Located in one of the grand halls of the palace and with direct access to the gardens, the Condes de Ericeira Restaurant of The One Palácio da Anunciada is a new gastronomic hotspot in Lisbon. The space has been meticulously renovated to recover all the wealth of details of its original decoration including a magnificent coffered ceiling with hand-painted frescoes. Its elaborate menu offers typical Portuguese market cuisine with a Mediterranean influence.

Very nice location, within walking distance to the major Avenue as well as restaurants and cafés. Nice property, well taken care of. Friendly and cooperative staff. This was a very short visit so I did not get to experience all the amenities. I did try the gym. It is quite small Okay for a small workout but perhaps they can make it larger.
A few feet from the world famous SOLAR DOS PRESUNTOS, where the food is excellent but quite pricey.
Will definitely stay here if Im back in Lisbon

This is a great hotel in a good, central location within an easy walk of all of the best sites in Lisbon's historic downtown. They had great facilities, a high-end boutique hotel feel, and the room was very modern and comfortable. Lots of fantastic little touches, some associated with AmEx platinum perks.

The One is for those who want and need a little extra pampering, the 5 star hotel is beautiful. A portuguese contemporary art hotel. It has an art gallery, great breakfast and pool terrace, a small gym and spa. Beautiful salones and cozy seating areas. I loved my stay here. My room was warm and cozy.

Mas lembrei-me deste pequeno almoço de babar e dos dias incríveis que passei lá e deu-me uma saudade.
Qualquer dia volto lá, nem que seja para ir só tomar o pequeno-almoço, almoçar, jantar ou beber qualquer coisa enquanto apanho sol nesta piscina linda no centro da nossa Lisboa. Fica a dica.
