The 90 m2 Suite is a peaceful and elegant place to stay. The suite boasts a beautiful living and dining room, a closet, a small kitchen, and you can even have a private chef service on request. The bedroom offers a great view of the palace garden. There are two bathrooms, one social and another with a nice and elegant bathtub for relaxation.

Located in one of the grand halls of the palace and with direct access to the gardens, the Condes de Ericeira Restaurant of The One Palácio da Anunciada is a new gastronomic hotspot in Lisbon. The space has been meticulously renovated to recover all the wealth of details of its original decoration including a magnificent coffered ceiling with hand-painted frescoes. Its elaborate menu offers typical Portuguese market cuisine with a Mediterranean influence.

Presided over by an elegant circular bar, the O Jardim Wine Bar is located in another grand hall of the palace perfectly restored to recover the original splendour of its coffered ceiling and large windows. It also provides direct access to the palace gardens. It is the perfect place for sampling delicious tapas and small dishes accompanied by a glass of excellent Portuguese wine or an exclusive signature cocktail in a chic atmosphere. It also serves an exquisite breakfast buffet prepared with high-quality natural products as well as a selection of à la carte dishes prepared to order.

Through its Stay Green strategic plan, the establishment implements the following specific actions:
Tablets in reception to promote digitalisation and encourage paper saving.
2 electric vehicle charging points.
Cultivation of aromatic herbs and vegetables in our urban garden with organic products for consumption at the Condes de Ericeira Restaurant.
Collaborates with Associaçao Plantar uma Arvore: forest cleaning and tree planting.
Promotes sustainability through the use of public transport by granting bonuses in each worker's payroll.
Collaborates with Biogena in cork collection and tree planting.
Carries out annual solidarity campaigns with the Turma Solidária Association for the preparation and distribution of food for homeless people, together with employees and volunteers.

Wow what a great staff. Really appreciated the little touches. The hotel was brought back to life a few years ago. They still have left many historical details though out the hotel, while brining it up to modern standards. Great job.
The location was within easy walking distances to many sites and restaurants.

The One is for those who want and need a little extra pampering, the 5 star hotel is beautiful. A portuguese contemporary art hotel. It has an art gallery, great breakfast and pool terrace, a small gym and spa. Beautiful salones and cozy seating areas. I loved my stay here. My room was warm and cozy.

Mas lembrei-me deste pequeno almoço de babar e dos dias incríveis que passei lá e deu-me uma saudade.
Qualquer dia volto lá, nem que seja para ir só tomar o pequeno-almoço, almoçar, jantar ou beber qualquer coisa enquanto apanho sol nesta piscina linda no centro da nossa Lisboa. Fica a dica.
