H10 Casa de la Plata, Seville

I cannot recommend this hotel enough. The location is ideal. We booked Seville facing room with breakfast. The decor was a mix of traditional and modern . The rooms were comfy and a good size . There is a roof terrace where you can grab a light bite to eat with drinks. Or just relax on the loungers and watch the sunset. There is also a small plunge pool. But the thing that really made an impression was the staff, mainly Fran Lopez and Antonio on reception. They literally could not do enough for you and you could see they genuinely love their job. In fact all the staff had a happy demeanour from the staff on the roof terrace to the ones working in the breakfast room. They all made it the best experience. We will definitely be back.

We stayed here for a long weekend and had a lovely time, the hotel is really clean and the staff are very friendly and helpful. We stay at H10 hotels regularly and find that they are always of a high standard. This hotel is in a lovely situation for getting to all the sights half way between the Cathedral and the Mushroom.

This is an excellent hotel in the heart of old Seville, with all the main tourist attractions within walking distance. The friendly reception staff welcomed us with a glass of cava during check-in and were on hand throughout our stay to offer recommendations, help with queries and book tickets for a boat tour. The public spaces of the hotel are vast, inviting and immaculate. The room was beautifully appointed, with a comfortable bed, safe, mini-bar, and a spacious bathroom with excellent shower and orange-scented Rituals products. We had a room overlooking the hotel's courtyard and didn't hear a sound from neighbours or the street. The staff in the large breakfast room were extremely attentive and there was a generous buffet to choose from, with the option of a la carte items such as omelettes and fresh churros available at no extra cost. The rooftop provides a lovely spot to have an afternoon drink overlooking the city, again with great staff on hand to keep the drinks flowing. I'll definitely stay at this hotel on future visits to Seville and would 100% recommend.

First time in Seville - hotel location a short walk from where the taxi dropped us because it in the pedestrian part of the town centre. Lovely hotel all staff helpful and welcoming - rooms spacious spotless clean.Reception area with comfortable sofas and chairs to relax in and price of a drinks good. Rooftop bar and sunlounge area a bonus. Ideal location for Cathedral and Alcazar Palace. A most enjoyable stay.

Very little I can add to the existing reviews other than to agree that this is a great hotel and I'd also love to go back to stay there. It's not just the building or its location in the heart of the city, the staff are very friendly and helpful. The only thing remotely critical for us was that, as it is located in a narrow street in the the old town, the taxi driver dropped us off around 100m from the lobby, so if you need to be dropped off at the door of the hotel, make sure your Taxi driver commits to that.
