H10 London Waterloo, London

This is a nice hotel in London, close to Waterloo train and tube station. Room spacious, good breakfast and nice service. All was good, however the room was cold and not easy to heat as the cold was coming from the window, also same windows not well insulated from external noise. SO PLEASE IMPROVE THIS.

The hotel is really great and its location is fantastic, there are lots of things to do in the surroundings. Besides, the service has been great since our arrival, specially the one given by Violeta. She has done her best to ensure the best of the stays in the city and it has been really helpful to have someone who spoke Spanish in the hotel. Looking forward to coming again!!

Wonderful, as usual. Delightful staff both on reception and in the restaurant. Super clean and really comfortable. Great selection for breakfast. This is my 'go to' hotel whenever I'm in London. Thank you

Well located less than a 10 minute walk from either Southwark or Waterloo stations. Staff friendly, fast and efficient check in. Room clean and well equipped. Some signs of wear and tear in the room (chipped furniture mainly) which has to be expected in mid-range, high traffic hotel. Some nooks and crannies also needed a deeper clean but bedding, towels and the room in general appeared very clean. Not massive rooms but adequate for what we needed. Good amenity selection and iron, safe, complimentary water and a reasonably priced minibar with a good selection all in the room. Beds are comfortable and windows block out lots of the sound from the roads and sky. We couldn’t seem to get the air conditioning to work consistently however the room temperature was adequate during our stay. Breakfast selection was excellent, everything was very clean and tidy and there was something for everyone however the hot food buffet never seemed to be very hot. Staff were all friendly and very helpful. The ground floor bar was closed for refurbishment and there was some disruption/noise in reception which was a shame. We loved the outside terrace with views over London and 2 complimentary cocktails for being a H10 member was lovely! Overall very good, price reflected the quality and would return here.

So happy we picked this hotel. The best breakfast we ever had on vacation, so many options and all delicious! Clean room with everything we needed. Great beds, tv, room service was great, nice bathroom. Close to the metro, 15 min. walk to Westminster Abbey. You should really go up to the 8th floor where the Sky Bar is located. Nice views + possibility to eat and drink. We had so much fun!
