and staff friendly. The Asian restaurant was a huge disappointment from start to finish there was a delay in being seated at our table to placing our order for food. I did not eat my starter as it was disappointing tempura vegetables lacked taste, flavour and tempura batter. Whatever happened to tempura prawns after all we were staying by the sea and prawns were plentiful in main dining hall??

    Anyway to cut a long story short the waitress took it quite personal that I did not like my starter so after my main meal was delivered to me she invaded my personal space and verbally shouted at me that if I did not like my main I was to complain to her and not the manager. I was extremely upset by her outburst and wanted to leave the restaurant, my husband complained to restaurant manager in regard to the waitress’s behaviour and we both left restaurant. My husband complained to the Friday night Manager at reception, he was more interested in his mobile phone and his tie than he was in listening to our complaint. He did offer both of us a meal at the Volcan restaurant but out of principle we did not accept. We heard no more from hotel about the incident so on our departure on Monday 21st September my husband spoke to the Manageress on duty and she was surprised that our complaint was not even logged in the weekend complaints book. She did say that she would investigate further our complaint and would email me with update. We did not let this one incident ruin our holiday we enjoyed our stay at the H10 Rubicon Palace and would stay there again in the future.
