H10 Salauris Palace, Salou - Cambrils

Stayed for 5 nights here as 2 neurodivergent and disabled friends, we did find it a lot but still really enjoyed it. The dining restaurant is very inaccessible if you like us have mobility issues and trouble standing as it was often a good 20 minutes in the que to get food. But food was excellent. Room was immaculate and spacious. Most comfortable beds ever! Good air conditioning too. Staff helpful and friendly but could do with a pool side assistant to help with sunbeds and umbrellas which we struggled with. Pools were VERY cold. Not heated at all which was a shame, lots were complaining about this poolside too. Lifts a bit annoying at peak times, often a wait for it as only 2 serving each side of the hotel but not horrendous. Prices are reasonable and good selection of drinks. Little onsite shop selling suncream and gifts etc. Bizarre daytime entertainment, team did a random dance which was hilarious to be fair but why I don't know haha. Need more pool aerobics etc. Rooftop pool area is lovely. Again freezing though!! Rented a mobility scooter which the reception team arranged, and was delivered to the hotel for us. 20 euro deposit and 80 euros for 3 days (double scooter). Had a massage at the hotel spa - it was quite an experience and rather odd. The male therapist massages extremely close to your lady parts which was uncomfortable to say the least! Not what we bargained for! All in all had a lovely stay here and would recommend.

Very clean and tidy no complaints about the food and the staff are all very friendly and helpful especially Franmely Sebas and Manuel rooms are cleaned every day cleaner's work very hard and the pool is also cleaned every day would come back.

Visited in May for our first family holiday abroad with a 20 month old. We had a room on the 5th floor over looking the pool which was lovely and quiet! Not a great deal of space in the room but we werent in much anyway. Travel cot was excellent and my lb slept well and the bed was comfy for the adults too! We stayed half board, the food for both breakfast and dinner was always warm with various choices but dinner was chaotic with people queuing and pushing/shoving for no reason! The pool was freezing cold so not enjoyable to be in very much but it was very clean with friendly bar staff. The snack bar by the pool had great pizza for lunchtime. I would comment that the cleaning of the room was awful! Our towels/bedding were never changed, the floors were never swept/mopped and the bathroom not wiped over. Salou itself is a typical tourist destination, not a great deal to see or do unless you want to sit in bars all day but the little tourist train was good and the beach was lovely too all within a 10 minute walk of the hotel. Overall, we likely wouldnt return simply because we feel like weve seen everything Salou could offer

Franmely was such a lovely girl. Very friendly. Such a lovely bar woman. Lovely staff Lovely hotel. Great experience. Will definitely be back again.we had a great stay. Rooms were perfect. Great entertainment. Very clean hotel. Loved the pool the spa . Got a lovely massage. Everything close by. Thanks for everything. Gracius
