What can I say, fab hotel, due to fantastic team of staff, beautiful decor, spotlessly clean, great food and fab staff. Due to poor weather we stayed in and around hotel for two days. Lobby staff great friendly and attentive, all rooftop staff fab, especially Ainhoa and Pedro. Will stay here again.

Incredible hotel. Beautiful modern decor throughout. The rooms are a good size and are very comfortable. Bathroom is big with great shower and rituals toiletries available for use. All rooms have a balcony with a coffee table and two chairs. The rooftop has a small pool (not heated), a bar, restaurant and sun loungers. The location is excellent. 10min walk to metro which gives easy access to the airport. The hotel is a 10/15 min walk form the centre. I loved that as it was close but far enough away form the noise and hustle and bustle. There are restaurants close by and a grocers across the way. The area is busy and felt very safe. Breakfast is offered however we did not have it. Would stay in this hotel again.

Lovely hotel, very comfortable, wonderful staff! and we would come back. The hotel is super-modern with lovely clean rooms, wood and white decor, beautifully fitted. Staff very friendly, we called for assistance on air con, and they came immediately to aid us. Free bottled water each day, free coffee, and tea too. The roof top bar is good however its not really big enough if everyone wants to go, there is limited seating and the drinks are expensive. Overall there is a good vibe, with relaxed helpful staff. CONS: there are a few niggles - TV only a couple of english speaking channels (but we didn't come to watch tv so don't mind, just saying!), really expensive breakfasts (but easy to find good cheaper food nearby). SO the location: it is good as you can just turn left out the door and you are near the old market, the edge of the old town with all its wonderful shops, cafes and beautiful places to visit. Near the station so you can easily get to the airport. However, if - as ours was - your room has a balcony that overlooks the 'river', you will see the reality - lots of homeless people living under the bridge, doing their washing, cleaning themselves etc. I am not being a snob about this, this is real life, and it is not this hotel's responsibility but I am surprised they don't work with the council to help them out :(

We chose this hotel for a city break based and location and reviews - we were delighted! The location is perfect, we took the train from Malaga airport and got off at the very last stop, the hotel is an easy 5 minute walk. We had a warm welcome from the front of house staff and offered a welcome chilled glass of cava on arrival. The lobby area is well designed, modern and very convivial. Certainly a great space to sit and relax. Breakfast was efficiently run with a great and varied selection of food and drink all very well presented and eggs cooked to order - open until 11.00 pm too. Our bedroom on the 8th floor was modern, very clean, an espresso machine in the room, a balcony with great views and fresh bottles of water each day. A lovely bathroom with a large walk in shower and toiletries, bath robe and slippers. There is a great roof top bar and restaurant on the 9th floor with amazing views over Malaga, a lovely place to watch the sun go down (there is a pool too). The hotel has a relaxed outside street level tapas bar where we called into a few times - great coffee there too. An easy, flat walk from the hotel to bars, restaurants and the nearby port - the hotel has a great location. All the hotel staff were more than helpful, polite and professional during our stay - we would be happy to return and would definitely highly recommend!

I would have no problem highly recommending this hotel. The breakfast was great,the staff were accommodating and professional. The foyer/bar area was a pleasant experience as was the rooftop terrace/bar overlooking the cathedral and Málaga city.
